I Apply for my ICICI Credit card last one year and dont know still they not cancel it. and I m not in India last nearly 2yr so no need to keep using it than even they send me card charge apx 150Rs. every 3months. unfortunatlly that direct debit from my account so I am helpless and again and again requast to cancel my card. I hope this works

    dear consumers,

    you are requested to check your accounts as i found that icicidirect has made my Rs67 thousand just evaporate without any reason.This problem is being resolve d last two weeks and now they again made me liable for Rs16000/
    check your account something big fraud is going on icici. they have become most in efficient, going to file a consumer case

    Stay away from ICICIDirect.com. They have pathetic service quality. Not following SEBI mandate.
    No point is escalating matters to Head of Service Quality of COO.They are hopeless...

    Dont invest through ICICIDirect.com.

      Non receipt of Transaction password

      I had applied for transaction password with ICICI on 17/8/08 vide ref no. sr76479425 but till date i have not recd. it inspite of repeated request with customer care.
      pl look into the matter asap and inform me .

      ICICI Bank — About Transaction Password

      I am trying to get transaction password.They are generating and sending
      but is not reaching.i camplained many times regarding this .But no reply.

        On my ICICI Bank Credit Card No. [protected] there was a credit balance of over Rs. 2500.00 and on withdrawal of Rs. 2000 & Rs. 500 on different datesduring July 2008, charges of Rs. 300 for each transtion plus service tax was imposed. On my request Charges on one transtion was reversed. Still Rs. 300 plus service charges are to be paid by 3rd September 2008 for the second transaction.

        As I was under the mistaken belief that I can withdraw my money ( credit Balalnce)with out any charges, I request you condon the mistake and to kindly arrange the reversal of the charges immediately so that I do not have to pay it on September the 3rd 2008.           Dear Sir,

          We had applied for ICICI bank Bonds in October 2007.

          The bonds were not received by us till December 2007.

          In January 2008, I called up the ICICI Bank Customer Care help line and officer tols me that I should write to [protected]@icicibank.com

          On 4th January 2008, I wrote a mail to [protected]@icicibank.com (this is the customer care e-mail) and told them that I have not received the bonds

          The very same day I was replied to by stating that the matter has been taken up with the Registrar

          On 10th January 2008, I again wrote to them with reference to earlier correspondence and told them that I have not been replied to

          On 14th January 2008, I received an e-mail stating that they are in the process of taking over the Bonds Issue and a weeks time was sought from me

          However, I did not hear from them till 24th January 2008 and so, i decided to call them up. The Customer Care Officer gave me the Bond Holder's Number and told me that the bonds have been despatched to us on 03rd January 2008 but she could not give me the details of despatch medium etc.

          Hence, I wrote a mail the very same day giving reference to my discussions and asked them to revert back at the earliest

          Also, I faxed a letter to them giving the full history and asking for my bonds

          I did not hear from the Bank till 7th february 2008 when I called up the Customer Care. the Officer told me that a reply has been sent to me on 05th february 2008. The officer also told me that even the bank has not received back the bonds and he advised me that I should request for duplicate certificates by writing to the Bond Manager

          So, I faxed across a letter on 08th february 2008 to the Bond Manager giving refernce to my discussions and asking for duplicate bonds

          However, I did not receive any response from them till 14th february 2008. So, I called up the customer care once again on 14th february 2008. The officer told me they are supposed to reply within 48 hours.

          Once again, I wrote a mail on 14th february 2008 asking for my bonds

          On 29th February 2008, I received an e-mail from them stating that the bonds have been despatched by speed post on 18/12/2007 and have not been delivered back to them and that I should check with my local post office

          When, I enquired in the Post office, I came to know that the envelopes have been returned back and the same information was available on Post Office website

          Immediately, I wrote to the bank stating that the documents have been returned undelivered

          Now, the bank has sent us a whole lot of legal papers to be notarised, stamped etc

          We are small people and is it right for bank to ask us to incur expenses of nearly Rs. 700-800 (in notarising and indemnity bonds issuance and surety etc.) when we have not lost the bonds

          I understand that indemnity bond is issued when I have done a mistake but why should bank ask me to indemnify them for no mistake of mine

          The Bank should trace the original documents and deliver it to me or show me the proof of delivery

          I have not received the certificates and in that event how can I be made responsible to indemnify the Bank for the same

          This is sheer muscle power being used by such a big organisation as they know that fighting a legal battle by small people like us is just out of question owing to the complexities and time taken by the process

          Is there no responsibility for Bank to locate the original documents and is there no onus on the Bank

          Should a small investor be penalised for no fault of his


          Dear Sir,

          Please note the developments and the faults committed by the Bank:

          The Bank officer first confirmed us that documents have been sent on 3rd January 2008 and then they told us that it has been sent on 18th december 2007. Had we known this fact earlier, we could have done something but by the time we were given correct information, the documents were returned

          I agree that probabaly we were not at our place when the documents came for delivery but we had initiated the process of enquiring about it well before the second delivery and had the officers given us the correct information and in time, we could have easily received the documents

