Hi,

I have ordered Rakhi on 16th August and on website www.homeshop18.com it was saying all ordered placed before 19th Aug 2010 will be delivered before Rakhi on August 24th 2010.
But product was delivered on 28th Aug, 4 days after rakhi and sweet was smelling.
PRODUCT WAS VERY BAD QUALITY.
PEOPLE SHOULD NEVER USE www.homeshop18.com WEBSITE IN FUTURE AND HOMESHOP18 DO NOT CARE ABOUT QUALITY OR TIMELINE OF DELIVERY.

What is the purpose of delivering Rakhi on 28th when Rakhi was on 24th and item was ordered 8 date before Rakhi ?

People should stop using these cheaters or report them in public then only they will learn or close their shop.

Being an admirer of tv 18 network I have purchased a wespro digital mobile from homeshop18 which was defective one that was informed to hs18 over phone immediately just after receipt of it and i was asked by the customer care deptt to wait for courrier to pick it up from home and also given with one phone no but when i contacted over the said ph i was said that they have no branch in a state capital bhubaneswar.After that I have contacted many times to hs18 and wespro digital to replace or repair but all are in vain.I have also contacted subhadra electronics the authorised service centre of wespro for any kind of help but returned with his non-co-operation and negative remark about wespro.a.Now I am sitting silently resting my head with my hand repenting for the loss due to this purchase made from a distance through a network rather from a nearby shop.It is regretting that the product was not even used for a week.pl consider the case and make me obliged.

homeshop18 pendrive — most bad quality

very worst pen drives are there in this company.A friend of mine told me 2 cancel the order of me because he sufferd a lot on buying from this website.i don't want this and i just want to cancel my order.I'l not pay a single rupee if the vendour will come to me

    I have ordered one Samsung ES25 digital camera with Reebokwatch on 14th August 10, and Homeshop18 said that it will be delivered in 7-8 working days, today is 10th working days and till date I have not recieved the prodcut, I called customer care 3 times, i called first 2 days back and he said it is already with courier and i will be getting it by friday, today is friday when I again called to Homeshop18, another person said your order is with us and ready to dispatch, now she is saying 10-15 working days it takes i asked why then false commitment executive did when i frist placed order, now they are saying to wait for another week, I am not sure what is happening and why Honeshop18 behaving like this, if i order a prodcut it should be dispatch within 2 days from there.. after reading all the complaints I am not sure how the product will be, i should get it in good condition.

    I am asking to Homeshop18 if they can deliver it by 31st August????? this is my first order and I am not sure if it will be a last.

      Dear Sir,

      This is for the first time I have purchased a jewelry item from home shop 18 "Black Stone with White Pearls Drop Chain Set" and when I got the product in my hand it was completely different, it was a pearl set but under every pearl a black stone is hanging n there is no black stone in the necklace when I received. On the contrary there is pendent which I got, but while ordering it there was no pendent present in the set as well as no pair of earings were alo completely different the what was there in the order. So, I got completely different product then what I have ordered and at the same time I am completely dissatisfied with the type of product that I have got as well as with the services. I feel like I have been completely cheated by such a big brand company.

      Please look in to the matter, either I want my right product back or else I want my money back.

      Its evedent orderin from online or odering over the television, their are end num of cop. compettin each others. flipcart, yebi, snapdeal so on nd forth. The most important thing they are missing out is quility, customer service, lack of focus on rather then just earning,
      Ill quit ordering from online today ownwafrds due to pathatic cutomer services given by homeshop,
      i orderd mixed grinder charged around 4000 they deliverd incidently two big jaars rather blades nor they deliverd small jaar
      which we under they are also human being i called to complaint excutive took ma request nd sent us a msg to call at some num along with our complaint num 74099 also ma buyers order num is[protected] nd sub order num 39595199
      reason i said bad customer services coz i descussed i got n msg frm the executive i requested for this complnt the msg asked us to call at a num where we need to call for pick these wrong deliverly nd send us correct but that was suday wasnt aware they not avail forthis but they are avail any given day for sale so much wierd already on top of that the girl agent picked up call today at 1:15 pm so rude i was gettin a feelin to file complnt against thesepeople in consumer court but more then this i hv done is flashed on faceboob abt these people also on orcut noteven a single freind of mine not goin to dare nd see them even forget abt callin them

          I have ordered products from Home shop 18 previously but the last order which i have placed has not been received by me.....and neither Homes hop 18 nor First flight is doing their needful job

          While tracking the parcel......first flight says the Address is Insufficient and Home shop 18 says its with First Flight

          On providing the Consignment Number,First flight says its not with them....the details are given below

          home shop 18 is giving me wrong consignment number, when checked with first flight, what should I do now, i have already made payment for the oder.

