we have booked a product of vedeocon Hometheatre system 5.1 channel
through Homeshop 18 channel, our order no. is[protected], paid amt. 1854
by ch. no 631838 ( HDFC BANK LTD.) Br. Yamuna Vhr. Dated 1.11.09,
Homeshop 18 channel already Recived my payment in 5.11.09, but company
not send my product. so please you take the action on this company as soon
as possible & solve our problem.

    I placed an online order to Home Shop 18, Noida in July 2009 for a Whirlpool refrigerator 180 ltr. which costs Rs.7990/- in that order there was a free gift bag of worth Rs. 700/-. They dilevered that order on 10 August 2009. And promissed me that the gift bag will be dilevered within a week. But till date I have not received any gift from Home Shop 18. I have talked several times to their customer care executives and every time they give me a complaine no. and told me that concerned request will be forwarded to the concerned department.

    Whirlpool online purchase — Gifts not delivered

    I had ordered Whirlpool fully automatic machine trhru order no. 34640 on 3 November 2007.Their website confirmed that as a mark of Diwali festival , we are entitled to receive a free gift of Rs. 4900 worth Intergold diamond pendant, 1 lakh worth bajaj home insurance , scratch card and a lucky draw of home makeover.

    Inspite of repeated reminders, only the "useless" scratch card is delivered and the other gifts are still pending. Their online purchse partner "Vritti Infocom" keeps passing the buck on Whirlpool and Whirlpool guys keep saying there is no stock.

    It seems they together are luring customers with fake offers. Can somebody from Whirlpool answer?? Are you guys cheating customers?

      Respected Sir/Madom,

      Here I purchased one Olympus fe26 12 MP Digital Camera from HomeShop18. I come to know about this product on website www.homeshop18.com. According to their product specification there is voice recording feature is available in this model of Digital But when I ordered and received it I found there is no such voice recording feature is available. I immediatly informed to Homeshop18 help desk no. [protected] but they are not ready to believe on it, they are only telling to check the mannual. I also confirmed it from the olympus Service centre but then also they(homeshop18) are not properly responding to solve my problem. After so many followups they given me Request no. 2225526 on 27th oct.2009 and after that lots of time I called to them but everytime they were only telling me that this product has voice recording feature. I told them to check the same product from their side but they are not ready to check it. at the end I called for refund and as per their instruction sent it by their TNT courier on 17th Nov.2009, from that day I calling them for feedbakc or status of my request. Their every excutive giving different-different answer that call after 2 days it will take 48 hours or it will take 10 working days or 15 working days and now telling 20 days. Today on 30th Nov.2009 when I called them to check status, the replied that still they have no update from their vendor.

      1) From more then 1 month they have no update about my complain.
      2) Their excutives are not helpful to understand and to solve customer's problem.
      3) Still they were showing wrong add of this product and misguiding to general
      public.
      4) They were not accepting their mistakes, they have no proper updates and
      taking too much long time for any process.
      5) For selling product they were calling without fail but when customer facing
      problem with their product they never responding properly.
      6) Still I waiting for my refund.

      sir, i purchased a microwave oven on 12th of feb from homeshop18.as i ordered only on telephonic conversation, as my requirement was for bake and grill your agent advised me to purchase whirlpool grill microwave as it also has grill and bake option which cost 3999/- frm your store and its origional price is 8500/-(as your agent told me that).i trusted you and ordered it immediately.when i recieved the product i came to know that it does'nt have baking option and its origional price is only 6000/-.as my requirement was baking option i was not satisfied with the product you sent me, because you have told me lie.i immediately called you to please change the product as its not of my use no matter if it will cost more i am willing to pay you more .i recieved a complain no.3552473 and told to call after 1 march.when i alled you your agent told me hat he had canceled the complain and not only hat he even harrased me by holding call 20-25 minutes and disconecting it itself notonly ones they don that four times.as i am harrased by your service and cheated by you, this is my last message to you to change it otherwise iam looking forward for legal actions.as it was totally your fault, you can not cheat your customer.i also have proof for it.

      whirlpool 25 ltr grill microwave oven — Non deliver even after one month by Homeshop 18

