Feel appologitic for being a part of ICICI. Find below the episodes with no solution till date and only passing the buck that sytem takes 21 days. Why a customer like me is in trouble. Many followups with lost many minutes and hours with helpline can check your record. Kindly let me know why should i continue with ICICI Bank after such incidences and no solutions till date. I had met you on 5th January regarding the SBI-Income Tax refund order (Made from Haldwani-Uttaranchal State) drawn in favour of ICICI Bank account number[protected]deposited in ICICI Bank ATM Khanda Colony -New Panvel-Navi Mumbai on 10th December 2009 (Cheque Number: 933178 and amount Rs 47510) Till date the amount has not been transacted in to my account. Fisrt amount of Rs 12314 has deducted from my credit card (SMS recieved from ICICI Baank & spoken to Customer Care Team Leader Ms Susan from ICICI Bank Customer Care-Hyderabad. Second mount of Rs 12414 has been deducted against my ticket booked.