          Secondly, the delay in response was always from bank's end. They always were replying delayed and there system was not ready to offer information as they were taking over. They had to be followed up

          From the above, it clearly emerges that due to sheer negiligence and delay on bank's part, we have been put to trouble

          For all the above written correspondences, I have a copy and can be produced whenever required

            Respected Sir,

            I have taken the Home loan Rs 5 Lacs from ICICI bank in year 2002 as EMI Rs 5161/- per month & my last payment was in month of 07June08, but in May08 I have received the letter from ICICI Bank, stated that your out satanding balance As on 07 june08 is Rs 2524/. If you wanted to pay now we will cancell your last EMI cheque.
            As per letter I have paid Rs.2524/ wide cheque at ICICI Bank Andheri east branch to Mr Rishi (ICICI Bank Repersantative).

            But instead of cancel EMI Cheque, they present to my bank resultant it has bounced after that ICICI BANK'S Recovery agent started harassing me.

            After that I have written so many mail, Letter via courier and made request on help line no. wide reqest no.SR[protected]JUNE08, FR[protected]JUNE08, SR[protected]JUNE08, but no one responded. then I have take the off from my office and visited to branch then they realised my problem and promised me to give the compensation for that, but after around 4 month no one responded.

            Kindly help for that.

              Hi,

              I am a ICICI bank credit card customer from past 4 year, I had a very bad experience and really frustrated by the way they cheated me from past 6 month, The will put a interest + late payment charges even for 10 rupees pending from the customer, but in case if we need to get something from icici they will never care about that, we cant expect any interest+late payment charges or anything for any if we need to get soemthing from icici bank.

              they will promise 100 times and and they make us to spend lots of money to phone + email and also they make us to spend our valuable time also.

              I have posted my whole experience from past 6 month in the form of communication i had from icici bank with this mail below.

The ICICI bank employe told me that I will receive pay order of the balance amout 5570 Rs. in around 8 working days. But I have not received the pay order till date - 29 Aug 2008. I contacted ICICI Ghatkopar East Mumbai brach where my ccount was present but they told me they need to ask the courier people and then they will get back to me. No one called me.

                    I have taken a home loan of Rs.1000000/- for 15 years tenure in floating interest rate. The Aggrement no: LBBAL[protected]. Pre EMI paid was Rs.25385/- from dated:31/12/2004 to 31/07/2005 . The initial offer given was 7.25 interest rate. When the loan was accepted the interest rate fixed was 8.5 with EMI Rs.9557/- per month for 15 years. After some months on 07/05/2006 again the interest rate was changed to 9%, the EMI was kept constant but the tenure was increased to some more year.Again the interest rate hiked to 10% from 07/08/2006, the tenure increased to another few more years.on 07/02/2007 the interest rate fixed at 10.5 & then increased to12.5% from 07/05/2007, the tenure increased to the max. limit & EMI increased to 10565/- per month. Even after paying 37 EMI, the CL.Principal is found to be Rs.948404/-. The last tenure is found to be 07/07/2030 for complition at this stage. This may again increase to many extent. I want to know that whether there is any control of RBI or any other rules these private Banks follows, on Home loans. As per my view there is some cheating. Many times the bank was asked regarding the calculation for Tenure increasing & EMI increasing, but they are not providing. All Private & PSU Bank must have similar calculation. Kindly look into the matter so that I can get justice against this type of cheating of ICICI HOME FINANCE LTD. Many customers are also facing similar type cheating from ICICI. Now HOMEloan rate of ICICI might have increased again, but they never intimate to the Loanee

                    Today I received a ridiculous mail from icicibank.

                    I have taken a mortgage loan of 1000000 for for 15 years with 11% floating interest.
                    Now they say that The rate of interest has increased to 15% and the tenure is increased to 40 years.

                    From 15 years to 40 years .Is this some sort of joke or what?
                    I am completely stumped now.

                    All these funda's everybody knows. the point is loan taken for 15 years raising to 40 years ... can't be a joke or can't be justified by any means. For my case, I have taken for 15 years and after paying the EMI for 2 years im told my tenure is raised to 34 years more. Can you imagine how much suffering i would undergo ?
                    out of 42K of EMI approximately Rs. 500 is only going towards principal. My A/C no. is: LBBNG[protected]. Incidentally mine is also with ICICI.

                    I have a ICICI home loan account - these guys increase interest rates ridiculouslly there has not been any interest hike by RBI this October 2008...some how the ICICI decides to increase the interest from 13.25 to 14%. I have written them and awaiting response. If somebody know what is there policy and is there any governing authority to control this?

                    If I do not get a response, I would file a case against this bank. They already have enough thing to worry in market I hope with this kind of behavior I feel they are hurting their reputation even more.

                    I can say that if they increasing both interest rate and tenure period at the same time then this is a case of cheating.

