Sir, I purchase a mobile phone of orion company from homeshop18 and it went out of order after a month.It is under 1 year warrenty..I have sent it to them for repair but it is now more than 30 days..they are not returning .on contacting them thru their call centre, I get a rehoteric that your complaint have been forwarded to concerned dept and it will reach u in 8 - 10 working days..these 8-10 woking days doesn't seems to get over..I have sent them a reminder thru speed post already telling them that they should return my mobile back else I wud be forced to file a complaint against them in consumer forum..Since I am facing this situation first time therefore requesting u to guide futher to proceed ahead

But I have noticed the that phone does not working properly while making call recently my friend procured that same one, please my order cancelled, do not send that product.

    Sub: Wrong Mobile Dispatched & Delayed in Replacement

    With reference to my order number[protected] of ONIDA GSM Mobile Phone model No.G500 was booking on 5th February 2009 on www.homeshop18.com web site.

    After 12 days I received my order but the mobile which I got & the mobile which was I order totally different. I was booking ONIDA GSM Mobile Phone model No.G500 & they shipped model No.F830.

    After several phone calls to customer care still I have not received my mobile. Every time customer care peoples tell me that please wait for one week. I booked complaint against my order on 17 February 2009 & complaint number 1083381. Still i have not received my product or refund.

    I am very disappointed of this kind of ghastly service. This is my first shopping on home shop 18 & got this kind of nastiest experience. I am suffering from this terrible experience because company system. Please change the system if customers will get into trouble & suffer.

    I called Mr. Karan (Supervisor) but he also said like other peoples.

    My request to all peoples who reading this complaint, please please dont purchase any product from Homeshop18 website or channel.

    I have order Microwave oven on 26 July money paid to home shop eighteen by check and has been cleared by them on 30 of july, my order number was[protected],
    every time when i phoned they ask delivery with in 5 days, now they cancelled my order and ask for sending money with in 15 days,

    I place an order No.[protected] for Premier camera with product code: 18218, but I received Wespro camera instead of original one.

    I called on customer care they told to send product back. Also I said them - who will bear courier cost they told to send fax of that courier receipt on Fax :[protected].

    I can see many post regarding like this issues of received another product instead of ordered one.

    With reference to my order number[protected] of Blue GSM Mobile Phone model No.253x was booking on 6th August 2008 at phone ffrom homeshop18

    After 12 days I received my order but the mobile which I got & the mobile. After some time the display screen of thad mobile was damage. I have sand a complain to Home Shop 18 and tele conversation between home shop 18 and Service Centre of Home shop 18 i.e Pratham Telecom India Pvt Ltd. New Delhi and me, I have send the mobile through local service at my own charges to Service Centre Pratham Telecom India Pvt Ltd for repair. After that they said that send us Demand Draft of Rs 800/- for repairing. I have send DD of Rs 800/- through courier.

    After several phone calls to customer care still I have not received my mobile. Every time customer care peoples tell me that please wait for one week... for one week. I booked complaint against my order on 25 March 2009 & complaint number 1262544. Still i have not received my product or refund.

    I purchased a 8.1 megapixels digital camera of Samsung from homeshop 18 on 03Feb, 2009 under the Valentine day offer of 50%value back offer.They handover my camera on 09Feb, 2009 and my order no.is[protected].When I asked customer care for the free coupons they told that according to there rule they deliver these coupons within 1or 3 weeks of deliuvery, but till date they don't send even a one coupon.Even there male customer care executives speaking rudely when I asked for my coupons.
    According to me my society members are also suffer from this problem, and they told that they all file a case to the court because they and I are the Indian Army Officers.

    i am prakash katre i had purched one duel sim mobile from HOMESHOP18 on telephonic call centre, i was used of my credit card. i got the mobile but still i have not yet recieved invoice copy of mobile,
    now i am facing problem due to ungetting invoice copy.bcz now my mobile is under warany peried next month waranty will be expired i did complaion near by 100 times in there telephonic call centre but nobody is giving proper response.

    HomeShop18 — Refund against cancelled order

    I had ordered for 1 No. Sigmatel Mobile Phone Model No. FXDS77 on HomeShop18 vide order no.[protected] for Rs. 3999/- in the month of March 2009 and the payment was through credit card in three EMI's. Within a couple of days, the order was cancelled by me due to unavoidable reasons and I advised HomeShop18 accordingly. Meanwhile, the product was shipped, which I had returned back to them.

    I have been following up with HomeShop18 for the last three months for refund. They also confirm having received a confirmatin from the blue dart courier for the returned material. I have been receiving a standard reply that refund will be processed within 7 days, but I have failed to receive the refund to my credit card. Meanwhile, in the first month, the bank has charged me an interest of Rs. 492.10, as the first EMI was not paid by me in the hope of refund from HomeShop18 would be credited to my credit card. Since I have failed to receive the refund, to avoid further penalties, I have paid the first EMI with interest and second EMI also to the bank. I have now received the credit card statement claiming the third EMI.

    It is very unfortunate that such a reputed organisation has failed to give me refund. I earnestly request them to give me the refund of Rs. 3999/- along with interest of Rs. 492 at the earliest.

