[Resolved] Home Shop 18 / Uniden Dual Cordless Phone — no response yet after a week

I have purchased Uniden Dual cordless phone (CXAI5198, 5.8 Ghz extended range cordless phone with speaker) from Home shope 18, India. But I found that caller ID feature does not work, also when incoming call came, date does not appear, although time and day display properly. I need your support in this regard. I have checked that my service provider (BSNL landline) has already activated caller ID facility. My contact number is 91-[protected] I have purchased this phone from HOME SHOP 18. It's office address is mentioned below. Our Corporate Office address : TV18 Home Shopping Network Ltd. 7th floor, FC-24, Sector-16A, Filmcity, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India. Uniden cordless phone — not working

product was not working. Promises to replace item after pick up. No pick up and later stops attending phone calls too.Stopped dealing as believe they are a pack of organized cheats and frauds.

Actually i believe this phone is made in US..and all U need is a convertor for Caller Id..it shoud be available at any local phone shop at your place.
So buy the called id convertor..