            I have alreay sent my defected piece of helicopter by the Airway Bill No do[protected]ww dated 21.07.2010 as desired but the same has not been received back after repair/replaced.You are requested to look into the matter so that the issue may be settelled.

            Hello Homeshop 18 Manager, I have order the cutting edge set of 6 piece. First time I got product which was defective eiwth some cracks on products, so return it back for exchange. Again after some day I got replacement of that product which is again defective with same craks on product. So again I complaint and they took the product for replacement. This happen twice. If it happen again I will go to consumer court that you are making fool to the people by giving fake ad on tv.

              I have ordered a camcoder and an iron and they are delivered to me by our office colleque. On july 16, 2010, I ordered a vox mobile [ cost Rs. 3499] and they give me the order no which is[protected] and they tell me that the mobile set will arrive with in next 7-8 days. After some days I never received the
              mobile and I contract their toll free tele number [protected] and they said the stock was finished so the mobile set are not despatched and the order was cancel. Then I saw their ad in airtel dish tv channe no 113 and then I again talk with them for the above order. This time they told me that my address is far away from them. I asked them how did you despatch the previous two items and they now did not reply with reason.

              I wonder with heir behaviour. I portest for their cheating advertisement in the airtel dish tv.

              In this way they cheated many customers.

              I want the right justice for illeagal adertiseent in the
              above channel.

                i have purchase onida g500 three months back from home shp18 & i dont get bill of that mobile so what can i do . I am very disappointed to bought the onida mobile.

                    I got a promo coupon from my credit card for discount on Homeshop18. After choosing my product and giving coupon + credit card details, the order was accepted.
                    Next i get a verification call for the credit card used and the products ordered. After giving this, i was assured my products would arrive in 7-10 days.
                    Then i get another call asking for further verification by sending a copy of my credit card statement + a copy of my credit card.... i refused this since authentcation via mobile for credit card verification was already done. Why should they require my card statement and a copy of the card to verify a purchase????
                    Then yesterday i get a mail + SMS stating my order has been cancelled...with no reason for the rejection.
                    I am wondering why they did not require my salary statement to see if i am indeed creditworthy!!!!?
                    Rest assured, after reading the low quality and other issues, i will NEVER browse homeshop18 and even inform my credit card to stop promoting them

                      This pertains to Order No.[protected] placed on 10/07/2010 but till today i.e. 28/07/2010 I have not received the jewelry set. After calling the customer care n number of times I received the same reply "You will get the product shortly" or they simply put the call on hold till you drop the call. The company is a total cheat and swindler. I will never place an order with them again and request others to do the same. If you want a product buy it from the market.

                        I had placed an order with Home Shop 18 vide order No.[protected] dated 25.06.2010 for supply of two Nos. Paw Printed Bean Bags-XL (Item/Product No.19960, Item SKU No.IDB7284D-Can). The cost of Two Bean bags was Rs.3398/- (Rs.1699X2). I paid this amount of Rs.3398/- through my ICICI bank credit card. I receive an order confirmation mail through which I was confirmed that I will be receiving the goods in 7-8 working days.

                        Against this order I received only one Bean Bag through post on 12.07.2010. I intimated the matter of short receipt of material on 12.07.2010 through the feed back option in Home Shop 18 website. In reply to this feed back I received a reply on 15.07.2010 that the matter has been forwarded to the respective vendor of HS18 and the matter will be resolved shortly. However I did not receive any further communication in this matter till 17th July’ 10. On 17.07.10 I called HS-18 customer care wherein I was informed that the second Bean Bag has been despatched and I will be receiving the same within two to three days. Having assured by the HS18 executives I waited for the material to be delivered to me but I did not receive the same till 22.07.2010. I called HS-18 customer care again on 22.07.2010 and asked for the courier details of the second Bean Bag dispatch but they failed to provide me any such courier detail. I was further informed by the customer care executive that the second Bean Bag has not been dispatched as the product is not in stock and they are arranging the same for dispatch and I was again assured that I will be receiving the same in a few days.

                        I have made several calls to home shop 18 customer care center in this matter and every time I have been give false assurances that the matter would be resolved shortly but till date nothing has been done. Since I have paid the entire amount in advance, the material should be delivered to me immediately or else money (Rs.1699/- cost of one Bean Bag) should be refunded to me. As this was my first transaction with Home Shop 18, I had a very bitter shopping experience while dealing with HS 18.

