had ordered an Intex 5.1 Chenal with DVD through home shop 18 on 1 March 2010 for
Rs 3999 . My order number is[protected].i have full paument my HDFC Credit card at booking time,

Till date I have not received the DVD . Would you please
intimate the status of my order.

i have log the 2 time comping but no any redpons so plz tack acation onther wise i have cancle my order

Dear Sir,
I have online purchased a book name as Business & Managerial Economics in Global Context on 8th October'2014.
My order no is[protected].I have received SMS where mentioned the product will be delivered in 2 days on 9th october'2014.
But still i did not receive the product.
I am surprised that such reputed company like Home shop 18 has failed to delivery the product within time.

    I had ordered the WESPRO DV528 on 28th Feb 2010. My order no is[protected]. Costing 3899. And after placing orders I have received an msg on my regd email id that you will get this produce within 7-10 days after Payment. And on 2nd March I have received a call from the Homeshop18 for verifying my credit card details. And I have received msg from my ICICI bank that they have confirm that Transaction. I was waiting to receive the Parcel from them. After that I have called up them on 12th March and the telecaller has informed me that we have not yet received a confirmation from your banker. You have to wait another 2-3 days. After that on 14th of March I have again called up and the telecaller has informed me that we don’t have the stock with us. You have to call us and enquire after a week. His answer was very rude. Immediately I have asked him to cancel my order. Because this portal and people are not a trustworthy.

    I had ordered the Whirlpool 20L Electronic Solo Microwave on 2nd Dec. 2010. My order no is[protected]. Costing 3699. And after placing orders I have received an msg on my regd mobile that you will get this produce within 7-8 days after Payment.I had done my payment cash through Blue Dart courier on dated 5th Dec 2010.But still we do not get our product.
    Dear sir/mam, i am so upset with HS18, i made the order on 24 May of Micromax Unite 2A106 mobile phone Order No.[protected], homeshop18 shows that I will got the product before 30th may but till today the product is not dispatched I have call number of times to homeshop 18 team(Mr. Saurab, Nitesh Kumar, Shanavaz any many more) they all are say it will dispatch today daily, but I did not get any positive response .I think homesho18 should NOT take order if they cannot deliver at time.       Our material is reached at Pimpri Pune office on 11.3.2010.Till now they have not delivered the material on address & today is 12.3.2010 i called 4-6 times from yestarday even then not delivered .

      Very poor service .No timely service

        Dear Sir,
        I have purchased the leaf necklace of Deccan Pearls and Jewels through Homeshop 18 with worth RS 1600 on Feb2010. I received the defective products, i called customer service where they asked me to send back the product to Deccan pearls as they were packed when purchased.
        I did the same, i received the product for the second time which is very bad than the first one which i send, also the warranty card was not kept along with the product which was send to me for second time
        The product doesnt have the proper finishing and stones and pearls are not worth ..I hope the same thing will be happening for all the products , whatever they demonstrate in TV is not the one when we purchase.

        dont buy products with naap tol and decan pearls. they all are not worth. i also received the defective products (jewelry) from them. my order no. is 3550134. besides, i also did not find any warranty card.

          I have purchased Wespro Digital Camcorder from homeshop 18 23rd of january and I recieved it on 30th of jan. I was not satisfied with the product and returned it within the date of moneyback guaryntee to wespro digital pvt. ltd. , Mumbai. through courier, but they had not accepted it, and I submitted a complaint in homeshop 18 and resended the product. But they again not accepted it. I am suffering too much after purchasing the product.

            Hi,

            I ordered the itm Panasonic Headphone Stereo Inside Phones Model No: RP-HV182 on homeshop18 and my order number is[protected]. I have ordered the item on 17Feb2010. Till now the product has not been delivered and in online the status of the order shows as shipment under process. According to the item listing its said it wil take 7 to 10 day for the item to be shipped. but its more than 10 days before i ordered and still the item is not shipped.

            i sent mails couple of times to the customer care and there was no response for it.

