Few months before I got a mail from HSBC saying that I have a special offer in Home Shop 18, if I purchase any item from them using HSBC Credit Card. As per the mail I opened Home Shop 18 web site and purchased one Inalsa Food Processor.

But after purchasing the item still now I am getting very bad experience with HS18.

After purchasing the product it will take long time to receive my product. I can understand the reason for the delay.
But the product I received was not working, so I called Home Shop 18 to replace that. They pick up the product after 15 - 20 days and after getting some repeated complain calls from my side. As per their guidance I send the product to a Sceconderabad shop. After fixing the problem they wanted me to go there and take the product from the vendor. But I told them I do not have time to go, so please send me that. Then they told me it will take 2 days to send. I told them already they have taken huge time, so if they are not able to send within 2 days I want my money back. They told me no problem but this is possible only if you will not receiving the product within 2 days of time. But after that 10 days passed and the status is same. So I demanded for my money back. And still they are not taking any action, only saying gives us 48 hours/12 hours like that and delaying every time. I don't know whether I will get my money back or, not. So, if somebody can help me in this regard, that will be great for me. You can mail me at [protected]@yahoo.co.in

And I have a suggestion for all of you, don't purchase anything from Home Shop 18. They are simply liar.

i had ordered a combo of 7 pearl set by sri jagdambapearls from homeshop18.when i recieved the same by COD i found the product different from what they had shown on TV.i called them and told the same but they were in no mood to understand and kept on telling me that i was mistaken.their website also shows the same products as shown by them in TV but still they are not accepting.now i have thought of dragging them them to the consumer court so that they think twice before cheating the consumers.i advice people never to buy anything from these people.they are mere cheaters of our hard earned money.my order no. was[protected] and sub order no.70411380.

Dear sir,

I had placed an order for Jaipan Smiley toaster on 8th July 2008 as per the details given below but the same has not been delivered to me. On 14th July I received an sms saying that my order has been shipped. I have given many reminders to them through their toll free numbers and through mail but they have not reverted back to me. The money has been deducted from my credit card.

this company sells fake products on there site and believe me they are bunch of liars and nothing else. Order 1gb shuffle for apple and i got chinese fake shuffle. does not work at all and after i took to one apple vendor we realized it was a fake one

after email, phone call no response, very rude people and customer service.

will never buy from them again in my life...

I have purchased Uniden Dual cordless phone (CXAI5198, 5.8 Ghz extended range cordless phone with speaker) from Home shope 18, India.
But I found that caller ID feature does not work, also when incoming call came, date does not appear, although time and day display properly.
I need your support in this regard. I have checked that my service provider (BSNL landline) has already activated caller ID facility.

Dear Concerned

I have visited the online shopping website www.homeshop18.com

I placed an order of SONY Cyber Shot Digital Camera Model No.DSC T20. The order number is[protected] dated 01.02.2008.
I recieved the order after 10 days of order. Now the charger of the camera was not working and went to the SONY SERVICE CENTRE, and they told me that the product is not under warranty Bcoz there is no name mentioned of the biller on the invoice and this product belongs to GREY market. Now pls help me bcoz I am having the sale invoice with me. I dont know whom to blame either SONY or homeshop18.

I have purchase MP3 player on dt. 31/08/2007 through HOMESHOP18 SHOPPING 1 year warranty i have already complaint registration # 92276 on dt. 15/05/2008 my mp3 player not connect the computer and very poor charging.

homeshop18 reply msg pls give the DD/CHEQUE RS. 350 /- paid to WESPRO WESPRO COOPERATION. payable at Mumbai.

they r providing very poor customer service...

We had ordered a 2GB mini
SD card from Homeshop18, they claimed it was a
Sandisk card, so we bought it. On receiving the product it was found that it
was actually a cheap Chinese fake which didn’t even work. The card was very
cleverly put in a Kingston SD adaptor to fool the non-techie users into
thinking that the product was of Kingston. So it was not the Sandisk product
advertised on Homeshop18 but a cheap Chinese. A lot of people are constantly
being cheated in this way, many people are not aware of this modus operandi of
the homeshop18 seller.

Also Pehredaar ( CNBC TV18’s show which exposes frauds ) can easily do a
full-fledged show on Homeshop 18.
Please beware before dealing with such an advertisement crazy poor quality
goods store.

I purchased a 1GB micro SD card from homeshop18 and it's not working from 1st day. I called the customer care 3 times and every time they told me to wait 48hrs to get a call from merchant......2+ weeks is over now and i didn't get any call from them till this moment...........

Only i need is to refund my money.