    HomeShop18 — not send my D.D back

    i order the VOX Dual SIM Full Touch Screen Mobile Phone Product Code:37772 order no[protected] on 30th june 2009 8;30am and i send the D.D 30june of rs 5999 at 12:30pm. on 4th july 2009 at 4;39 the call comeing from [protected] this no i am calling from homeshop18 i receive ur D.D. and they told the proudct is out of stock so i will send ur D.D back. but i am not yet receive my D.D. i call the cousmter care so many time and ask them they told weight 5 to 7 days it will come.

    Home Shop 18 — Mobile- Not working- No Replacement No Service

    I have purchased one Orinon Dual SIM phone from Home Shop 18 (HS18) the invoice no is 517 Date[protected] Buyers's Order no[protected] Buyer's name Naveen Shelar.

    It started problem after one week of purchased, I try to chased the service center which was listed in the book provided by Home Shop 18, but the telephone numbers were wrong, then I try to chase the Home shop 18 but the CUSTOMER CARE OF HS 18 IS WORST, MORE THEN WORST.

    Finally I drop many time at the service center of Orion which is at Nehru Place (ACCFrontling India) which is also worst they communicated to me the the this is the Chines Mobile why you buy it, and the warranty of the set is expire I asked them I purchased it one months back and HS 18 Communicating to me It is One year warranty they replayed to me HS18 miss communicated to you, after a long marathon I able to update the warranty, but not use ACCfrontling India asked me to deposit the mobile because it has got some major problem. Finally I deposit the mobile because it was dad (it was on) and I got back my mobile after 6 days and on the very next day it again reach the same problem ( become DAD not on), when I again approach ACCfrontline they were very rude and enemy of customer, they asked me why you are coming again and again we cant do any thing go and ask them from where you purchased the mobile.
    And refused to repair my mobile.

    I don't know what to do, but I advice all of you if any one planing to buy any thing from HOME SHOP 18 please think 10000000000000000000000 times, else you will remorse like me and wast you money.
    I have purchased a touchscreen mobile form this home shop 18 and when I opened it and I found that the touch screen is not working at all, hence that was the terrible mistake I made in my entire life. Only for phone calls to contact the correct person I have spent 200/- and in vein I could not get any right person.

    NOTE: To home shoppe18 Don"t ever promise to any person, because your company is loosing goodwill of the consumer because of whom your company is there or existing. After a stage no one will purchase from your shoppe.

    WM1503 — Mobile set not working

    Umesh.P from Mysore, I ordered a mobile model no WM 1503 set through Home shop 18 (order no[protected] on 18.08.2009,it got delivered after a ten days and I paid 5000/- (Rs Five Thousand Only) but when i received that set it got some problem i e when the mobile got shake it become switched off. I informed to Wespro immediately and they taken back through TNT couriers on 03.09.09, and they resend new mobile on 25.09.09, but once again the same problem is there on this mobile. and resend it immediately on06.09.09 and received on 25.10.2009 but still the problem is not solved.pls find the below detailed mail I wrote them and their feedback.

    HomeShop18 — Wrong consignment delivered

    Ordered a Mitashi DVD Player from Homeshop18. The package was delivered to me on18/11/09 against cash of Rs.4999. Unfortunately, it contains only a bag and colour crayons/pencils instead of the Mitashi DVD Player. I contacted one Mr. Mitul Verma at their call centre (complaint No. 2348976). I was informed that it will take 10-15 working days for resolving the matter whatever may be the case: product or refund. I suggested him to take up the matter with courier immediately and ask him to collect the package from me and pay back my money latest by tomorrow. Why should I suffer for the fault of Homeshop18?

    One Mr. Piyush Sharma from Mitashi ([protected]) contacted on the same day to follow up the complaint and assured that the courier will pick up the package next day but money will be refunded by Homeshop 18 by chq after mitashi confirmation of receiving the package back.
    On 25/11/09, I contacted Mr. Piyush Sharma again and he asked for another 2-3 days for arranging pickup but no developments thereafter.
    On 30/11/09 sent following message through the online feedback (No. 2421625) from Homeshop18 site.

    "Despite my complaint dt 18th nov and seeking the refund of my money immediately, neither the wrongly delivered package has been picked up from my addressed nor the money has been refunded to me. Mr. piyush Sharma from Mitashi is assuring me of this for past 10 days yet there is no action. It is none of my concern whether the package is picked up or not, I want my Rs4999 refunded to me immediately. Please note this is the final notice to Homeshop18 as well as Mitashi requesting for the refund within next 5 days. Failing which I will be taking suitable legal action for the refund and damages at your cost and consequences."

    On 02/12/09, contacted Mr. Piyush Sharma of Mitashi was assured of action once again

    One of our customers Mr. Zafar Abedin has raised a concern regarding non functional Wespro Dual Sim - Touch Screen Mobile Phone Model No: WM3708i on his blog posted on 10 th December , 2009 .


    He has bought the product in June 2009 amd has raised a complaint after the warranty period of 6 months .

    We have spoken to our vendor M/s Wespro Corporation who in turn as a gesture of goodwill has agreed to repair the product and we have advised him to send back the product at vendor's Mumbai office.

