I am having my salary accout in ICICI bank . But few days back 84 Rs/-(28.09 Rs * 3) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG". And when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason.Although i was having enough balance at that time.
Moreever, it is also legal as per RBI rule.

I know I will also receive an automated reply from ICICI bank, but this needs to be raised. This is very very unethical to deduct the hard earned money of the account holders.

I was charged similarly as below:

30/07/2016 ATMDEC CHG/25-06-16/3954/25+ST Dr. 28.75

we need a proper explanation from the bank.

I have also been charged Rs 29.50/- as ATMDEC CHG/01-12-17/8486+GST.

i also have similar complaint i also have a salary account .on 16 feb 2018 588.82 has been deducted from my account for for picture drcard but i didnt receive any card 16/02/2018 Picture Drcard JoinfeeGST 588.82 and after that 19/02/2018 POSDEC CHG/23-12-17/6145+GST rs 26.56 has been deducted and after that
06/03/2018 ATMDEC CHG/[protected]/6145+GST rs 29.50 has been deducted and after that 08/03/2018 ATMDEC CHG/[protected]/6145+GST rs29.50 has been deducted. what is this how many times it happens without my information such a very irritating thing please refund my all money i belong to middle class family.

PLEASE SOLVE THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE I REQUEST YOU.

I am also experiencing the same issue, mine also salary account But for me they have charged 29.50/- thrice i-e total of 29.50 *3=88.50/-

ATMDEC CHG/[protected]/2353+GST, DR 29.50/-, 3times on[protected], i-e total of 88.50/-

We don't usually notice, but these banks are thief's with zero ethics, specially ICICI, this is the worst bank in the world for every stupid things they charge, & than they will say to visit nearest branch, who is having that much time they will charge & customer has to visit for there stupidity, so many silly charges they keep very smartly, we don usually noticed today when i was checking got totally disturbed they had charged several times like that & also other charges, revert the money please, anyway my next visit to the nearest branch will only be for closing my account & throwing out this garbage bank services.
