[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — False promises

Sub: Wrong Mobile Dispatched & Delayed in Replacement

With reference to my order number[protected] of ONIDA GSM Mobile Phone model No.G500 was booking on 5th February 2009 on www.homeshop18.com web site.

After 12 days I received my order but the mobile which I got & the mobile which was I order totally different. I was booking ONIDA GSM Mobile Phone model No.G500 & they shipped model No.F830.

After several phone calls to customer care still I have not received my mobile. Every time customer care peoples tell me that please wait for one week. I booked complaint against my order on 17 February 2009 & complaint number 1083381. Still i have not received my product or refund.

I am very disappointed of this kind of ghastly service. This is my first shopping on home shop 18 & got this kind of nastiest experience. I am suffering from this terrible experience because company system. Please change the system if customers will get into trouble & suffer.

I called Mr. Karan (Supervisor) but he also said like other peoples.

My request to all peoples who reading this complaint, please please dont purchase any product from Homeshop18 website or channel.

I HAVE PURCHASED "MOVIL MA" VIDEO RECORDINGMOBILE FROM HOMESHOP 18., BUT THE VIDEO RECORDING FUNCTION IS NOT AVAILBALE IN MOBILE. I WILL CALL TO OUR CUSTOMAER CARE BUT HE WILL NOT GIVE ME CORRECT INFORMATION.

HomeShop18 — Excess money charged than bill

I have purchased a Digital Camera Kodak M580 with order no.[protected]. They have charged Rs.9950/- for this and bill is for Rs.6999/-. They should refund me the remaining amount or should send me some other item with value of the difference between Bill Amount and amount they have charged.

Home Shop-18 — Receiving the same defective handset after repair purchase through you

Sir, I think it was the biggest mistake that I belived on you and purchase a Mobile.This is an humble request to pl stop advertising this type of sub-standered product . People belives on your channel.

HomeShop18 — returned the product

we have ordered a set of sarees but the product dat we recieved was of inferior quality. They doesnt match the product shown in television so we have returned them back. The courier was dispatched 15 or 20 days back but till nw we didnt get any confirmation that where is the courier & whether it reached there or not. So i request u to plz look forward to it.

I completely agree. I purchased a home appliance and firstly they promised a replacement when I said I wanted a refund because of the 15 day money back offer about which they proudly proclaim but is a farce in reality. They replacement product is taking over a month to arrive and theres no guarantee on its quality as well. I've spent a lot of time and money trying to contact the customer service desk but each of them have a different story to tell.
Never ever purchase from Homeshop18. I[censored]r unlucky and ur product is defective ur money is gone!

HomeShop18 — Not Delivering the product

I've ordered IFB Microwave Oven Grill - 20PG3S from Home Shop 18 on 22nd May 2011. The payment was made on 27th May 2011. After 3 weeks there is no delivery of the product. We've kept calling to their customer care but they kept us hanging.

I had purchased a Combo of Reebok Shoes + Sunglasses + Duffle Bag - Shoe Size-7(Order No.[protected], dated 05.06.2011, amount Rs.2399/-). My cheque has been cleared from my account on 13th June 2011. But still i have not received my product. I have already complained vid complain no 64985309. After several phone calls on no. [protected] of Home Shop 18, I did not got any proper response. As per telecom with Mr. CHIRANG my product will be delivered on 29th June 2011 (Thursday). But today is friday i have not received my product. This is a customer harrasement by HOMESHOP18.

I request Mr Sundeep Malhotra, CEO, Home Shop18 to look in to the matter.
I placed an order through Home Shop 18 on June 6, 2011 (Order No:[protected] for the purchase of Reebok combo. Already cheque has been cleared on 13th june, 2011. Can you explain the reason why i have not received till date.

HomeShop18 — NO service

After logged complain on web, Company was not taking in serious way. worst service in this country.

This is my very bad experience about tele-shopping.

My order no.[protected], had purchased a dinnerset 72 pcs. dt. 14.08.2011 after waiting many days we received it today 26.08.2011 through courier, we opened the pack with excitement all utensils are fine but big "donga" is in damage condition. so please replace it as early as possible. My first experience for shopping to homeshop18 is very very bad. First experience is last experience. CUSTOMER CARE IS TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER. I hope u ll take action immediately. Please reply me through mail or cell early.