    All the required after sales service and support shall be provided to him once the product is received
    Through online Home Shop 18 I had purchased a Dinner Set (Demonte 62 Pcs) with free mixer grinder (Order No.[protected], dated 18.10.2009, amount Rs.3200/-)

    I had received the same in damaged condition and resend the item with First Flight Courier (R.No. – J[protected]

    After several phone calls on no. [protected] of Home Shop 18, I did not got any proper response and spended a lot of money in phone calls, Fax and Courier.

    The Sr. Manager Mr Rehan asked me to send the receipt copy and after sending the same two times I did not got any result except getting fake assurance from Home 18 for refund of my money.

    Till now two months have been passed, neither I got any proper response nor the money spended on the item purchased.

    Now I am fully frustrated .

    HomeShop18 — not answering about the refund

    yesterday i made acomplaint thru you for the microwave IFB make which was ordered by me on homeshop18 but even their confirmation and several calls at last i got the the mail stating they fails to supply the microwave as they are not capable.
    in meanwhil the amount was already deducted from my account but till date even 12 days passed the amount was not credited to my acount.
    today i receive a call from an employee named Ms Raashi who given the phone no.[protected] and ensured that by evening she will confirm the payment detail how they have paid.

    I have purchase one helicopter (a toy!) from this company. It is not working properly and very dangerously get out of control even when you just switch on its remote, no controls will work. I have called the company which is a very well known TV shopping company and a channel named HOMESHOP18. But, they are saying that they will not make any refund although it is given on their broucher.

    Homeshop18 — NOT CAPABLE OF HANDLING SO MANY ORDERS

    HomeShop18 which USED TO BE a good online shopping and tele shopping provider has proved to be not capable of handling the frequency of orders it is now receiving.
    Earlier i used to get the product withing stipulated period as provided on their website but now you can expect the product to be delivered after a month or when you have totally forgotten about the product.
    Is this what we expect from such a name? NO!
    So, its better to stop working if you cannot handle orders or improve your services.
    I had ordered a pair of Converse Shoes and i received the same after 1 month...its good that my shoe size did not change in that time ;)

    HomeShop18 — Need refund for Orion cell Phone 931 model

    I had bought a new Orion Dual Sim Mobile Phone - 931ES (model) from homeshop18 on 4th Jan 2010 with Order No:[protected] and the sub order no: 72419855.

    I was able to charge the phone for the first time; however the phone does not charge the second time, I had also received a broken hand free. I am very disappointed with this product and would like to get my money back.

    I had bought so many other product with homeshop18, the CS was good, but when I wanted refund for the product which is not work, the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOO BAD.
    They dont want to give me the refund, and they are forcing me to used the product which did not work.
    This is really bad.

    I places an order through Home Shop 18 on Feb 4 (Order No:[protected] for the purchase of Pink Hobo. On Feb 12 When I checked the order status online it showed "Ready for Shipment", and when I called up customer support in[protected], I was told product was shipped and will be delivered in 2 days. Later on Feb 15 I got an email in my id ([protected]@gmail.com) that the product couldn't be delivered due to "Out of Stock" . Im not sure why this discrepency in the status update? Is Home shop18 competent enought to have a online shopping portal if it cant even track the status?

    Adding to the grievance, I havent got my refund yet. When I called up the customer support, I was told Cheque was prepared and will be made to the shipping address I had provided in the profile. I have the following queries.
    1. I wanted to know why the cheque was prepared though I used online transaction to pay my amount.
    2. How can they assume the name given in the user profile will match my account name, and can generate the cheque without cofirming it with me.
    3. The customer support was rude and didnt even listen to my grievance and was talking this is the process Home Shop 18 follows and I can take any further step if Im capable of doing.
    4. Why the status of the order wasn't communicated accurately and why the customer is given false information.

    I'm fine to spare the money I have paid even if I dont get the refund, but I want to expose the unprofessionalisn of the Home Shop18 and irresponsible attidue of the customer support personnel.     HomeShop18 is a harassing experience. Don't ever buy from them or any other online shopping sites. They are all the same.
    My order no.[protected], i ordered on 9th may 2010, a Whirlpool oven with reebock and starterkit in the price of rs.4199/-.
    They send me sms that u ll get teh product within 7-8 days. After so may calls, on which i spent almost 200 rs on my phone, I got this product delivered at my home on 29-May in the damaged condition and it is not only the product in damaged condition but also i didnt recieve any reebok watch nor starter kit.

    I am complately frustrated with the false promise by the chaters like u.
    I suggest to all who want to book the product to HS-18, "Please dont buy anything, theya are cheaters, i[censored] wanna know real experience kindly contact me at the ph mentioned below". So it is my request to all buyers plz do call me before me buying anything. I have time to save peopel to get into trap.

    HomeShop18 — Sent faulty product and dont taking it back

    There is a company called as HomeShop18. They have own channel which is broadcasted on Airtel Digital service on 113 channel. I bought Microwavable utensil set. When I received it was tampered.
    This channel claims to replcae it...if any customer receives product in broken or tampered condition, which is completely untrue. I am chasing them for more than 2 months now, but they come up with one or other excuses and not replacing the product.
    I want to officially launch a complain against and want an action against them. I am sure...same thing is done to many customer.

