i have paurchased mobile fly mc 100 from hotspot showroom
after using hardly one week mic stop working i submitted my mobile to kachiguda hyderabad showroom they told me it will get repaired in one day but took 15 days to get repaired in the mean time every day i have to remind them about my mobile then one fine day they called me and said your mobile is repaired, after collecting i came to know that it has lost the quality sound of mp3 through earphone and loud speaker sound quality reduced to 50% level again i went there submitted and waited for week once they said there is board problem then they said it got repaired sound remain the same after receving mobile i found it has not repaired went back handed over all accessories and phone requested to exchange with nokia or return my amount still that is pending they says they have to speak to delhi office harrased like any thing i paid 7500rs, neither im getting my amount nor other mobile i request you PLEASE DONT BUY MOBILES AT THESE HOTSPOT SHOP AND DONT BUY SPECIALLY THEIR CARE PACK THEY ARE FOOLING PEOPLE BY SELLING CAREPACK WHEN THEY DONT HAVE PARTS OF NEW PHONE WHAT IS THE USE OF CAREPACK / IM GOING TO CONSUMER COURT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM, , , , , , , THANKYOU REPLY,

Same the case happen with me . Hotspot Mobile offices are fraud .I Have brought new cell nokia e71 on 3rd january and the phone is hanging badly onwards the same day . i went again on 8th jan to the hotspot mobile MGF mall gurgaon, but no use there persons know the phone is having problems. one person said yeah phone is hanging and smile on me really pathetic ..very bad experience. no area sales manager talks to me .no offerings even . i have letter pad of the same with written information and signature of the store manager for this concern i will defienitely go to the consumer court and apply the same . no worries ...

Hotspot — Fraudulent Practises

I had purchased Three hand sets from the Hotspot Outlet at K/2-B, Lajpat Nagar - II, New Delhi - 110024 against Invoice Number[protected] dtd 20.03.2009. The phones bought were specifically usage in Reliance CDMA connections that we already had under a Corporate Scheme.

Thereafter i went to the Web World next door and was told that the instrument comes with Free Sims for these phones now and we will have to request Hotspot to provide us with the Sim. On going back to the store, I was told that no sim come with these sets and we will have to buy them separately and they don't sell sims.

So finally I go back to Web World and they insist that it comes and emphasise with the fact that it comes as the same Model at Web World has them !! I request the Web World to provide me the Sim but they claim that they cannot sell sims like that and told us to procure them from market.

We went back to the Hotspot Store and tell them the entire story and get back rude and uncalled for abuses, with a comment that "you can do what ever you can" and refused to either get me a sim on even paid basis nor return the sets, which were still sealed.

Now I don't know where to go. The phones are still non functional as the sim could not be found.

Why are these people allowed to keep the Customer in dark during the sale ? Is there is no remedy to this ?

Take legal action against the company.

Hotspot — Charging problem with mobile

Dear Sirs,

I purchased one Fly Sx210 Mobile from Hotspot mobile store in Begupet, Hyderabad 11 months back vide bill no.Invoice No.[protected] dtd 04/08/08 along with care pack-B ( for which I paid rs.600.00 extra). While purchasing the mobile the manager confirmed me that it is possible to get 50% of the current market value back if the mobile has some problem/Damaged and will immediatly reimburse the amount.

Since last two three months, I had problem with the charging and the charging socket in the mobile is not working everytime. I got it replaced by paying Rs.400.00 two times but same problem.

When I visited the same store for exchange of new mobile, I was told it will take one month for them to issue Credit note. I visted them sevaral times then but no use. Actually the magnager there does not seems to be carring for any post sales services.

I wish to lodge my complaint against the company for false promises made and there by cheating the customers.

