APPLIANCE DIVISION IS HOPELESS DIVISION. BEFORE & AFTER SALES TEAM FOUND LITHARGIC. I AM REALLY FED WITH SALES & SERVICE TEAM. IN FUTURE WE ARE NOT GOING TO USE ANY APPLIANCE DIVISION PRODUCT. FOR MY REFRIGERATOR PROBLEM RIGHT FROM THE FIRST DAY FROM THE DELIVERY AS IT WAS DEFECTIVE SUPPLY. SEVERAL FOLLW UP ON PHONE & THROUGH E-MAIL DONE BUT NOBODY IS WILLING TO SORT OUT THE ISSUE. I AM TOTALLY HELPLESS WHO CAN HELP ME.

Manufacturer of Gas Compressors — Quantity & Quality discripancy
We had ordered Rebook Gym kits & Shoes to India Today Book Club, New Delhi by 26/10/2009 for single color of Gym kit & Single color of shoes.After alomost one and half month by hard follow up we had received the same with 3 different colors.
We had not received any responce starts from order finalizing to up til now. We are trying to call respective person and we are not getting any reply from India Today Book Club, New Delhi.
This is venkatata reddy, we purchased a godrej refregerator model noGFE220S/2007frostfree refregetor on 2-3-2008, but the very first day of the puirchase it does not cool . we called upto your customer care for several times but they came after six days and can did temporary repair and went away
2. then again after three days the same problem occured and again we called up and this tim e theycame aftyer five days on giving several cvomplints and again they did the same temparary repair not telling about the actuall problem .

Then after six months again the same problem occured and again we called up and this time the customer care executive gave us the service center phone no and asked to call them, and we called up there but they gave a rude reply and talk with us rediculously then also we requested them to come aand repair our refregetor but they came after six days and the techenician Mr sateesh from hyderabad said that this is compressure related problem gas has to be filled in the refregetrator so that we send a group of technicioansto rectify the problem and taking our signatures on some papers and he gone and after six days they came and did some repair .
4. And after six months of repairy we have got same problem again and called the customer care they came and has taking Rs 1200/ from us and didinot send the technecians for several days so that we struggle very much to call the people to repair the refregerator when we aasked about the problem they told the same old story of compressure related problem even afetr we got five years of warrant on compressure thay didnot ready to replace that one, and repired the fridje on old style.
5.after six months of repiry now we got the same cooling problem
so how many times we have to spend lots of money to repair the refregerator we made a blunder by perchasing your company's refregerator, in futuire we never going to buy any of your company's products and we are telling to our circle about your worst after sales service lazyness and bad manners of your employies and your poor technicians and discouraging them to purchase your products and we do this untill you rectify our problem.
6. we demand the exchange of this refregerator, if your company has a little bit of moral values, then rectify our problem immiediately and permamemtly because we dont have any faith in your companies techniciansand we thougt that this problem is not goiing to be rectified so that we demand exachange of our refregerator and the money that we paid for the service should be refundeded to us.

godrej Ref GFE 27 — about refregiration
we purchased a godrej refrigerator on date[protected] ,model Ref GFE 27, with cabinet no [protected] .There was a problem in cooling at the time of installation it self. we lodged a complaint , on 4-8-2009, asking for a replacement with new refregirator. But they refused and repaired it.
after 2 monts again same problem. we lodged complaint on[protected],for replacement.
we purchased refregeratior from PCH Retails Ltd with sales invocie no [protected].
after repeated visits personally ,and on phone we did not get proper response from retails shop, godrej service centre , area sales manager for godrej.
Please help us.

I had purchased a Godraje window machine last year summer & getting trouble from the next month since the day I am trying to chase them but not able to get any resolution except the fake consolation.

Refregirator 280 LTR — Problem Not Sorted Out
Sir,I have purchased a Refrigerator 280 Ltr from you dealer M/S Arvind Electrical & Electronics Prem Nagar Ambala City vide his Invoice Number 13021 DT 23.03.2009.The refrigerator start to give trouble in the month of Dec.09. I gave a complaint to dealer. He attended the complaint on 05.01.10. The mechanic said that the refrigerator is dead & it's due to manufacturing fault so it will be replaced. He advises me to talk to service center. I talked to service center on the Mobile Number [protected]. He told me to do the needful at the earliest, but I have to write with a lot of regret that I don't expect the service from the large company like Videocon. Till date neither the dealer responded nor the service center.
I request you to please look into the matter & arrange to do the needful at the earliest.

Godrej/GDC — Not cooling
I had switch off the refrigerators for 20 day's after that when switch on cooling is not working while current is passing through it .godrej/No.1-170 L — cooling problem
I have a godrej refrigetor no 1 -170L model ,purchased on 14th of april 2005,it was reported to godrej and the service person came and cheked the refrigetor and said that its compressor(motor) is gone ,need to be replaced,since it is under warranty and the cost of it is around Rs.3500.00 ,free replacement will be done from the company and he took all the details .later while going he said the customer should bear the gas filling expense which will cost the customer Rs.2000.00.
iam surprised bcoz this is a very huge or the service people is trying to cheat me.

I bought a godrej refrigerator 110L on 24-01-10 from Gupta Electricals Mandawali Delhi. It is not working right from first day. I registered acomplaint in godrej on 29.01.10 Comp. No.881827.an engineer attended the complaint and told that its gas is choked, it needs to be repaired. I was not ready to get it repaired a totally new fridge, hece requested to replace it. I talked to godrej service centre on phone no [protected] Mrvijay sharma. Mr Nikhil arora, [looking commercial] Mr neeraj rastogi on phones many times.every time they are just blaiming each other and assuring that soon i will be getting [replaced] to anew fridge.Being adoctor purposefully i bought this small one to keep medicines/vaccines i had wasted some vaccines too in past few days because of its nonworking condition.But in godrej really no one is there to listen the helpless customers. My personel advice to public is that dont be the victim of such careless company.

Well, right from my childhood, we know only one name in refrigerator, it is Godrej.In the very recent past, say, 1-2 years back, I purchased a new refrigerator from kUMAON ELECTRONICS, Nainital Road, Haldwani.Whenever I have visited the house, observed a very poor cooling system inspite of refilling of gas by the Godrej service centre at Haldwani, Nainital(UK).
Sir, there appears to be a technical problem which persists right from assembly time.In this connection it is my humble rerquest to kindly issue directives to your service centre at Haldwani to revisit at following location:

i have purchased godrej refrigerator model no.GDPV2 215D on 23rd APRIL 2009 with 5 year warranty from Siva Electronics Thiruvannamali tamilnadu My godrej refrigerator makes too much noise . The sevice personnel have not been able to do anything about it even after my complaining tiwce first time generally he cam and attended and ask me to get new stablizer for the noise then i installed new stablizer V -guard, but still there is noise. second time i compalined two months before but there was no response from the service man .
Iam not interested in fridge please replace my fridge.
