[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — False promises

kyo reebok company ko badnaam kar rahe ho home shop 18 waalo.

I have received my Product 8F - wesprodv552- WD Megapixel Digital Camera in time but I have not received charger for the same. I was told my customer care that you will receive the same by your Product. I have also not received discount coupon of Rs. 500/- which you show on TV promo.

Please take promo action & see that I get charger as soon as possible with some customer care to guide me on the same.

HomeShop18, worst mean just worst saller and service provider. Do't attempt to buy any products, better go to near dealer in your city for purchasing.

home shop 18 IS A BIG FRAUD ALONG WITH RELIANCE.

HomeShop18 is a harassing experience. Don't ever buy from them or any other online shopping sites. They are all the same.

My order no.[protected], i ordered on 9th may 2010, a Whirlpool oven with reebock and starterkit in the price of rs.4199/-.
They send me sms that u ll get teh product within 7-8 days. After so may calls, on which i spent almost 200 rs on my phone, I got this product delivered at my home on 29-May in the damaged condition and it is not only the product in damaged condition but also i didnt recieve any reebok watch nor starter kit.

I am complately frustrated with the false promise by the chaters like u.
I suggest to all who want to book the product to HS-18, "Please dont buy anything, theya are cheaters, i[censored] wanna know real experience kindly contact me at the ph mentioned below". So it is my request to all buyers plz do call me before me buying anything. I have time to save peopel to get into trap.

I dont know who is company's owner, CEO or any authorise person. They should feel shameful and really get punished thru trail so that next time such businessmen shudn't be in the market. Thay actually chaet in promised delivery time, product quality and damaged cosndition of the poduct while delivery.

They have customer care officer who are not responding in good way. I feel they trained in the same fashion as if they are not seller but like robbers to spread loot in the market.

I am very much frustrated and can got upto any extent to make them punished.

I dont know what govt is doing after such complaints otherwise Ombudsman shud contact to the affaetced party and make proper trail in the court against such false promissors.

I make strong appeal to all buyers, kindly dont ever buy anyrthing froM HS-18.

HomeShop18 — Sent faulty product and dont taking it back

There is a company called as HomeShop18. They have own channel which is broadcasted on Airtel Digital service on 113 channel. I bought Microwavable utensil set. When I received it was tampered.
This channel claims to replcae it...if any customer receives product in broken or tampered condition, which is completely untrue. I am chasing them for more than 2 months now, but they come up with one or other excuses and not replacing the product.
I want to officially launch a complain against and want an action against them. I am sure...same thing is done to many customer.

I ordered Rakhi on Aug 16th 2010 from Homeshop18 website. On Website it's written that all order placed before 19th Aug will be delivered by Rakhi 24th.

Rakhi is over and product not delivered.

I KNOW HOMESHOP18 WILL NOT RETURN MY MONEY BUT I AM NOT GOIING TO USE THIS WEBSITE IN FUTURE. ALSO I WILL WRITE REVIEW ABOUT YOUR SERVICE OVER INTERNET AND PEOPLE WILL KNOW ABOUT YOU.

People should not use this kind of website. If we will not use they will shut down their shop or improve their service.

I had ordered a VOX mobile (Model No.VOX603-AR-B) from Home Shop18 (Order No.[protected]. I had placed that order on 7th of August and I received that order in evening of 23rd of August, when I want to start that mobile, once it get started but after 5 to 10 min. it get switched off, I thought battery is low that’s why it get switched off, than I wanted to charge the mobile but the mobile doesn’t charged and doesn’t switched on. I don’t know that what the actual problem of the mobile is. Than I complained to Home Shop18 executive Mr. Prem Kumar on 24th of August and he assured me that the technical executive will call me in 72 hours, but I don’t received any call within these days.I am very sorry but I can’t take any other mobile in replacement because I have no more trust on Home Shop18. I didn't understand that if you become midiator than take whole responsibility of consumer's feedback. I don’t want to make any big issue so, kindly return the cash otherwise I have to go Consumer Forum.

I received the products 4 GB Kingaton micro memory card and 8 GB drive, but when I saw the prices I was shocked because the rate of 4 GB Kingaton micro memory card is RS 525.00 in the compamy and when enquire in the open market it is around Rs 450.00. but you have chrged Rs 1199.00 which above the MRP and abnormal and for SanDisk Cruzur blade pen drive market rate is only around 400.00 but you charged 850.00, this against the rules, So if permit I will send the materials and ask the Citiabank to stop payments,

HomeShop18 — Difficult to find Board Games

It is very difficult to find board games in the city other than the most common ones like Monopoly and Scrabble. HomeShop18 — Harrasment of customers and improper service

Hello Sir,

I ordered a jewellery set through Homeshop18 website. After many days and making complaints I recieved the product. It was broken and incomplete. It was not at all the way it was described on website.
I again made the complaint and according to homeshop instructions I sent the product back through courier spending money from my pocket and still did not recieve the replaced product after many days also.
Now when i recieved the product it is just the same way i recieved earlier in a broken and incomplete state.They told me that courier charges would be reimbursed on faxing the reciept. i did the fax,they told me that ok noew it sin process and will be done and now they tell me after many calls that they did not recieve any fax.
I use the internet to send gifts to my family and the customer care people sitting there harras the customers like anything making our calls on hold for long time and then disconnecting the calls.

Please help and suggest me regarding the same
