[Resolved]  HP Printers (HP Redemption Cell) — Not giving promotion free gift!

the hp integreated solution department must be shiverly pennalised so that they learn a lesson about commitment in business. i siddharth das is a victim of there harashment. i got a compaq laptop in the month of aprill 2007 my model no is v3239tu n i had also send a draft to de concern department head miss. Aishwariya.j. and i is now going to be november and stil there is no respond. hav been sending mails and there is no reply. it seems as if they are least bothered. therefore i and my dad mukti das have togather decided to put this matter in front of the jurdiciary. i sincerly feel that my matter and complains have resulted me nothing and there has not been anysort of action or step taken forward to fullfill there commitments. there fore i request all the customers of the hp stand togather and get our rights.

till date i could not any kind of free gift for my cq40 144 tu laptop neither i got any kind of contact.
i had reported this for more than thrice on this page. but there is no response at all.my product no is:

I have gone through a similar experience with HP.I reallyfeel why I went for HP.Company doesnt care a about there customers.

I have purchased HP 1104 Laptop in october 2008 and dealer assured me for free kodak camera system by HP and I sent all the required document including of D.D. of 990/- . receiving of document and Till now no information of as well as no information of free gift.Now they are asking that mine checked got bounced, i have confirmed mine check in "SBI IIT ROORKEE BRANCH", but they found it right one, i again send mine whole documents to the redemption cell, but they give the same reply, and this time they asking about to take 1090 rupees/ amount instead of 990.still there is no confirmatiom that i will get mine gift or not.

I tried to communicate via Email ans sent many Emails. Earlier they replied and said to send detailed information of DD no and date, redemption code. I sent all the required information but till now no response of my mails.now I have make mine brain to file a case against HP redemption cell in consumer court, rest will be comminicated in the court if no action will be taken by authourity, furhther we are intended to make a get-togther in our institute "IIT ROORKEE" to tell our juniors, cooligies, faculty memebers, teachers, other pepoles surrounding us not to purchase the HP LAPTOPS.

I had purchased an HP DV 6226 TX around an year and half ago as a scheme on sending you a D.D of rs.500 i recieved a Hauppage WinTV card. The card is faulty . Please guide me where can i find its service ceneter in Mumbai
promotion offers should have been sent to all purchasers who purchased the products which are having promtion offers, but the reason not delivering or not communicating the real story whether supplies will be made or not to be made should be made clear through electronic media or telephonically.The disappointment of purchasers for promotional offers will lead back name, fame, loss to the promoting firm.

Nice to hear that u have purchase a compaq product, but i wanna must tell u that Hp India, just give gifts to their countable customers, In that list i think u might not be included due to ur luck, and i wanna ask u that @ the time of purchase o[censored]r notebook, have u reg. online with S/N AND P/N o[censored]r pc for claiming the free gift... if no, then : - its ur fault, is that dealer havent told u anything for reg.????
That reg. valids only in 10 days of purchasement of product...

install xp or win os 2007 but it is not format bcoz of bios setting .my cd-rom drive not

working but i have external usb cd-rom.but there is no option of formating through external