                        Are you sure the one bag you got is XL size. I was delivered a L size instead of XL. The worst part is the label was forged with a marker. They had put an X in front of L. :-) Stay away from Homeshop18. Even if the company may be good, but their vendors are cheats.

                          Home shop18 advertised at1 june to 15 june on Television and website of IFB 25Ltr Grill Microwave 25PG2S,5 Pcs Starter Kit ,Cookbook by Nita Mehta & IFB 1.2 Ltr Electric Kettle.
                          I opted for it vide order no.[protected] on 11 June,2010.

                          They send me old obsolete model no. 25PG1S of IFB , which is quite different than what they advertise and older ,date of manufacturing is of july 2008.Also this 25PG1S model not available at IFB website.I received the item on 26 June,2010.

                          Immediately without opening the Packaging, I complain this matter to Homeshop18 vide complain no. 5138454.I repeatedly ask them about the status of my complain they always reply within 48 hrs one phone call will be come to me from IFB .& model 25PG1S will be replaced with advertised model 25PG2S.
                          Till then almost a month now they haven't done any thing.It is quite frustrating for me.
                          Kindly help me to sort out this fraud.

                          I am attaching here:
                          1. invoice bill ....in which it is clearly mentioned model no. 25PG1S.
                          2.The advertisement description on HomeShop18 channel/website....in which it is clearly mentioned model no. 25PG2S.

                            I had purchased a 3 channel Steel Structure Helicopter with infrared remote on[protected] from homeshop 18 order no:[protected] which was recieved through courier as defective piece and wen contacted on phone to the company
                            they said the complaint will be attended within 15 days but later on the refused to attend the complaint being answered that it is an electronic item and there is no waranty. The company is making Fool to consumers by selling the products by Tele Shoping network by giving Wrong advertisement.You are requested to take up the matter with the company to replace the product .
                            I also ordered 3 channel helicopter. It was not flying properly and when i complained and wanted refund they said that electronic toys could not be refunded. but in their letter sent with the product, they have mentioned 15days money back guarantee. This is truly fraudulent ways to cheat customers. Home shop 18 should mention which products are refundable and which are not. as electronic products are expensive, we are left with non functional products and waste of money and time.

                              Order for one Remote Controlled Robosapien - Product Code:29168 was placed on 22 JUNE 2010 wide order no.[protected]. A product was delivered on 01 JULY 2010 vide Blue Dart AWB No. [protected].

                              As the prodcut supplied was the first generation Robosapien against second generation Robosapien V2, which is described in 'Item Description' on HS18 website, a complained through webpage was sent on 02 JULY 2010 and a also registered through toll free nos. vide complaint no. 5335362, with a request to arrange for sending of the correct product ordered, i.e. "24" tall second generation Robosapien capable of autonomous behavior with sight, sound and touch senses" and take back the wrong prodcut supplied.

                              It has also been informed that product has not been removed from packing.

                              I was asked to call on 06 JULY 2010, then on 07 JULY 2010 and then on 08 JULY 2010. And today, on 08 JULY 2010 have been advised to call on 12 JULY 2010 to know the status of my complaint.
                              Th product wasto be used in a science project of my son, and donot know whether he can look forward to a successful project right now.

                              If it takes 10 days (if at all it happens on 12 JULY 2010, as promised) just to get status on the complaint, I donot know how much time it will take to redress the complaint.

                              I have been a regular on ebay, Indiatimes and rediff. This is the first BAD experience of online shopping.

                                This is to inform you that I had placed an order for Demonte 5pcs stainless steel coloured Canister set on 27/5/2010 vide order No.[protected] for Rs.749/-. Payment was made on CASH ON DELIVERY MODE. I received the product on May 30th 2010 by blue dart Awb [protected] to my address

                                When I opened the product I saw that they had sent wrong product- Demonte 5pcs stainless steel canister where as I had ordered for Coloured canister. I had returned the product back to Homeshope18 business partner Demonte, Noida on May 31st 2010 by TNT courier as advised by the customer care executive from Homeshope18. They told that they will be dispatching the refund amount with in next 15 working days. However, on verification from the "Track Your Order" option of the Homeshop18, I could see the information that the refund cheque is dispatched on 11th June 2010. Even customer care executive called up to inform that the cheque has been dispatched & will be reaching in 2 days. During that conversation I also rechecked the mailing address.

