[Resolved] Godrej Microwave Oven — Delivery of improper User Manual | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased a Godrej Microwave Oven on 10.06.2010. Following are the details of the purchase and the product - a) Place of Purchase - K.K Gupta & Co., 27,N.S.B. Road, Raniganj, W.B ,Pin-713347 b) Model No - GMC 20CA1 MIZ, 20-Ltrs. Serial no.[protected] The manual which was delivered to me with the equipment was of a different model . So, we are not able to properly use it in absence of the "proper" User Manual which is probably misplaced somewhere. Western Microwave Oven — Products are not given
Hi,We had purchased a western microwave oven on 2009 from a bhubaneswar dealer.We didn't used that microwave oven upto 2011.When we opened the oven on july 2011, we found that the Glass Tray in which all the utensils should be moving is missing.Now the main probelm is that the dealer has no idea about the western supplier.
No body in cuttack or bhubaneswar have any idea about the western supplier.
The question is that whether the western is exist now.Could anyone help me in purchasing the Glass tray.

HELLO SIR, I HAVE PURCHASED ONE GODREJ MICROWAVE OVEN ON 30/06/2010 MODEL NO:GMX 20GA2 FIZ 20LITER GRILL FROM KHOSLA ELECTRONICS BEHALA,THE SERVICE PERSON WHO SELL THE PRODUCT TO ME IS MR.SAMBHU DUTTA,IN NEWSPAPER THERE IS CLEARLY WRITTEN THAT WHAT EVER YOU PURCHASE YOU SHOULD BE GIVEN A PHILIPS MIXER GRINDER WORTH RS 2000,IT IS GIVEN ON THE ADVERTISEMENT ON TIMES OF INDIA ON 1/7/2010.NOW WHEN I AM CLAMING MY GIFT THEY ARE JUST IGNORING ME.ALSO THE DEMO IS ALSO NOT GIVEN TO ME,I AM ALSO NOT ABLE TO USE MY PRODUCT.PLS LOOK THROUGH THE MATTER,OR ELSE I SHOULD COMPLAIN IT AGAINST THE SHOP,PLS SIR THESE CHEATER SALES MAN MUST BE PUNISHED OR ELSE THEY WILL CHEAT OTHER INNOCENT PEOPLE.
