Dear Havells,

The complaint lodged on 13th October 2016, FJ 134535, was visited by engineer Mr. Gaurav on 14th October Friday and diagnosed as tank leakage of storage water heater and were told that they would replace the tank in 2-3 days, since then no response, called you hotline on 17, 19, 20, 22 October and there is no action or response from service department, need you to look urgently into this matter.

I had purchased all the Electrical fittings like lights, fans, geysers etc. for my flat in Noida. Unfortunately, many of the lights have failed. These were denied as even at the shop of IK Sons, Lajpat Nagar replacement as after sales service is outsourced, but were attended after a lot of follow-up through Customer Care. These too were never attend in a single visit. One person came just for checking and then a different person who has no clue about the complaint, came to attend. In this process several weeks were lost.
Now the same thing is repeating for Geysers. In one of them, there is hammering sound. Though it is obvious that element is defective and needs replacement but even after 2 months’ decision has not been taken. We continue to suffer due to cold response from Customer Care of Havells at Noida.

Dear sir,
I have buy a havells table fan in May 2017. The fan stopped working on July .we placed complain on 21st July but after many reminder no one came to resolved the issue and the worse thing is that they update status that the mobile is switched off but the fact is they donot contact the mentioned mob no or the alternet no.

Hallo sir, we are expecting your prompt action regarding my complaint

I had purchased a storage electric water heater model Monza EC 15 from m/s swar sangam enterprises, camp road, bijuri, dist-Anuppur(MP) on 20/12/2016.The serial no. of the product is-H16MZ[protected].Now the product is in it's warranty period.It's problem is that power supply automatically becomes disconnected after sometime.After complaining two times in between 19/7/17 to26/7/17 at the retailer it was attended on 28/7/17 by the service engineer on 27/7/17.The service engineer told that it's thermocot has problem and I will replace it by 1/8/17.But till date it has not been repaired.I have contacted the service engineer over phone but he is rollingdown the dates.Now, the question is how and when my storage electric water heater will be repaired.
Due to the above, why should not i got an extended warrenty cover period?

Utter waste product and lousy after sales service, my personal experience with electric kittle it stopped working within 1 month, Iam following with their customer care and head office staff from last 1+ month, but no resolution.
Frustrating thing is they have staff which introduce themselves from head office and they keep giving false commitments without any resolutions. May be frustrating techniques so that 1 day customer stops complaining .

Strongly suggest to avoid this product, there are much better quality products in market with competitive rates and very professional after sales service.