    Hello Sir,

    I ordered a jewellery set through Homeshop18 website. After many days and making complaints I recieved the product. It was broken and incomplete. It was not at all the way it was described on website.
    I again made the complaint and according to homeshop instructions I sent the product back through courier spending money from my pocket and still did not recieve the replaced product after many days also.
    Now when i recieved the product it is just the same way i recieved earlier in a broken and incomplete state.They told me that courier charges would be reimbursed on faxing the reciept. i did the fax,they told me that ok noew it sin process and will be done and now they tell me after many calls that they did not recieve any fax.
    I use the internet to send gifts to my family and the customer care people sitting there harras the customers like anything making our calls on hold for long time and then disconnecting the calls.

    I completely agree. I purchased a home appliance and firstly they promised a replacement when I said I wanted a refund because of the 15 day money back offer about which they proudly proclaim but is a farce in reality. They replacement product is taking over a month to arrive and theres no guarantee on its quality as well. I've spent a lot of time and money trying to contact the customer service desk but each of them have a different story to tell.

But today is friday i have not received my product. This is a customer harrasement by HOMESHOP18.

    I request Mr Sundeep Malhotra, CEO, Home Shop18 to look in to the matter.
    I placed an order through Home Shop 18 on June 6, 2011 (Order No:[protected] for the purchase of Reebok combo. Already cheque has been cleared on 13th june, 2011. Can you explain the reason why i have not received till date.

    After logged complain on web, Company was not taking in serious way. worst service in this country.

    My order no.[protected], had purchased a dinnerset 72 pcs. dt. 14.08.2011 after waiting many days we received it today 26.08.2011 through courier, we opened the pack with excitement all utensils are fine but big "donga" is in damage condition. so please replace it as early as possible.       Respectedsir,
      On 1st of march 2009, I had ordered an IFB DIVA MODEL washing machine from home shop 18 with order no[protected] through my HDFC credit card (no-[protected]) of amount 11, 999Rs. on 7th march 2009 I received a message as my order has been cancelled and my money will be refunded to my credit card account in next 78hrs. but till now i didn't received any amount. When i called up to home shop 18, one of the executive said that my amount was refunded on 7th march 2009 with the RR NO.66659198.

      But when i enquired from HDFC BANK executive said that no amount was credited in my account till today regarding this transaction. Moreover they said that two transactions has been done to HS18 regarding this washing machine one on[protected] & other on[protected]. Now HDFC bank is asking for letter from HS18, saying that only one transaction has been done to them to settle this transaction dispute. Iam calling up to HS18 to regularly to provide me a letter on their letter head pad with stamp & authorized signature. But they are not at all responding & they are not refunding the money regarding the transaction that i had done on[protected].

      We had given fax to Miss.Sandhya Arora of HS18 on[protected] regarding this issue. But there was no response. Iam requesting to HS18 to provide me a letter on their letter head pad with their stamp & authorized signature saying that " only one transaction has been done to them reg:IFB DIVA WASHING MACHINE on[protected]." & to please refund my money regarding this transaction immediately, otherwise i have to pay an amount of Rs.24000 to HDFC bank which is highly impossible for me.

      This is my humble request to please kindly consider the above & do the needfull for me & give me justice.

        This is with regard to the Order Number[protected] that I placed with Homeshop18 online. I had ordered for Roses With Teddy to gift to my Wife during Valentines Day. Asusual the product was not delivered ( Seeing the number of complaints that I see on this website I can understand they keep proving their calibre often). I had made enormous number of calls explaining them that the product was not delivered and I would require a refund. They kept messaging me back that they would require to confirm this with their Vendor. Can you imagine a company which does not belive what his customer says. So I waited for almost 30 days for their Vendor to revert. Nothing has happened till. Now when I call them again, the accounts manager stated they will have to launch a new enquiry on this case, meaning I will have to wait for some more days to get this resolved (if at all they have the intention to resolve). I would advice all customer to keep an eye on this company and be cautious while ordering any product. I do not have the patience to deal with this problem any more. To me Homeshop18 is nothing but a company which tries innovative ways to steal money from us.

        I'd purchased Onida mobile G500 from homeshop 18 three months back, the display of phone on TV was look awsum and i want to gift my wife mobile phone so I make deal with homeshop18 through my ICICI card. The payment was deducted from my credit card instant, but phone was delivered to me after 21 days. I make so many calls to customer care regarding non receipt of item, they always redirect me here and there not taking my calls serious. But now its hight of neonsance is the phone is not working properly, its display and call sound is also not coming through the speaker is working fine, but ring neither calling nor receving is been able to hear. I'm staying in ghaziabad, no repair outlet is available nearby, I find homeshop18 is the worst place to purchase anything, since there after sale service is very poor.

        Very bad shopping experience. Ordered two products of which one was faulty. The other one was not what I ordered for. Now they are asking me to courier the products to Bangalore and Chennai. They say they will refund the courier money if I fax the courier receipt. Honestly, I do not trust them. They will never refund the money. Instead they will give me a useless voucher to do more shopping on their useless website.

          To Whomsoever It may concern.