            I have placed one order one month ago. But till now the product is not delivered and the customer care is not answering any query about that. It is better to avoid shopping with them.

              i placed one order to HomeShope 18 for "Kristina 14 Pcs Combo(Steel Boxes and Tin)" for Rs 1499/- on 06 Jan 2010 which was received on 11 Jan 2010 by me but while opening of parcel it has been found that the Tins and boxes are old and broken. So i registered a complaint for refund money to Homeshop 18 immediately and i got complaint no 3072957. After 4 or 5 days when i called to HomeShop 18, his executive adivsed me to send parcel to Kristina company address which is given by him and he assured me that your Product Cost+ Courier Charges will refund after receiving Parcel by Kristina Office. i immediatey went to courier service office and book one parcel to send Kristina Office address which is given by homeshop 18 executive on 21 Jan 2010. On 11 Feb 2010, i called to Homeshop 18 regarding my complaint, his executive has told me your parcel has been received successfully and we refund your money shortly but today 15 days has been passed after my last call but neither i recieved any call from their office nor any cheque regarding refund of money.

In this website there is no option to cancel the order, on dated 14Aug2014 i feel it is very difficult to cancelled my order, after that they are not giving refund amount. many time I try to contact via email to customer care but no response. i call them they are saying that you will receive it in 2-3 days but till now i did not receive anything from them.

              Myself Divya from Najafgarh. I order saree from homeshop18. Call came as I was the lucky winner of car. They gave option either I can take the car or the money. They asked 8500 for registration then again they asked 25000. I paid 8500 and then 6900 . After that no replies came. They bluffed us . HOMESHOP18 has fraud people. They fully cheated us.

                Cash Rs 1999/- was paid to HomeShop 18 on 28th January, 2010 for 58 pc Microwavable Dinner & Dessert Set against order no.[protected] but the item handed over to me by the delivery man was a 4 pc Bowl Set (instead of Dinner Set) which was written on the box itself . It was a light weight small box , I did not accept the product and returned it to the delivery man.

                I complained and on 4th February I was again delivered a 6 pc bowl set (wrong product delivered again) This time I accepted it thinking it might contain a dinner set inside but to my surprise it was ordinary plastic bowls. When I complained again , the executives gave me the no. of their courier company in delhi to contact them to pick up the product from our house but the courier company said that they do not provide services in Jammu.

                When I conveyed the same thing to Home shop 18 executives , they said they wont be able to collect product from our house and we would have to courier ourselves. I covered an hour distance to courier the product and when I wanted to cofirm the address from home shop 18 on 15th February, Ashish one of the Home Shop 18 executives, told me that 58 pc dinner set have been despatched on 13th February and he advised me to retain bowl set till further instructions and not to courier it , I brought the product back to home. I waited till 23rd February and when I called them again to confirm about my item , they said that they never despatched the item on 13th February and that I will have to send back bowl set first and then they will despatch my item.

                I asked them as to why I was misguided on 15th february when i was about to courier and now again i will have to cover an hour distance from home to courier the product as there is no courier service nearby. On this they said that cant do anything. Now its more than one month that I have been harassed by them . I called them atleast 80 times but none of their executves stick to one word. Is it our fault that they delivered wrong product TWICE and why should we take so much botheration to courier them back. What is the guarantee that they will not deliver the wrong product again. I have been so much harassed .My son wanted an aeroplane from homeshop 18 but because of such an experience with homeshop 18 , I had decided not to order aeroplane from HOME SHOP 18. This was my first and last experience with this company

                I feel really sorry for Ms. Shivali Singh for the harrassment she had undergone by dealing with the fraud company. Earlier, I was also convinced with the programme they show on tv on colors channel but going through the complaints I think that I am lucky not to have ordered any product from them. Its really a harassment to go out and courier the product especially when the customer had chosen to pay "Cash Before Delivery" option and thought of getting the product at the convenience of his/her doorstep. Why a customer should spend money or take pain to courier the wrong product delivered to her twice by the company.She is right when she says that even if she couriers it back what guarantee is it that they wont send the wrong and low quality product third time. Looking at the bulk of complaints regarding faulty/fake/ wrong products delivered to different customers its obvious that they cant be trusted third time. When the company can deliver the product, it also becomes their duty to collect the wrong products delivered by them. I tthink strict action should be taken against Home shop 18 for harassing the customers
                Sangeeta, thanks for the concern . Atleast you realised how much trouble I have been facing by dealing with this company. The wrong product delivered to me is still with me and nobody from Homeshop 18 is ready to collect it .

                I had paid Rs 2000 approx and in return received wrong product of cheap quality twice whose price does not seem to be more than Rs 500 . Now they are asking me to spend money and time to courier them back the wrong product delivered and then they will send the product which I had actually ordered . Is it my duty to courier them back and what if they send the wrong item third time.