                                But later when I called up after 2 days customer care executive informed that the courier has returned status shows that party is shifted the house. Then I came to know that they have mailed the courier to old address (address I used to place my 1st order[protected] on July 15th 2008).
                                Again I have given them the mailing address through phone & also through email. Today 1st July 2010 when I called up to know the status, Mr. Lalit customer care executive of Homeshope18 informed that it will take 5 working days to receive the refund cheque. He cut the call when I asked for more information. I called up again then Customer care executive Mr. Rahul told that the courier was dispatched again on 24th June 2010 through First flight. Consignment number ZD5764927. When I checked the status in First flight track my shipment option, it shows the status – PARTY SHIFTED. Whereas, we are still residing in same address. & which is already informed to the customer care through enormous phone calls & emails (every time I had got a reply during conversation that they had made note of this).
                                This is so very unprofessional. Now Mr. Rahul is asking me to furnish address proof to get my refund. Why are you guys playing around? Please send the courier to the correct address. I am ready to show my pan card or what ever proof when courier guy comes to “MY HOUSE”- the address I have already given many times.
                                One strange thing is that none of your customer care personnel know about the actual position. They have been trained to give wrong information. I feel they have a standard dialogue sheet in front of them which they keep repeating again & again.

                                I just want my money back.

                                that’s quite a mess! I once returned an item for refund and got it in a couple of days. Your issue might be due to change in address, the call centre agents are not allowed to change the address in the system to avoid fraud. Did try escalating the case. Call their customer care they are available 24x7
                                Did the courier agency miss your order? dude you should call them and check.

                                  dear sir, last date 8/6/2010 i ordred the home theater system from homeshop18. and i already pay the full payment of the product. i also give them my full resident address. but the product is delivered on wrong address. when i call them no satisfying reply.

                                  Filling the online form is more easy, their response is more quicker. It really worked for me when i had a faulty item.

                                    I have purchased an i pod[account no-74099]of Vox company from homeshop18 , i have received the fulty i pod on dated "2nd jun 2010" i already complain several time to exchange or to return the money but the company not giving any response.what type of services is it ?

                                      On May 2nd 2010, I ordered a Reebok Combo from the HS18 website. I received the product in about a week but the watch was defective. So I had to call up the call center for replacement processing but they gave me a wrong address for returning the product. Since I did not know that the address was incorrect, I scheduled the pickup with TNT who promptly picked up the package and delivered to Wespro Digital address in Mumbai on 14th May 2010. When I called up the call center to confim the next steps from my side, they told me that I would receive a call in 2 days time. No call came in a week and I called up to clarify. After three calls with different people in 4 or 5 days they realized the mistake and registered complaint number 4844612. They assured me that reverse pickup would be arranged to deliver the watch to Reebok and that I would receive my replacement within a few days. They also told me that I would get a call back within 48 hours with the status of processing. As I had come to expect of HS18 customer service, nobody called me and after following up multiple times, I was told that Reebok had received the defective watch and that I would get my replacement by 11 June. The committed day came and went but no watch was delivered. I called back again on Jun 12 and they told me that the watch wuld be dispatched on that day itself and I would receive it by 14th or 15th. But they failed to deliver yet again. And this time when I called back, they told me that Reebok had not received the watch yet so processing the replacement would take longer!!!
                                      I wanted to escalate the issue but the customer service representative put me on hold for a while and then disconnected the call. When I called back again, they told me that all managers /TLs were out for dinner!!!! I need to call back tomorrow morning to sort the issue.

                                      Even at this time I do not know the correct status and am waiting to receive the replacement. This is pathetic servive from HomeShop18. I am definitely not going to buy from them again, but am looking for ways to understand how I can get the watch that I already payed for a month ago.

                                        Had booked an order number[protected] on 12th April 2010 for 1 ton Voltas window AC on Homeshop18, they had assured of delivery within 7-10 days & I had requested to expedite it. I kept calling them & would have made atleast 50 calls to understand the status of my order, every executive that I spoke to would assure me of delivery in a day or two, everybody would say I will personally handle your case. Later I received a call from one of the executive on 7th May regretting the delay & assuring delivery in 7 days he also said that since 1 star variant is not available he will give me a two star variant. I got an sms 1 week later that the delivery has been delayed, today after 1 and a half month waiting, I have got a mail saying that my order has been cancelled & refund is processed.. This is pathetic service by Homeshop18, stern action should be taken against them

                                        you should give complaint on this action to consumer protect act, and they will help u all for late and UN necessary delays. amoUNt will be refUNded back with interest on it. and may causes the store to be closed in some cases.
