I have raised complaint DG130167 3 days ago but it is not getting actioned (No vist/No call). I had purchased 5 fans (Models: Fusion) out of which 3 fans are making noise. I have called multiple times but no action is being take. I had raised another complaint last month DF240930 in which engineer said to get the fan sheet fixed and then call us if it still makes noise. However, the fans are still making noise.

I have got the sms stating that the complaint has been fixed however the reality is that is has stilll not been attended, I am very disappointed with Havells services.

I want to escalate this matter and get the fans fixed/replaced to get proper resolution.

I had buy Havells electric switches for whole my Home at November 2013, many switch have troubling to our family members.

We used many Havells Products like CFL, fan etc, these all products are very good.
Thanks for that Type of quality, but due to your Switches I felt I was wrong.

I had purchased a PURO 15 lt water heater on Oct. 2011. Now it is not heating water. Your service man told the heating coil was damaged. If i change the havells heating coil, how long you give the warrenty ?

very impressive indeed, a different experience compared to what one would expect in Gurgaon, recently had a horrible time with Phillips High end Mixer grinder, Tata Sky etc

I have brought Havells Fusion Mixer which is still under warranty. My complaint no ED130297 raised on 13-Apr-2015, Your customer care ppl are pathetic, every time i call them they promise that someone will call me in few minutes but no one call back. I am so frustrated with your customer, if this doesn't get resolved i will reach out to Anil Rai Gupta, today i left a msg on his twitter just to get in touch with him and let him know the frustration i am in. Hopefully before i reach him out and raise this escalation you guys will resolve the issues.

I am experimenting issues since long with Havells. They are not considering complaints from consumers and offense in rough matter. My complaint number : EF270994 and pending for 2 weeks. They also convinced with their poor products too and not ready to replace the lighting products. When it catches heat the lighting is stop working so beware of Havells. Its not only poor but third-grade company for customer support. "It Is Minus RATING from my as company is irresponsible." Dont purchase AnyThing from them...
in the month of april i have purchased havells pedastral swing model fan it work only 1 month, the problem is air not coming properly i have called so many times to custmer care they are taking my complaint and nobody technician did came to my home. after 2 or 3 days they are sending messages like sir your problem has been resolved but nobody technician did not come...

I have purchased a fan from electronics shop at Nand Nagri, Delhi -93 when I have purchased this fan . It is working in good condition but after some time there blades are not in straight condition, this has turned out. the wind of the fan is not under the roof. I have contacted your dealer. We purchased a geyser less than an year ago. It stopped working. I logged a complaint, first and engineer visited and he told that there is some part which needs to be replaced and it will be replaced by another person later.

We kept waiting but no one came and we had to call many times. Finally another person came and said he got the complaint number from office, but no details. He now knows that a part has to be replaced but he wasn't told this earlier so he didn't get the part. So again that engineer checked the geyser and told that the part is faulty we will have to replace it.

Now again, we have been waiting for someone to come and replace that part.

The complaint number is EK 033859, and the Engineer who visited the 2nd time was Mr. Lalit.

This is very inconvenient, I have wasted at least 3 days waiting for the engineer to come and repair the geyser. There is no coordination among the service engineers and no interest in providing service for the product once sold.
