[Resolved] Homeshop18.com / Digital Camera Of Sony — product is not under warranty

Dear Concerned I have visited the online shopping website www.homeshop18.com I placed an order of SONY Cyber Shot Digital Camera Model No.DSC T20. The order number is[protected] dated 01.02.2008. I recieved the order after 10 days of order. Now the charger of the camera was not working and went to the SONY SERVICE CENTRE, and they told me that the product is not under warranty Bcoz there is no name mentioned of the biller on the invoice and this product belongs to GREY market. Now pls help me bcoz I am having the sale invoice with me. I dont know whom to blame either SONY or homeshop18. Waiting for ur reply Munish Gupta [protected] Was this information helpful? i had purchased Imedia DVH 576 camcorder order no.[protected], dated 13 jun 2008. but i have not recived it 25 aug 08. i am all ready payed totel amount through cradit card. they toled me sir you will recive after 2 days but it will not come.

i really agree, as i too had ordered a massager i received it but in as a defected piece, so i returned back to them tHrough TNT
COURIER . iT IS BEING ONE MONTH NOW I HAVENT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT BACK .WELL BEING SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY " WHAT A SERVICE THEY GIVE"...

homeshop 18 is doing false propaganda on the TV channelas but I found fake in claims and moreover nobody is bothered to listen to your complaint after sales is made Mr. Sundeep CEO of the copmany better beaware now, this is not the way to sell your product by cheating the general public.