          This is to bring to your kind notice I have placed a order containing Flower Boquette with product name as "INTERPRETATION OF LOVE" worth Rs.785/- with order no[protected] on the Homeshop18 through Internet (www.hoemshop18.com) where Order required some personal details and Phone numbers to be updating alongwith required date of delivery .I have mentioned 14/02/2009 (Valentine's day) as the date of delivery and after placing the order I got a sms stating the order will be delivered within 12-13 working days which forced me to contatc the call center to clarify regarding the delivery date.The call agents confirmed that order whichever is placed after 2:30 pm will be delivered the next day and for flowers the delivery norms are different than the other categories of products and the next day(14th Feb 09) I waited till 8:00 pm along with umpteen number of calls but to my dismay I found the comitment void and I called the call center of Homeshop 18 and advised them to cancel the order as there was no point in recieving the order after the required date and the order was delivered on 15th Feb 2009 around 2:00pm which I haven't accepted and asked the delivery guy to take back.Today when I called the Home shop 18 Callcenter enquiring abou the refund they simply denied stating refund is not possible.I am really helpless and I want to warn all the consumers from falling into the traps of these kind of cheaters who are simply waiting to loot public .Please be careful.

          I hope this forum has authenticity and effectiveness to bring these kind of cheaters to lime light and make them learn a lesson of what happens when they try to cheat public .

            I placed an order "[protected] " with HomeShop18 on 13th Feb at 23:30HRS IST. I placed order with them because at their web-site "http://www.homeshop18.com/shop/faces/tiles/catalogue.jsp?catalogueID=6&quo... they have clearly mentioned that "Orders placed by 2PM, will be delivered the same day". I placed this order on 13th hoping that it would be delivered by 14th evening atleast.
            At 14th evening their vendor called me and told that he could not find the address and will charge for redelivery. A pizza boy is able to deliver pizza on that address but their vendor can not find that address which is 100 meters far from the Bus Stop of that area in Delhi. I called at least 10-11 times to the customer care of HomeShop18 and they promised everytime that order would be delivered within an hour but it was again a fraud and order was not delivered.
            If they are not able to provide service then why they claim it. Telling a lie to the customer, talking rudely, worst service this is the way by which HomeShop18 is doing business.They put me in so embarrasing situation and after paying 3-4 times to the cost of item also, I could not get it. They have not cancelled my order till yet in spite of I have clearly mentioned the expected date of delivery as 14th Feb 2009

              i am jayesh living in H.P., i had purchse camera from homeshop 18 channnel price 2750 RS. when i get camera it had defected and no specifications found matching with their specification which they told me while purchansing, so i had return immeditely to above channel and they told me to repair and deliverd within one week, now 2 months are passsed on and channel not deliverd this product, when i call each time they told me repeat answer to replace camera, i had called them more that 50 times, purhaps it may possible that calls cost more than this camera, what can i do, i want to file this case now at consumer court pl.s give me informatiuon regarding this matter.

                Dear sir,

                I have purchased a product name radio controlled helicopter from homeshoping 18 .com my transaction ID was[protected] dated 21/11/08 through my Citibank credit card when I received the product it was damaged and was not actual as show in there website then I called up there customer care executive and defined my problem regarding the product he told your product will be picked from your residence and it will returned to the concern merchant your money will be refunded in your credit card account & he provided me a service case no 747644 dated 26/11/08 but after continues follow-up

                No body came to collect the product then I have to courier it by myself after dispatching the product I asked for the refund of my money but they continues keep me telling that your money will be refunded but money was not refunded and I had to pay my credit card bill in which this product was also included



                See how fool I was the product which is been returned back I was been made to pay for that, now even I did’t remember how much times I called them for my money only assurance is given

                i was shocked when there senior executive named Mr Alok told me that your product can’t be retuned it could be replaced whereas for last one month they keep on telling me your money will be refunded



                this is my humble request I don’t care for my money but thing is that tv homeshopping 18 network should be severely punished & panelized so that in future they will be careful and they could not cheat any consumer I don’t want any other consumer feel badly harass like me

                I had ordered an "Educational Laptop with 22 Activities" worth Rs.999/- ( vide order no.[protected] and sub order no. 70724669, dt. 30/11/2008) whereas the packet which was delivered to me on 8.12.2008, contained an "Educational Laptop with 20 Activities" worth Rs.649/-.                 i buy a new 1 gb mp3 player from homeshop18 on june 03, 2009, they deliver the product on june 11, 2009, but that product was not fine.i talk to the homeshop18 custumer care exective.he guide me to replace the prtoduct.& then i send it back to the vendors on june 13, 2009 .after that i got that product on 28.07.09.but again this product is not fine.& now they are not refunding my money.they are forcing me to replacing this product again.

                I had ordered Aiptek camecorder from Homeshop 18 on 17 Feb'09.As per them they had sent courier on 25 Feb'09 itself.But I recieved that courier on 4 of march'09 as they had put my product to my neibour.
                my neibour had given that product to me on 4 March'09.
                When I got that product I checked it & I found it damaged.

