sir i was employ o[censored]r company 14 sep 2011to 14 nov 2011 my salary was 8500 hundered only mr. ritesh sharma terminated me witout any notice co. pay only me salary of two months 14200 . this is not my complete salary .if co. terminate me without any information .it will pay to me one monthly advance .it is mention in my offer letter . plzpaymy complete salary and p. f. not comple me for going consumer court my code no.is 13527

HBL Global Pvt Ltd — not yet recd withdrawal amount of pf more than 8 mth

I had submitted my pf form in january 2011 but till date i didn't receive my pf amt on my saving a/c.It is already more than 8mth. Kindly look into it.

I Mr. Ashish Patel was working with HBL GLOBAL PVT. LTD. and my emp. code was A11246. I have resigned 2 years latter and submitted all the P.F. related documents for withdrawal process but still i have not received any P.F. Withdrawal Amount.

So please clear it why the process is being delayed.
