Can anyone tell me why am i receiving bills for my credit card which i've stoped using long back and the amout of Rs.5900 is been already stolen from my Bank A/c by you people.
Further I would like to inform you that I've never applied for CC, and never signed any application form for the same.
So i need the scan copy of my application form for the same so that i can show it to the consumer court, that my signature are Forged by ICICI bank.

This mail is regarding my credit card No.[protected], I've made a transaction of Rs.13000 in the month of March 09, and converted it into EMI, I've been informed by the rep that in the next statement only processing fees will be charged and in the subsequent month EMI will start i.e in the month of May 09.
But to my surprise I've been charged both the processing fee & EMI in the month of Apr 09, I called Cust Care before my Due date and enquire abt the same, He told me not to make the payment and also confirmed that i'll receive call within 48hrs frm ICICI, which i hav'nt received till date.
In the month of May 09 i made the payment of Rs.5821, and also called Cust Care to update the same..I did'nt paid EMI for the 1st month, which i was not suppose to pay as it was a mistake from your side, and i also hav'nt paid the extra charges which i am not liable to pay for,
your customer service is so pathetic, that i finally give up calling it, as i was very confident that they dnt hav solution for my problem, and they dnt even bother abt the customer, Whenever i called cust care i've just wasted my time and money,
I am posting this mail because i am getting calls frm your collection agencies, If after this mail i receive any call frm them i'll pull ICICI in consumer court, and i want my credit records to be clear, why should i pay for your mistakes and negligence.
Your Customer Service is the best way to cause Harassment & Agony to the customers.
I hope to get revert,
