I' m purchasing waterheater for bathroom 8 november 2015 and also register for installation they came our house and said, i m feeling headch and unable to instal ur machine and no response for on week final i called to havell again and said to him we availabe at home 11. Am to 1 pm but they come 2.00pm . When i said to him we already discussed for time then y u come late they said no boday inform me and i said to him i' m reach my home in 20 mint they rudly said to me i dont have time to wait any one .
This is vry bad experions with havells company . There no coustomer satisfactory and. No proper reaponse

Purchased 8 Havells fans from Prakash electricals Nizampet Hyderabad, 2 fans ES 50 make much noise in lower level. To register a complaint, tried several times on toll free number, it always says busy in attending other customer calls after 10 mins no response( it repeats again).

My self parminder Singh from distt mohali punjab. I have already input the complaint in your customer care no in 17 may 2016 my complaint no is FE171943. I am not sufficient by your engineer service Mr jaspal singh is the person who have checked the pump on same date 17 may2016.
I purchased your monoblock pump on 24may 2015. The pump have a two year guarantee for date of purchase (24may2015).
Now we have suffered a lot of noise problem in this pump for the starting of the may month. But your engineer was not able to sort out the noise problem he said my water pipe line is chocked but we already check my water pipe line is also clean. I observed that there is the barring problem in the pump.
Today morning again I input the complaint in your customer care no, but till the time not recieved any message or call by your side.
I have already attached the job card, guarantee card and penal no of monoblock pump in below please check.
Kindly sort the problem as priority.

Hi Sir/Mam,

Again my fan is giving huge noise and not working properly.This is 5th to 6th time in last 18month my fan is not working and out of which 2 to 3 times havells team has replace the fan motor. I am Fed up with this issue and type of service provided by Havells company.
This time Your engineer came to my home last Monday against my complaint number -Ff021685 and he has removed the celling Fan and in summer season it is very difficult without fan.

One of our Engineer Bhupinder came on the month of November2015 and he has promise me, Sir we have replace the motor and now issue will not come again if come then we will replace fan. when we have start using the fan again it was giving huge noise. So I request to you guys please replace my fan ASAP.

Hi Team,

I have purchased 6 ceiling Fan, Geyser, Led, Wires and other etc. products of Havells.Out of which 1 top model Florence 48" ceiling fan is producing heavy noise from 1 day one. I have complaints so many time you can with my register numbers([protected]), But every time your engineer come and do some thing in it and again noise start after 1 or 2 day, Even 1 time our fan was taken for maintenance in Havells service centre but problem remain same.Fan is in under warranty.
So I request you to look into the issue seriously and replace my Fan ASAP.
I am fed up with this issue.

my self Ajay from Gohana, sonipat, haryana, i have registered complaint (No. FF093784 dated 09.06.2016), and repeated it so many times. but still no action is taken . i never purchase, even suggest to purchase any product of havells.
going to register court case against the company.
I agree registering the complaint is easy & they politely say Engineer would visit in 24 to 48 hours. I lodged one complaint on 1st sep'16 and even after 8 days my problem is not solved. After repeated reminders Engineer visited on 5th Day but without tools. Came just to see what the problem is. What a service!!! He was supposed to come again next day with the tools & the next day never arrives!!!. Their customer service desk disconnects the phone when asked to divert the call to their seniors. Very bad service!

Service is pathetic. One engineer came and he messed up motor more. No contact number provided. U have a family function today and no one is ready to listen. This is ridiculous. Motor was outlast pumping water and now it has even stopped. Water tanks are empty and this is just the worst company n the worst products, new motor bought a month ago and just stopped working. The complaint lodged on 13th October 2016, FJ 134535, was visited by engineer Mr. Gaurav on 14th October Friday and diagnosed as tank leakage and were told that they would replace the tank in 2-3 days, since then no response, called you hotline on 17, 19, 20, 22 October and there is no action or response from service department, need you to look urgently into this matter.
