[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — I swear by Mother India to ruin entire ICICI group

All those who have a bank account with ICICI Bank are advised to withdraw their money and close their bank accounts as early as possible. If anybody believes I am speaking thin air, may have to regret.

If anybody still trusts ICICI Bank, or believes it is honest & transparent, think over it once again.

These people have been bribing Banking Ombudsman (Reserve Bank of India)

I also swear by Mother India to shut down The Banking Ombudsman...
for they are hand in gloves with the private banks and settle the consumers' complaints only in the favor of such banks. Because their officers are fed on the pieces thrown by such private banks

In addition, The Banking Ombudsman is only an alternate forum. It does not have the status and authority of The Consumer Courts. All of you must be aware of it

So, in case you have any complaint against any bank, do approach The Banking Ombudsman. Do not lodge your complaint with them. The Banking Ombudsman is only here to make folly of the consumers

All such alternate forums must be shut down. If they have the right to form alternate forums, why should not we people of India...

Setup & establish genuine courts which actually deliver justice and in time too!

STUPID ICICI CARE HAS BEEN POSTING THE SAME PRE-MADE REPLY ON ALL MY POSTS ON VARIOUS BLOGS...

HUH... MY FOOT!
Its been 2 years since I lodged my complaint with The Banking Ombudsman which is ultimately closed without resolution, on the grounds that I did not submit relevant documents.

The complaint is:

ICICI Bank has been regularly practicing delayed credit i.e. The cheque deposited by the account holder is not credited in time. It happened to me not once or twice but 5 times on different occasions, different cheques on different dates. You will be surprised to know that, the cheques which I had issued to my vendors were dishonoured with the clause "INSUFFICIENT FUNDS" WHILE amount against my cheques was credited to my account on the same date. The account statements clearly reflect the balance on those dates

I had argued that the RBI should cross check the clearing time from the CLEARING HOUSE with the time when funds were credited to my account.

One can easily understand that in this matter, account holder can not produce evidences other than pay-in slips. While Pay-in-slips can't be a good evidence against delayed credit.

Banking Ombudsman is only an alternate forum. It is not a consumer court. To appeal against the Banking Ombudsman, I shall have to approach High Courts as if I had no other business to look after.

Now I have decided to fight against the crippled system. And stupid ICICI Care has been posting a pre-made reply to my posts on all blogs... MY FOOT...

I have sent the copies of my posts to The President of India, Supreme Court of India, Delhi Police Commissioner and many other authorities. They are free to level CONTEMPT CHARGES against me...

I agree with what Mr. Ashok has written, ICICI Bank is totally mismanaged bank with temperory staff who are not providing dedicated service as they are always under fear of being removed after six months of service. The staff is totally unaware of banking regulations and are not provided with adequate training before being asked to handle customers. By the time they understand ABC of banking they are asked to leave by the bank. The bank must employ permanent staff who are given adequate training before being asked to face the customers. Hope the bank thinks over it.
i have not yet received original documents for my icici home loan a/c LBNMU[protected]

Non-release of security documents by ICICI bank despite I have cleared the loan account, Therefore, the my complain can be considered as a consumer of the bank under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and the non-release of the security documents by the bank will amount to deficiency of service.
Despite the repayment of loan, bank unable to release documents . i trust that bank's conduct is arbitrary and illegal and it is liable to be directed to release documents to us.
please understand that ICICI bank is in fault and deficient in service but i should not be made sufferer and any loss. Hence i am entitled to be compensated even though i did not suffer any loss, for deficiency in service of bank in non-release of title documents despite repayment of whole loan amount.
The non-return of title deeds pledged with the bank by me would amount to deficiency of service on the part of the icici bank and ICICI bank has to pay compensation of Rs.2, 00, 000/- for the loss caused to us due to loss of propety documents

i am an advocate and this is not ICICI or any other bank who do all these things. actually every financial institution/ bank, shopkeeper, marketeer, industry, ministers, police, judiciary . . . every nook and corner of this nation is cheating people or not doing their duties because its in the blood of this nation. everybody is looking out for the opportunity to gain by whatever means and everybody is looking out to excuses for not doing their duty. some are afraid of their jobs and some are just not afraid of anyone.

anyway our nation is still not that much bad where law is approachable and handful good social people are active. some social servants and legal persons and some honest officers are the back bone of our nation who are willing to bring justice and show the world that we are not in total filth.

its good to complain on net and let your emotions go awry but be the fighter and if possible fight for your right. you will succeed some day and i can not tell when that someday will come. but for sure i will say ... jab tak hai dum .. lade jaao..

i last my trust in icici Prudential, so that pls. if i want to continue my policy pls. pay my due for so many mounths i will do that
Iam closing my icici bank account this month
We are at the very first stage only facing problem with icici bank.i don't understand which guidelines do they follow.did they prepare any other rules apart from them prepared by rbi.
that's my fate that i should open salary account with them as my company is having tie up with that bank.
they are neither accepting my sisters bsnl telephone bill as my address proof or lic bond and receipt and are asking to open an account in any public sector bank and then bring them that bank statement along with a cheque leaf.
i don't understand their problem.
in their website they stated that premium receipt from any life insurance company will be accepted as address proof.but when i asked the staff he rejected that by simply telling that they won't accept that.
i really don't understand what their problem is? pls somebody help me, pls clarify me the actuall proofs to be submitted and please kindly close that ICICI bank website. pls
