[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ATMDEC CHG

I am having accout in ICICI bank . But few days back 56 Rs/-(28.09 Rs * 3) were deducted from my account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG". And when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason.Although i was having enough balance at that time.
Moreever, it is also legal as per RBI rule.
Transaction details : 1)ATMDEC CHG/28.09

I'm having a salary account and I have been charged Rs 28.09/- thrice as ATMDEC CHG's on 17/09/2014... and I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough balance. I am having my salary account in ICICI bank . But few days back 84 Rs/-(28.09 Rs * 3) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG". But this money deducted in january month with the following details and in december month balance is there in my account, Can anyone let me know why and where the problem got occur.

I have also been charged Rs 56.18 (28.09*2) as ATMDEC charges twice on the same date, 25/04/2015 . I think customers need an explanation as to why this charges are deducted from our account. Although no such charges are deducted from my SBI account. If it is with RBI guidelines then it should be same for all banks. But it is only happening with ICICI banks means they are real frauds.
