from homeshop18.com dated 11.10.2009 Order number , i recieve this producted dated 22.10.2009, when i check i found that is default piece , so i send back this courier by courier, then homeshop18 executive tell me u recieve ur replace within 10 to 15 days, but after 20 days product not recieve, then i say i dont want this product, dated 16.11.2009 executive told me that ur request for refund updated and u recieve ur payment within 10 working days, but when i call after two days 18.11.2009, they told me we cant give u refund, ur product send u as soon as,
Dear sir, i don"t want that product , because i purchase this product for my nephew birthday dated 12.11.2009, so this product waste for me, so plz help me for my refund .

Whirlpool online purchase — Gifts not delivered
I had ordered Whirlpool fully automatic machine trhru order no. 34640 on 3 November 2007.Their website confirmed that as a mark of Diwali festival , we are entitled to receive a free gift of Rs. 4900 worth Intergold diamond pendant, 1 lakh worth bajaj home insurance , scratch card and a lucky draw of home makeover.Inspite of repeated reminders, only the "useless" scratch card is delivered and the other gifts are still pending. Their online purchse partner "Vritti Infocom" keeps passing the buck on Whirlpool and Whirlpool guys keep saying there is no stock.
It seems they together are luring customers with fake offers. Can somebody from Whirlpool answer?? Are you guys cheating customers?