                I am surprised how HDFC and ICICI being reputed banks are linked with the CHEATERS
                i had placed an order (product number 57580). after how many days i will recieve the product . please reply

                  I ordered home shop 18 on 5 Oct regardin DVD player + Mobile + MP3 ( I pod), After order they send the order through currier with wrong address. I collect package on 24-Oct from currier office. After opening i came to know Mobile & I pod are foulty. On same time (24-Oct) i called to customer care & inform for refund against order. Customer care inform me that you call on 26-Oct for refund now i am registering for replacement. I called on 26-Oct & registered for refund. Also i send my all item to Home shop-18 on 5-Nov as per instruction given by HS18. Till date i am waiting for refund or my item

                  Requsted you to please look into & help me to get my money.

                  I called almost 50 time for follow-up. I am having record of when i called & to whom i talk. If required i am ready to submitts all detai to you

                      Hi,

                      I places an order through Home Shop 18 on Feb 4 (Order No:[protected] for the purchase of Pink Hobo. On Feb 12 When I checked the order status online it showed "Ready for Shipment", and when I called up customer support in[protected], I was told product was shipped and will be delivered in 2 days. Later on Feb 15 I got an email in my id ([protected]@gmail.com) that the product couldn't be delivered due to "Out of Stock" . Im not sure why this discrepency in the status update? Is Home shop18 competent enought to have a online shopping portal if it cant even track the status?

                      Adding to the grievance, I havent got my refund yet. When I called up the customer support, I was told Cheque was prepared and will be made to the shipping address I had provided in the profile. I have the following queries.
                      1. I wanted to know why the cheque was prepared though I used online transaction to pay my amount.
                      2. How can they assume the name given in the user profile will match my account name, and can generate the cheque without cofirming it with me.
                      3. The customer support was rude and didnt even listen to my grievance and was talking this is the process Home Shop 18 follows and I can take any further step if Im capable of doing.
                      4. Why the status of the order wasn't communicated accurately and why the customer is given false information.

                      I'm fine to spare the money I have paid even if I dont get the refund, but I want to expose the unprofessionalisn of the Home Shop18 and irresponsible attidue of the customer support personnel. I'm planning to take this case forward and make sincere attempts to spread the word about Home Shop 18 among my friends and other follow citizens so they dont get fooled around like me.

                        Dear Sir/Madam:

                        I had ordered Fujizone Mobile from Homeshop18 site. The following are the issues.

                        1. The battery doesn't stay for even an 1/2 hour without much usage even after complete charging. The alternate battery supplied with this doesn't charge at all.

                        2. With this mobile, you cannot talk to anyone. The mobile as soon is connected to talk, comes up with a heavy beep noise and then gets disconnected. This has been happening since many days.

                        I had called Homeshop support and they provided me a service number to call, but nobody picked up the phone. Can someone help on this please? I have sent two emails citing this problem today. I wanted to ensure that they either replace me with the device or fix this problem for me.

                        I have purchase one mobile handset of fujizone from homeshop 18.. it cost of rs 4500.. and along with that they have commited to send the mtv sunglasses also ... the maximum time for the same is 7 to 8 working days and more than 20 days has already gone ... i have registered a complain also ,complain no. is 60818325..and always they are commiting me the wrong status..

                        This is completely a fraud commitment and iam requesting you to take immediate action and asked them to compensate me .......

                          I have purcahsed a Wespro DV528-5 Megapixel Camcorder with 8X Digital Zoom from homeshop18 online shooping vide order no.[protected] dated 13.09.2010 and received the goods on 22.09.2010.but from day one it is not working and and I have conveyed the message to the authority.But till date I have not heard anything from their end.It is very disgusting which making rethink me to purchase any goods from them in future, if their dealing with the customer are remain unchanged.Kindly do the needful immediately.

                            I booked an order for vox dual sim touch screen model no. A8800(order no.[protected] from Home Shop 18 on 04/02/2010 along with wireless bluetooth headset N95(Order no.[protected] Today I got the order delivered at home. But
                            1) I found the Wireless headset bill missing
                            2) No driver CD provided to me as told by Home Shop 18 executive while ordering.
                            3) Earphone provided but not functioning.
                            4) Charger connector not fixing with European style pins.
                            5) Mobile screen goes blank(no display after sometime).
                            6) Old set provided as the inside packing box was not sealed and the set contains old picture of some family.
                            7) Screen scratch guard has a lot of dust between itself and mobile screen clearly showing that the set is second hand.
                            8) I was told that the wireless bluetooth is compatible with all sets but forget others its not compatible with this new set provided by home shop 18

                            The response shown by Home shop 18 executives today were warm but on their advice when my wife contacted the seller he was very offensive and started shouting at her. I'm shocked and disappointed with home shop 18. Why should I bother for all this when I trusted them with the order? It was my first deal with them. I request Home Shop 18 to get the faulty set and accessories replaced with fresh good quality goods immediately. They should win the trust of their customers.

