I fully agree for I too am in a similar situation. Ihad ordered for a Mitashi DVD player with Karaoke (as advertised on TV). However, I received one without Karaoke. My attempts to get the same replaced over amonth and a half having failed, I am contemplating stoppage of further payment. (I had bought it on installment)

I ordered a combo pearl set Product Code No:28844, Order No:[protected], after 10 days I received a percel and opened it in presence of the courrier man found that an item (wrist watch)is not there.I immeadiately telephoned in No:[protected], the man from your office gave a complaint No:416893 on 06.09.2008.I enquired again on 11.09.08 by telephone, he told the missing item, wrist watch will be sent soon. I request please take a necessary action, and send the item as early as possible.

i ordered product code 8437 hand blander with multifunction double speed, 250 watt order number[protected] . but received single speed 200 watt handblander. i registered complaints on 5-5-2009 and send back this item to choose and click, mumbai with telephonically and written request for replacement and correction of wrong dilivery . surprising that same product has been sent again to me on[protected] not actually product which i plces order. again register complaint to home shop 18 on 20-5-09 and phone to choose and click mumbaion 21-5-09 .they only assure to sent again return product. i am churnning among home shop 18 and choose and click. and confusing who is wrong hs18 or choose and click mumbai.