                I have purchased SIA jewellery set. The set was damaged/oxidised. I contacted HS18 Customer Care Centre and explained in details. I was given an address and phone number of Delhi and was asked to contact them and tell them to collect the product through courier from my residence. But after contacting the above address, I was told that their dealing zone is elsewhere and so they are unable to help me. So again I had to contact HS18 Customer Care Centre to inform the latest position. I was again given a new address and phone number. I was also told to courier the damaged set through local courier at my own cost. The above interaction took more than one month.

                In the meantime there was Pooja Holiday and I was out of station. On 26/10/2009 I again contacted HS18 Customer Care Centre to inform that I had purchased a micro oven (which was damaged). I had also purchased TWO pairs of REEBOK COMBO(shoes) in which one pair did not contain the goggles and one watch was damaged. Instead of No.8 size I received No.9. I was given Complaint Nos. for the above items and was told to contact the Centre on 31/10/09 and 10/11/09 again. When I reminded that my SIA Jewellery Set is still awaiting replacement, I was flatly told that the issue is now delayed so the set cannot be replaced any more. The Call Executive also told me that may be I have used the product.

                Due to several interactions I had spent more than Rs.150. On the other hand the jewellery set of Rs.2999 is of no use to me. The amount is fully wasted.

                I have found that the products are not checked properly before sending to the customers and mostly I have received damaged products all the times. All the damaged products are dumped in my house and I am still waiting for their replacement.

                I fully agree with the complaints. The Homeshop18 people fool the customers with attractive promises. I purchased a Mitashi DVD Player from them. The SD Card function is not working at all. The USB is also not performing perfectly. The lock of Battery compartment cover is broken. I have been complaining them to replace the damaged cover repeatedly. Every time, they offer to pick up the product & replace it. I always insisted that I want to replace the cover only, since there is no guarantee that the replaced product will work fine. At least the main functions of this unit DVD player are working.

                They always say their expert people will call me within 48-72 hours, but no-one cares to call back. Now, after seeing the flood of complaint against these people, I feel lucky that I did not return the product at all, at least I have something in hand for my money. I will never purchase anything from these people.

                Camcorder of Wespro company is not working in proper order and battery not working proeprly ( when we starts equipment then battery work proeprly but after 2 minutes battery not working and equipment being shutoff. ( product no.[protected] and for product, request given to Customer care on [protected] and after 12 days i received my product but still i have not received my coupon vouchers of 500rs however in advertisement of colours chennal told " that you could get 500rs coupon vouchers with that product with 2 handwatches, if you give your request to customer care [protected] ." but still complain not been resolved.

                      I had placed and order during the diwali dhamaka time on Home Shop 18. It was “ buy 5 and get 5 pearls set” of Sri Jagadamba Pearls . I placed the order on 25-10-08. I was told 7-10 days for delivery. But after 12 days when I called, I was told it has already been sent fro here u will be receiving it in a matter of 1-2 days. At last I received the item on 11-11-08. At last when I opened it full of excitement I was all disappointed to find one piece did not have a chain and another was a damaged piece. I called their customer service and person on the other end apologized and said that my complaint has been registered and I that I cud expect a call from their end in a day or two. When the call did not come even after one week I called them back on 16-11-08.now I had to ask for some senior person to speak to. The first senior I spoke to was a floor supervisor called mr.abhishek who tells me that I was supposed to send him the product back initially and they would have looked into the matter. But the fact was I was never told about all this in the first instance. If that was the matter I would have just sent it back and got my money back. Then comes mr.arun the manager who says he will look into the matter and call me back the next day. When I still don’t receive any such calls from them till 19-11-08 I called back and this time mr.abhishek and mr.arun are not willing to come online. Now one mr.karan tells me I have to wait for another half an hour for them to get back to me. PLEASE BEWARE OF HOME SHOP 18.THEY ARE ALL ONE BIG FRAUD.DONOT OPT FOR HOME SHOP 18. U WILL BE DUPED. HOME SHOP I8 IS A COMPLETE CHEAT COMPANY. PLEASE BEWARE...

                      Hi I order for 950 combo pack (3 Spikar T shirts, 2 Deo's and 1 pair of socks) but when i received a courier i had only T shirts and Deo's but not the socks so i need the answer as to why the socks was not delivered. please divert for this complaint as soon as possible.

                      Home Shop 18 — warranty cheat

                      i purchased a " JXD 1 GB MEDIA PLAYER" from home shop 18 on 10 Jul 2008.its camera started having some some problem after some time. it was under warranty(up to 10 Jan 2009). i sent it on 16 dec 2008.they got it on 23 dec 2008. from 31 dec 2008, till now i havw been inquiring them on phone about my product(replacement/repair/refund). they just say that the work is still in progress. call after 5 days. uptill now i have called them around 15 times since 31 dec.
                      I think they are a very big fraud. They are also not forwarding any contact details for me to take up my compliant. I ordered for a product and a pearl set was to be given free to me but they have not sent me the free gift and somebody Mr. Rashik always replies to the feedback with one liners. He is as I suspect only employed in the capacity of a email complaint handler with the standard one liners. This is very unprofessionally managed unlike Indiaplaza or formerely fabmall.
                      I bought a Bleu Mobile from Homeshop18. They delivery me with 12 months warranty. But after 3 months mobile got problem, when I called Homeshop18 to claim my warranty, they gave me a mobile no. of Delhi and said that this is Bleu Company's Service Centre's no. but when I called on that no. they I have come to know that Bleu company has been shut permanently. Now Homeshop18 people does not giving me solution for that.

