Sir,
I have a v100 fly phone with which i have troubled a lot. It has occurred with two serious problems - firstly the videos are not running on the mobile and we got the information from the one where we purchased from that the AVI format is supported onj the phone and till today we are not able to see a single AVI video even we are provided with video player. Secondly, I want my phone softwares updation .

Please look into this matter as soon as possible I would be very grateful to you.

I have Fly SL600, which bought last year 22.03.08 means its yet to complete a year, having one complaint. Automatically its showing charger connected and disconnected without connecting any cable, I given my mobile to service centre on 18.02.09 and send mail to [protected]@meridiantelecom.in
also but still now I did t received any replay from this id. . The SC people still saying that the M/B is not in stock & repeating the same they are asking two more weeks, what I should do in this case

seriously! this FLY is one company...iam having a SX390...had a bigtime display problem and so i gave it to THE MOBILE STORE where i bought i bought this ...
no phone calls damn it...been more than 2.5 months n those hopeless people didn't even checked out my mobile...

damn this company! arghhhhhhhhhhhh!! time to throw this piece of once in for all...iam looking forward to a nice Sony Ericsson now!

please dont ever buy fly mobile its just a waste of money, i got my mobile on 26 april 2008, nd in jan 2009 it stopped working it was not getting charged, as my phone was in warranty i went to the sevice center there they make u wait for 2 hrs minimum, as there are so many people there with complains and there is not enough staff to handle it, i have given my mobile for repairing 2 times in a month with the same problem they say its working but only on papers its really frustating and irritating to waste time money energy on the same stupid problem, nd u dont even easily get spare parts or charger of this mobile i m planing to complain in consumer court

internet facility provided by bsnl hve no internet settings of my fly phone SX305

i brought a fly sx305 phone but it deos not connect via pc suit to my pc

i have fly b700 duo buy at hot spot malviya nager 2 may 2008 mobile frist time come problem audio problem and nehru place service center given mid oct 2008 and does not solve my mobile problem and i am going to c 43 okhla main office that person replace my mobile and working . last one month come problem again automatic battery chaging with out connect to charger .

I want FLY mobile service centre in Bhubneswar or in Cuttack. Please send service center addrerss.

Fly Mobile — The phone broke down in one weak and given for service before 15 days, till date no response from the service center.

I have baught a fly mobile model no. B700 Imein No.[protected]. on 23.02.09 and the phone was not functioning in one weak. I gave it to the service center in Pondicherry on 10.03.09. Till date after fifteen days whenever I call them they told that the mobile is sent to Chennai and will come in two days. I dont know how long i can wait. Its been very difficult without my mobile.Moreover there is a possibility of losing all my saved number. I am really fed up. Only at this time we realise about renowned brands.

So, My suggestion is not to go for this mobile as its not worth spending even one rupee.

I am seeing first time a very worst mobile and service personnel from Fly... Because while buying the mobile the sellers speaks like honey in their mouth... After we came out of the spot they treated carelessly and telling lies full of their mouth... I did mistake by bought this kind of mobile... Here after i never take or suggest this kind of things to any one... With in a month two times i got camera problem... First time service personnel told i[censored] bring with in 6 days of purchasing we replace a new mobile, for this i travelled 8 hrs and took office a day leave but afterwards he just correct that problem and didnt thought of Replacement (Gave mobile after repaired in 2 days)... Once again the same problem came and while approached the same person he told that i sent requested for new camera it wil take three days to repair your mobile...I dont have mobile now... I think he told me lie...
Do we purchase and using mobiles for these purpose?... I did mistake because of my thought of change... So only i decided to change brand from Nokia to Fly...
I decide to sale this mobile due to service drawbacks and product failure...
Here after i wont repeat this mistake... I tel everyone dont to buy Fly mobiles particularly under the service authority of SRK Mobiles Fly Care, 2nd Street, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu...