      I have booked a whirlpool 25 ltrs grilled microwave oven through HOMESHOP 18 in last week of Sep-10 and also paid Rs.6000/- cash before delivery and in leu just got a Male wrist watch against my order no.[protected]. Till now I haven’t received neither the microwave nor the remaining free gifts besides the wrist watch. I am in immense mental pressure, b,coz whenever I contact the customer care I get the same answer that product and gifts will be delivered to you by this week end. It continued for 3 weeks. Being harassed I talked to Supervisor MR. Kavish Srivastav on 2nd of November who assured me to deliver the product within this week 110 % and I will get courier information within a day or two. Then I called on 4th of November 2010 but to my surprise Mr Srivastav didn’t take my call and forward it to Mr.Kanwaljit Singh (Manager On duty) who said that Kavish reporting me and I am senior to him. Then he again assured me on 4.11.2010 that definitely I will deliver your product by the week end and also you will get your remaining free gifts even before and plz contact me on 9th of Nov 2010. By that time you will have already got your product otherwise I will confirm you. But to my surprise when I called today CC said that Mr Singh is on weekly off today. I replied If his weekly off is on Tuesday then why he said me to contact on Tuesday ? So CC then referred my call to another Supervisor who assured as before please wait for this weekend. Then hearing this I irritated and told them that one satisfied customer can bring 10 other customers but one dissatisfied customer may stop 100 other customers because negative is accepted easily in society. During this conversation the said Supervisor disconnected the call saying that I can not hear you so I am disconnecting the call.

      Just see how unfair is the situation.

      Please help me how can I get rid of this situation and get my products in good consition. For the last one month I am eagrly waiting for the products so that think for new bookings from my side as well as from my neighborhood also. But HS 18 does not want it.

        Receive one sigmatel dual sim on 30th october which is booked 21st Oct 2009 from Home Shop 18 One message is coming from Idea and Airtel that this IMEI number ([protected]) is not registered from Govt. I call in customer care number alsomst 10 time from last 15 days. They registered my complaint and give me the case ID 2368140. but no reply after that. When I call customer care again they told me that this case ID not belong to sigmatel mobile. then I registered new case ID 2389873 on 26th November 2009. on 29th November 2009 I receive one call from home shop 18 and the person ensure me that my mobile IMEI no. is not invalid and the mobile will work after 1st november 2009. But today my airtel sim showing invalid in the mobile whereas in other mobile it is working fine. I call the customer care again 30th Nov 2009 but they told me that their server is not working properly and not able to trace my complaint.
        So please registered my complaint against this company refund my all money in double as I am facing big problem without my mobile number working.

          I am Ajay chavan.brought a black hawk 3channel metal helicopter having product code 57214. And order no. 90089877 dated[protected]. I recieved item on 6/8/2010but not running as specified I contacted executive regarding complain but she is not giving proper guide line for getting repair or refund as I am not satisfied with this product.

          I bought toy helicopter for my son. I was never able to fly it with the remote. In the meantime I lost the users manual. I want users manual. While charging, initially there was blinking in the helicopter. But now it does not blink at all. Can it be repaired.

            Dear All,

            Aware ! Aware ! Aware! Please avoid to buy any products from HOMESHOP18. Whatever product they are displaying on TV, the products are totaly dissutisfied in compare to price and quality. Even it found that damaged items in a bundle. You must note that, please dont oblise with call centre people they are making fool to the customer on the phone and whatever information they passing is totaly wrong and dissutisfactory . This is my personal and current exeperience regarding HOMESHOP18 for Rebok bundle product.
            So please try to understand my personal opinion and must avoid to be fool like me. I hope you people will be happy to save you money, time and mental harrassment.

            I am also suffering for the same. I found that a product in a bundle is damaged and rest of the item is not sutisfactory quality wise. In earlier they said that, if any prople or dissutisfactoy get found in any product the item will be replaced by an executive at your door. But now they are not ready to come to replace and advising to sent that item by courier on said address then the item will be replaced. My advise is to charge compensation for all, if any one is making fool to the honest people.

            So, please avoid to be more tied in your busy schedued.

            I purchase a Wespro 8 MP Digital camera which was delivered to me on 9th instances. On opening the packet I found the battery damaged, it is already split into two parts. As such, it is dangerous to re-charge it. When this was informed over phone to the Customer Care Executives, they suggested to contact the service centre at Guwahati. How can Homeshop18 disown the responsibility of supplying products without proper quality check. So far there has been no response from the Homeshop team on this matter despite complaints sent. The order No. was[protected]. Hope this will help the customer care to trace the details.

              One of the worst company to deal with

              - Bad customer service
              - We highly recommend sellers not to sell with them as most of the sellers loose money
              - look at the nos of complaints on this website HOMESHOP18 cross any one as compare to any other site.

              I saw comments replied by mr srivastava that is not going to help this is bad service

              - If sellers beware
              - There returns are much higher
              - Half your products will be lost in transit
              - Bad product category manager, they take samples and never return back especially in electronics segment one of the worst company to deal with

              Few Facts for sellers

              - They will say 30% returns - Actual Returns 45% more. rem this add to your cost
              - Calculate 3 to 10 lets say if you selling something with them for rs 1000 you will get in hand Rs 300
              - they will never tell you where the money is gone
              - Cod option is one of the worst dont go for it

                i bought a microwave oven with grill,model no.17pgis serial no.27599on 16/1/09.from the day of delivery it did not work because door was not properly aligned after no of calls to ifb call centre and home shop 18.door was fixed ,but soon after the roter was not working again after much troubleand umpteen calls both the call centres roter was changed in between i was asked to contact local dealer to send technitian for small troubles.ifeel cheated that defective machine,has been deliverd to me and never to buy any thing from home shop again.