                      Home shop 18 is a fraud company. I don't how the Govt. is allowing his Adv. in TV. I attracted with Camcord displayed in their channel and I was placed my demand. They delivered the same but the clarity and its performance is very poor. I repeatedly lodged my problems with their customer care but they are not attended and also not given any comments on the Camcord and just slipping giving irrelavent reply. I lost my Rs.4999/- and if I go for China set it is 100% better then the said Camcord. So Please don't contact with Home shop 18 by mistakely. This is for your safe said I am telling.

                          We ordered the IFB microwave in the month of August, near to Raksha Bandhan and the product delivered to us after 1 month. Even after 1month the product delivered to us was incomplete, the starter kit was missing. From last 4 months I’m following the HomeShop18 team but till today they don’t have any reply.

                          It was my biggest mistake ever to shop online.

                          yes the same has been repeated with me and even after getting the stater kit after 1 week of delivery i was given a 5 piece starter kit instead of the 10 piece one .the delivery man said thatthe offer had been changed now and they now give a 5 piece starter kit
                          Congrulations at least you have received one half of the item, I had ordered the same during March 09 and till dare have not received the same yet. the same with my sister and my Cousin brother.

                          EVERY TIME I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE I GOT A REPLY THAT THE PRODUCT WOULD BE SHIPPED WITHIN 24 OR 48 HOURS.
                          THE PEOPLE AT HOMESHOP18 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND NOW THEY SAY THE PRODUCT HAS REACHED MY CITY AND TODAY THEY ASK ANOTHER 48HOURS TIME.

                          NOW I FEAR THAT WHETHER MY PRODUCT WOULD EVER BE DELIVERED ??

                            Dear Concerned,

                            This complaint is regarding order no[protected]. The order was palced on 22nd Oct'08 after the assurance of the executive that the same will be delivered before dilwali, but the same has still not been delivered . Today we are standing on 12th Nov and still I havent received the product .

                            I have spoken to n number of employees at Homeshop18 but all in vain. To my further surprise I was given an AWB number Z79790680 which as per the courier company (DTDC) pertains to Bahadurgarh whereas the product which I had ordered was to be delivered at Ghaziabad . Really fail to understand why was I Given the wrong AWB no. As per the last conversation with Ms. Sangeeta ( Assistant Manager in Homeshop 18) the same will be delivered in 4-5 days .

                            Can anyone tell wht is the TAT which Hopeshop 18 is following ? Why are false commintments given to the customers ?

                            Pls note this is not the first time I have faced this issue . Earlier also I have booked a product on the comfirmation that the same will be delivered on saturday or sunday . However the same was handed over to a old neighbour on thrusday .

                            Is only selling is the motive of Homeshop18 or can they think of customerservice at any point of time.

                              i ordered a wespro megapixel pocket digital camera product code dv68005s after seeing an ad in home shope 18, somehow it reached me in time(20-oct.2008) and they charged 3999.which stopped working in 2 days.i then complained to thier customer care and requested to refund me the amount as per their policy(15 days no question asked money back guarantee).I sent it back on 24.10 2008 waited for the refund but to my surprise after 12 days i got a call on 3rd november 2008 from courier agency that to collect the said repaired product which i refused and immediately called customer care and told them.they asked me the reason for denying which made me to remind them their policy for which they later apologized and logged a new complaint and promised me to return it in 15 days which i was assured but they took nothing in process as on date 07-nov.2008 as few minutes back i spoke to them (atul) customer care executve on[protected].for which they have given me new complaint no .663558 and promised to look into this matter.I would like you to please see the matter and compensate from them and bring to notice of every layman so that their hard earned money should not be cheated from them by such fraudlent companies.                                 How the team missguides the customer through website How they talks sweetly before money transaction from customers account.
                                they are very irresponsible about, wether the customer gets the product or not.waiting for the goods more then one month status still unknown in the web site status shows GODDS SHIPPED since last one month..

                                  I want to put complain against HomeShop 18 who provides free delivery of products at home with 7 to 10 days. I had given an oder of Bleu Mobile 555x and 10 pearl sets on 14th Oct and 27th Oct respectively. I have not received yet. I wanted to gift someone on 4th Nov and request to send the mobile ASAP so that I can receive on 3rd Nov. I am very upset and not satisfy with this service as I have not yet received any of them. I have called them many times. This is the first time I had planned to buy something from HomeShop 18.

                                    After watching the product details on CNBC AWAZ, i have ordered a Fuzifilm camera of Rs.10, 000/- on 26th of sep.08, with the commitment follows to deliever it within 7 working days.
                                    and paid the amount from my friends credit card on the same day.
                                    after the money paid to your network, till now after one month, there is no phone call from HS18, wether i have received the product or not.
                                    i am continously calling from last 15 days to HS18, and every time the executive says sorry for delay, you will get the product within two days.and also you will receive a call from us at 10 o clock or after 2hrs.
                                    but till now there were no calls from HS18, i have received yet.