                              Dear All,

                              I had placed order at Home Shop 18 for A22-78 pc Dinner Set - Mx for Rs. 2899/- in the month of May 09. On receipt of the delivery of the dinner set at home I found the quality is not upto the mark and are very light weighted then the regular normal dinner sets available in market and which are less then the HOME Shop 18 price.

                              I wrote to them that I am not satisfied with the quality of the product and I am sending it back through Courier and I send it back within through On dot courier with request to refund my Rs. 2899/- plus the courier charges of Rs. 600/-. Later on after following up with them they said it is in process and after some time a stage came when they said that they have not received the Dinner Set back. It is very strange. They should inform the same at the early stage I have lodged my complaint. Any How I have arranged the proof of the delivery with lots of the followups with courier company and even after providing the same to HOMESHOP18 my refund has not been credited to me.

                              I suggest Homeshop18 that they should adopt a fair policy while trading and the consumer complaints should be resolved max within 3 working days on receipt of the material at their end.

                              I am fullly agree with Mr. sharma the home shop 18 is not taking care about the customers. They are doing fraud with the customer. i Suggest everybody not to any product from the Home shop18 as i ahve also faced the similar problem with the company.
                              home shop 18 are a big fraud they HAD DONE SAME TO ME.

                                I bought this Imedia touch screen mobile from Homeshop18 i.e. CNBC TV18 online LTD. The phone was delivered to me in 8 days but when I opened the handset pack I did get the free 2GB memory card inside the box and mobile as well. The second problem with this mobile I found is regarding Bluetooth application whice is not working properly. Whenever I try to receive data via bluetooth it says "write file failed". I have talked to the customer care and they promised to send MB card but no help regarding technical support. Please help me if anyone knows about the bluetooth settings.

                                  I have placed order with Homeshop18 inspite of all the bad reviews which i have read at this site and others too i did this after reading their responses on all the queries which are posted and thinking it might be one of those complaints cases and not in general bad service from homeshop18 since it is connected with such a huge name of network18. But after i received by order ; i have to say i am disappointed. I believe network18 has another channel CNBC AWAZ ; they can have a one full show on all the number of complaints which Homeshop18 gets.

                                  I regret to inform you that I think I have made a big mistake by sending you a letter of appreciation for the products purchased by me from Homeshop 18.
                                  On receipt of your email on 17th November 2009 , after writing a letter of appreciation , I had booked from Homeshop 18 website the following :
                                  1. Anjali LX Fry Pan 240MM , Product Code : 39719 , HS18 : Rs 599/-, Color : Grey, Size : 240 MM, Type : Non Stick, Thickness : 3 mm, Material : Aluminium , Handle : Bakelite.

                                  On 23rd November 2009 , I received the following wrong product as against my order no :[protected] An ANJALI Low Calorie Cookware Fry Pan VX Series (without a lid) . This product has been manufactured in December 2005 .
                                  As per the ANJALI Low Calorie Cookware Fry Pan VX Series packaged box clearly states that the box contents are One unit with Lid (surprising this box does not contain a fry pan lid and also the frypan does not appear to be of 3 mm thickness)

                                  Once again Homeshop18 has goofed up in sending the correct product,

                                  It seems that Homeshop18 is all out in the market to fool customers and to dump old, obsolete and wrong products to its buyers.

When i open the box it's completely wrong product what i asked, The size they given very small and the color is different.                                       I BOUGHT Vox Dual SIM Touchscreen Mobile Phone Model No - A8800 FROM HOMESHOP18 AFTER WATCHING ON TV SHOW

                                      It was told on tv show this this mobile has two valid IMEI numbers but after fews days it stopped working and when I checked IMEI by sending sms to 57886 I was shocked to get sms reply that the IMEI numbers are invalid.
                                      Now I have non functioning mobile and I think this is cheating by homeshop18. I request you to refund my money and take this phone with invalid back.

                                        the products are of home shop 18 are not well..... and if they gave warranty on any product and it was broken or not well then they refused., they sell imported products and when we go to another country for repairing the product then they tell us that Contact to home shop 18 and HS18 was refusing SO I WILL TELLING ALL DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HOME SHOP 18 THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY...............