                Homeshop18 / IFB Microwave Oven — money not refunded

                I have ordered a IFB microwave oven 20 PGS2 from online shopping site homeshop18 on 17 feb 09 vide order no 70970815 and paid the money Rs 4999 in advance. they have not delivered me the product and neither they are refunding my money.
                Homeshop18 has followed well on the said complaint and i received back money on time and their responsible attitude made me purchase more product from them and i am happy using them .
                the same nature of mine too as i also order vide order no.

                  i placed an order of reebok combo pack(reebok shoes,sun glasses,watch & bag)on 18th october with the order no.[protected] on my husband vinit patwa`s name.& we were assured that we'll get the same product which is displaying on the product demo, but when we got product on 25th of october,,the shoes pair was totaly different,immidiately i contacted the customer service departmnet for replacement of shoes.after calling 3 to 4 consicutive days they told me you have to send your product through TNT Services to our vendor Reebok Address,which is in Noida.on 29th october we dispatched the order through TNT Services.from the 29 th october i am continusly calling at there customer care department,and every time they are making me fool,every day they use to tell me mam you will get your order in 15days of time still i am waiting for get my order back.today i talked with Ravikant Choudhary(customer care exe.),again he told me you will get your product in 15 days.

                    I buy one mobile phone throw homeshoping 18 , one week back , after two day i received a email that my visa card information was wrong so please update , i given them my feed back but they not turn even i call them , AJAY SIGHAL the person who send me mail , after two days they send me one email that your order is cancel now we will return back your money ........I called them ......many many time but thing not change ....PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO BUY FROM THIS SIDE ....THEY ARE VERY BAD . OR THIS DAY THEY ARE VERY BAD ...BECAUSE BEFORE THEY ARE WORKING BUT NOW I DO NOT KNOW WHY THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HANDLE CUSTOMER . SO PLEASE TAKE CARE WHILE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SIDE ....

                      Dear Sir,
                      I placed an order vide no.[protected] date: sept.17,2009. and cash of Rs.1990.00 as required before delivery, was paid for kenStar Juicer, Mixer and Grinder, but the product has not been delivered yet(30.10.2009). Every time I enquire a lame excuse is given by the sales executives sitting on line assuring that the product will be delivered in next two to three days. They do not have a courtesy even to inform the customers and tell them the correct reason for the delay and time of delivery. Are they running some kind of scam? I am not going to order any product from HS18 in future and the customers be aware of it.

                      I have purchased Ken star Juicer Mixer from Home Shop18 Dated 16/09/09. And I have Paid the amount of 1990 Rs. to Home shop18 Dated 24/09/09 by First Flighty Courier Service and Company sent massage to me dated 30/09/09 your order has been shipped Order No. is[protected] but I haven't got my product yet and I have Complained so many time but they doesn't respond. please Take action against Home shop18.
                      I too think they are running a scam. They are not answering to my query about non delivery of a product. Consumers... please don't go for a shopping in Homeshop18... you will loose your money...

                        An order no. 71667628 was places for Wespro 5 megapixil digital camcorder model no. DV 532 the product sent by Homeshop 18 was defective. The same was returned to them and they sent a cheque without finding out the proper details for refund giving the wrong name. They were contacted about this they then said to return the cheque bearing no.534531 drawn on ICICI bANK Noida, for Rs.2699/- . The same was returned to them on 13.10.09. Till date they have not refunded the amount and they are not receiving all the calls that have been made to them on several occasions. It had been noted that the great .. Raghav Bahl, 48 years, who is the Founder, Controlling Shareholder and Managing Director of Network 18. achieved awards and has over 22 years’ experience in television and journalism is enjoying cheating the people of their money. He should visit the net and find out how many complaints have been launched against the HOMESHOP 18 for moneys and products cheated. And they call themselves India's first 24 hours Homeshoping, they do not bother to respond to your call after they have cheated you. It is a big shame that people with big banners and big awards has brought our country India a bad name . All those awards and experiences were gained through cheating other people of their earnest moneys. IT IS A CHEATING CHANNEL.

                          I got your email ID from the Homeshop 18 customer grievance cell on internet and hence writing to you. This is to inform you that my husband and I have been constantly following up for a refund of our money.