                                    Daily i am visiting to the DTDC couriour office for any receivings..
                                    All the festivals of dashehra, karva chauth have been passed and now Diwali is on 28thoct. i am going on leave from saturday and no hope that i can get the product before saturdey.
                                    I need my product till saturday otherwise i need my money back till saturdey so then i can make the purchase from shop.

I have ordered an Intex DVD player from HS18 and I have send a cheque of Rs. 2450/- to them. but after 2 months they say that the product is out of stock. Still they have not refund my money. If they don't do within this week, I will pull them in consumer court and make them realize their fault. They are making fool out of people.                                       I raised an online order for ION media player.
                                      firstly it was not received within duration as per comany commitment.
                                      When recieved the product it was partial and of another comapany. So I sent back the product to Home shop 18 and requested for refund of money . After each 2 days I kept calling to their customer care and keeping the follow up thorugh email also. But no responce received. Now its been three months, I am waiting for my refund back.
                                      Kindly advise.

                                      Recently I placed an order for a Digital Camera. The money was paid through electronic transfer (ICICI). Within minutes I got an email confirming my order. But surprisingly within next 30 minutes I got another email informing me about cancellation of my order, without assigning any reason whatsoever, and refund being processed.

                                      Though I have been communicating with them about the reason for cancellation nobody is willing to reply.

                                      Regarding refund, I am told that a cheque will be sent to me within next 10-12 days. Again no explanation why a cheque is being sent, while I had made an electronic transfer of fund and the money should have been put back to my account.

                                      Looks like it is either a bogus or cheat company and you cannot be assured of either a product or a refund, if you have already paid for the same. If at all the safest will be to place the order on COD (Cash on Delivery) basis.

I complaint to home shop 18 for refund of money but they suggested me to get replacement as it was a good product with good scheme. I agree with them & get the replacement but the same piece was given to me as the replacement . When I again complaint to get my money back they told me Now they cant do any thing & money cannot be refunded, . Its only a cheating & nothing.

                                      I raised an order over phone for Kristina 14 Pcs Combo.

                                      These online marketing companies should be banned by the Govt. they are just cheating the people. I had just worked with such a type of company(India Today Book Club) as a Customer care Executive over there for nearly 7-8 months and got in touch with so many Customers who were being cheated by the Agents over there. Firstly they were given misscommitment inorder to achieve their sales targets but when the Customer cames to know about the reality and asks for the refund the minimum time for the refund will be not less than 4 months.

                                      During these 8 months, I got a very nice experience. I came to know how these companies deal with their customers. And I will never be cheated by them.So I want to share my experience with all of you not to deal with such Organizations

                                      The Customer Care Executives are also well trained over there. Now i resigned over there because there I was honest to the Company but not to the Customers with whome we are dealing and I dont want to cheat people...

                                      Hi Guys, I have a complaint against HomeShop18.com,
                                      I have booked a cash on delivery following order no.[protected] as on 10/09/2014 and have received a defective product and they have picked it up for refund as on 27/09/2014 after hundred request calls, till then I am behind to them for my refund, but there is no response, even after sending e-mails to their [protected]@homeshop18.com. Whenever I’ m calling to them getting one answer that please wait 7 working days.
                                      On 9th October-14 I came to know that my refund cheque has been dispatched through first flight courier AWB: D[protected], but the same courier said they do not have such order/courier to deliver, can you imagine this, how fraud they are, and now I’m calling them every day and getting the same answer I have to wait 7 working days, don’t you think this is something ridiculous.

                                      I have order a imitation jewellery set online on Homeshop18 on 31/1/2015, order no[protected]. but i received defective piece, when i complaint i have been told to sent back the product, it will be replaced &amp;amp;amp; the courier charges will also be paid to me. But again i received the defective piece. then i ask for refund as well as the courier charges paid by me two times. I got the mail on 7th april 2015 that refund of only product cost is processed ..but till today amount not credited in my a/c nor received the cheque...even courier charges refund are also not processed.                                         I had ordered for a Jaipan non stick tawa and fry pan set on July 31st 2008 on Home Shop 18, till date I havent received the product. I even called the courier company - Madhur Couriers and asked about the product, still no use. The courier company did not give a proper response and always asked me to call after 15 min, 30 min and they never found my parcel.
                                        Finally I decided that I don'd want the product now. Atleast Home Shop 18 should refund my money. SAME STORY HERE TOO. They always ask me to call after two days to know the status, when I call then they tell me there is some technical problem going on and I should call after 30 min.
                                        This is the height of frustration now. I paid them online through my credit card. I have lost the money for no reason and I dont have the product too.

                                        I totally Agree with you on this and even i have seen that these guys have not kept their words. even if they will be delivering the product finally, it will not be what they have projected.

                                        I would suggest thats its better not to go for any product from Home shop 18. Just have a knowledge of the product and then search for it in a mall near you or any other place similr to it.

                                        regarding the problem which you have faced, i am glad to see that you comeup with this..

                                        the best thing now is to file a written complaint against these guys. Atleast these guys should know that people are getting pi**ed of by their attitude and behaviour.

                                        Its good that you brought out your concern to make others aware of this fraud...