Hotspot — selling damaged mobile phone by covering it new pack

Dear Sir/Madam

I have purchase a new cell phone NOKIA 6210 NAVIGATOR from hotspot shop (shop no. 15, A-2/40, rajouri garden, new delhi-110027, tell no. +91 [protected]), via bill no 2188 date 13/1/10. When purchase the phone I find that the device has no memory card slot I ask to the shopper about the same but he said that it’s a new mobile and in this model and there is no need of memory card slot cover as it is a new look (with out card slot cover). I purchase the phone and made the payment but when I come back to home and read the user guide the find that memory card shot cover is the part of phone and the shopper has sell me a phone without memory card slot cover.
Next day I visited the hotspot for the complain but the shopper say that when I gave you the phone the slot cover is available and you(me) has lost it some where. So it’s not our fault. When I insist him to please change the phone or give me the slot cover he has started shouting on me with third grade cheep language and call the other employee to thought me out from the shop.

I told him that I will go to the consumer form but he say " ja ja consumer court kuch nahi kar sakta meera , ab jata ha yaa bhar phak du"

Hotspot — not repairing the phone

To whomsoever it may concern
I’ve been experiencing continuous negligence from HOTSPOT CC for the past three months. I submitted my nokia phone- xpress music 5220 (with liquid damage) at hotspot center (around 1st week of December) at netaji subhash place and got it back on 9th January [against the two year liquid damage warranty from hotspot care]. Although the phone started but there were some software errors in it, the msg box was not getting opened. The phone was getting auto restarted and the gallery was not getting opened up, the earphones were not working, no FM and no music either; so I again submitted it back to the same hotspot center (at netaji subhash place) on 03.02.2010.
But since then I have been facing illogical answers from the cc executive of HOTSPOT; and I have been facing complete negligence from your part. Every time when I call up at your costumer care number your executives tell me that there’s some part missing and the handset will take time.. on my frequent calls, first I was told that the phone will be dispatched on 12th feb, then 22nd feb, then 25th feb, then 3rd march, then 5th march.. n they finally delivered the phone back on 13th march without any repairing done!
The phone is still showing the auto restart problem, the FM n music player is again not working… the basic color theme of my phone has been changed from blue to green and m not at all liking it; nothing has been sorted out yet even after keeping it for so many months. I am fed up of all this. The company has not even provided me any “standby” phone and it is doing nothing as promised at the time of buying it. When asked for replacement they are saying that they’ll pay me 50% of the last price at which the phone was ended. I am not at all interested in this deal. I took the care pack, not for selling my phone.
I have even written you earlier but there’s no appreciable response from your side even.

This kind of behavior was not at all expected from a company like hotspot. I know my rights and I will legally lodge a complaint at the consumer court if I face further negligence from your part. Please look into the matter; tell me the exact status and dispatch my phone in a working condition as early as possible because I can no longer stay waiting for it.

Hotspot — Credit Note

DEAR SIR,
I am Shahid Saifi residing in budh vihar phase 2, near rithala metro station. I am surprised to see a company like Spice Hotspot bluffing their customers by providing care pack which hardly serves the customers. They keep postponing the dates for repair and at times do not even repair the phone after 1 month. The credit note policy is a big bluff too. I have applied for the same for my phone and fulfilled all their conditions till 3.06.2010, but have not yet received any satisfactory feedback. They are postponing dates since 15.06.2010. I would appreciate if you could provide me some solution to this problem.

Hotspot — incomplete service

Hi,

I bought a micromax Q5C from hotspot mobile store, (bill reference no. 5432), situated in aundh, Pune. However, after using it for 15 days, the mobile malfunctioned and it was not charging. I went up to the center and requested them to get it serviced. They replied that I will have to take it to the service center. I went to the service centers on weeekends, but got to know that the centers remain closed on weekends. On next monday, I went to hotspot and told that as I was unable to submit, could they get it serviced? They took my cell phone and told to come after a week. I went to them after a week and they replied that the mobile had not yet come. This went on for one and a half months and they didn't return my mobile. They continued their procrastination. Yesterday, I called them again and they replied saying that my cell phone had come and I could pick it up the next day, i.e. today. But when I went there today, they didn't hand me my cell saying that the guy who went to pick up the mobile had forgotten it in his bag and that I would be getting my "unrepaired" cell tommorrow. Kindly take proper action against them.