                          We had purchased a "Night Fly Radio Control Helicopter with Remote" on 24th Aug 09 and the product was delivered to us on 26th Aug 09. The mode of payment was internet banking of Citibank.

                          We noticed on 27th Aug 09 that the remote control of the product was defective and chose to return the product. After repeated followup, the same was picked up from our house on 7th September 09( receipt attached) post this our woes of followup for refund started and we have not received our refund till date.

                          This is to also inform you that the agents at homeshop18 toll free number are not at all helpful in any manner and inspite of constant follow up our money has not come back to us.

                            Dear All,

                            We have ordered a “Wespro S Mega pixel Digital Camcorder” model no.- DV502 on 14th September 2009 to home shop 18 on telephone no- [protected].. order no[protected]copy of order receipt attached here). They have delivered it by blue dart courier. We received the courier on 17th September 2009 at 3 pm. We made payment for this product by cash to the said courier company. We opened the courier and check the features of this camcorder we found the quality of the camera was not good the pictures appeared in the screen of this camera was really poor soon we complained home shop 18 on above toll free no-[protected]. They have replied that they would change the product in a week...but still they have not provided us the replacement. we have called 5 times on home shop 18's phone no. for at least half an hour every time. Still there is no response .At last they peoples says that return it back so that they can change the product (copy of blue dart receipt attached here).And I am still waiting for there reply.

                            I am fully agree with you Mr. Pritam Singh. I bought a kids laptop worthy Rs. 999. I got it within 5 days of ordering but when I open the packet then I realized that they made me fool. It is just a toy nothing else. Its features are not satisfying. It has a feature in which it teaches alphabates but when I use it I fount that this toy pronounciate z(jed) as g (jee) i.e. disgusting. Beyond this its voice is also annoying. After using this useless toy I realized that buying this product was my big mistake and this shopping gave me a very first bad experience of online shopping or tv shopping. Hoping this will not happen with you...
                            Last 15 days we have ordered for utilte items which as deliveded after 1 week, but items has got problem with led which ther proveded HOME SHOP people should responed replace the same

                            15 DEC 2010; I had order a 6 set piecs NON Stick FRY pan , from HOME SHOP 18; every dis appointed by the poor quality of the Crstal - Home shop product , with in a single days all the colur comes out / fade out and ...its thin lower then 1 mm and extremly poor qualtiy ... and they are not able to solve the issue too .                                   Vide Order No[protected] I had ordered for Akai DVD Player and Videocon 5.1Channel Home Theatre System through Home Shop18. (Product code No S9-akaividHTS-Vid). The offer consisted of Freebie product (a) Fast Track sunglasses & (b) Adidas Bag. Although the product was delivered on 09 Oct 2009 the freebie's were not delivered alongwith the product. On complaining with the help desk of Home Shop 18 (Complaint No 2109741) they had promised to deliver the freebie's withing 7 working days. Till date I have not heard from them, neither they are entertaining the call. Please help.

                                  Akai DVD & Videocon Home Theatre — Non receipt of Home Theatre

                                  I ordered two Akai DVD and two Videocon Home Theatre before two months. Order No is[protected].
                                  Till date I only got Two DVD and only one Home Theatre. Remaining one Home Theatre not yet reached till date. I have been approaching your Customer Care for two months. But they gave me assurance that it will reach you within seven working days. But I did not get the Home Theatre till date.                                     We have seen homeshop18, growing but the actual facts are

                                    1. The money is not paid on time to vendors - when you get payment vendor will be shocked to see the money received.

                                    2. Most of the vendors are closing businesees after dealing with them - this is a fact, every 2 months check on there website how many vendors have been retained. Vendors wont be able to retain long

                                    3. Only few products which are available cheap in market is being marketed on homeshop18

                                    4. High promises > No response, No results, at the end vendors suffer huge loss for holding inventories, Until the sales are promised and margain is VERY HIGH, if you invest with them you will get Rs 4 from Rs 10, so you need to have atleast 60% margain in hand.

                                    5, Returns on Cash On Deliveries is more then 40% as they would promise from 30% sometimes returns will go as high 45% which is add to vendor cost and at the end less payment to you and even negative profit.


                                    We recommend, sell on other sites but HOMESHOP18 is clearly a NO NO

                                      This is with regards to Order no[protected] that was placed with Homeshop 18 on 22nd september. It is been 18 days after which the consignment arrived. To my surprise they expect the octroi to be payed by the customer. I have rejected the consignment on which I have been told that they would refund the amount after the order reaches back to them. which I anticipate would be another 20 days. Not just that I find Homeshop18 extremely slow but in a way dishonest and does not keep the word.

                                      I would never ever shop with homeshop18 ever and I hope they refund the money if they want to save their shabby unprofessional face.