                    ICICI bank has reduced interest rates for new customers and no change for existing customers. This is open cheating infront of everyone.                     I too have 2 ICICI home loans, being charged at 16.25% and 14.25% respectively. If we have to reduce the Interest rate, icici charges around 0.5% to reduce it to the current market prevailing interest rate. However if RBI raises again, you will be forced into old customer category and your interest rate increases. Not sure how we can take action against ICICI for this malicious practice of charging high interest to old customers.
                    Certainly these banks are cheating customers. I have taken a Home Loan from HDFC bank for aorund 28, 00, 000 Lakhs. Its been 5 months. Increased in interest rate has caused increase in tenure from 20 yrs to 32 yrs. Increase of 12 yrs with EMI of Rs 28, 417.

                    Think of the increased amount!!! 28, 417 x 144 (12 yrs) = 40, 53, 168 Lakhs!

                    I agree with the complain. I took home loan from HDFC in 2005. They offered me 7.75%/year. Today i am paying 11.5%/year but for new customer they are offering in very less. I was explained in very simple way by HDFC executive that the floating loan would be same for all customers so you should not worry about rate change in feature. I think almost all the banks except some PUC are having policy to keep many rates for their costumer. If you ask new loan it would look like private banks are offering best rate but you should know that these best rates are only for few months. there should be a policy to avoid cheating by these banks. floating rate should be same for all the costumers.

Even after paying 66 EMI, the CL.Principal is found to be Rs.308738/-. The last tenure is found to be 07/03/2030 for complition at this stage. This may again increase to many extent. I want to know that whether there is any control of RBI or any other rules these private Banks follows, on Home loans. As per my view there is some cheating by the middle class people. Many times the bank was asked regarding the calculation for Tenure increasing & EMI increasing, but they are not providing. Now HOME loan rate of ICICI might have increased again, but they never intimate to the customer [Also note only one or two letter received from bank Increase rate of Interest]

                    This is straight forward cheating. when the rate of interest was increasing ICICI didn't increase the EMI and reduced the principal to accommodate the increase and this resulted in reduction in principle and increase in tenure by 20 years there by increasing their profits. But when the interests rate decreased ICICI reduced interests rate by just 0.5% and for that they reduced the EMI amount because else more Priciple would have got deducted and tenure would have come down.
                    I dont blame ICICI or other private banks because its a fault of RBI and Congress Govt. who dont have a control on them because we cannot have genuine tax payers who are paying 8.5% interest rates (SBI etc) and there are people who are paying 13% that too during these times.
                    When RBI increased repo rates the banks (private like ICICI) pushed the burdens on Consumers within hours of the announcement but when the same when down they reduced deposit rates within hours but loan rates remain where they were there by filling their coffers. RBI should understand the they are using TAX PAYERS money to give these benifits and at the end of the day some capitalists like ICICI and taking the benifits out of it..

                    In 2006 I have taken mortgae loan 7.5lakhs and emi is 9500/Rs Approximately for the tenure 15years.
                    now after increasing the rate of interest they increased emi is 10.500 and tenure 40 years.

                    Hence their is a open cheating in the calculation and RBi has to enter to keep track on these type cheating .

                    And also if anyone having to whom we have to take up this issue.Otherwise we have to struggle life time.
                    This is more than crime of life imprisonment.

                    As on today almost 36months paid they are telling that outof7.5Lakhs still 7.4 lakhs I have to pay,
                    so some body should advice me where to lodge this compliant.

                    I agree to you completely. They cheat the existing customers. With the RBI reducing rates repo as well as CRR several times..the ICICI bank has only reduced rates by 0.5%. This is cheating with the existing customers.

                    Instead of filling against the bank, let the bank file a complaint againt us. Already there are lacks of pending cases in courts.
                    Let us form a consumer lobby. On behalf of all home loan customers we should inform legally to the bank that we are not going to pay the EMI. Let the possetion papers of the homes in bank's custody & we will live there till the court gives some decision.
                    We have to come together, that is the only way out.
                    I fully agree that RBI, the controlling authority of all Commercial Banks in India has failed misrably in its duty to protect the interest of consumers. ICICI Bank which was the firs bank to raise the interest rate on Home Loans for existing customers when ever the RBI raised the CRR etc.has failed to lower its interest rates when the RBI has lowered the CRR rates etc. many times in last 4 months and accordingly all the Banks except ICICI Bank has lowered the interest rates of its existing customers to 8.25% but this ICICI Bank has failed to reduce it to 8.25% and is looting its existing customers by charging 12% interest rate (When it is paying hardly 7 to 8% on Fixed Deposits) and inspite of various complaint to RBI, RBI is not bothered about it and has refused to intervene. I believe it is high time that RBI should cancell the Banking Licence of ICICI Bank for looting its customers and adopting unfair trade practices.

                    It is asking its existing customers to pay extra charges of 1.75% terming it as switch over charges from higher rate of interest to lower 9.25% rate of interest, which is totally unfair trade practice and is like a highway robbery on its existing customers. Even after complaining RBI, their is no relief since RBI is not ready to interfere . I fail to understand how can the controlling Authority like RBI neglects to do its duty. If RBI is too busy and unable to control the Commercial Banks, then it should tell the Govt. of India to appoint some Controlling Authority like Insurance Regulatory Authority or Electricity Regulatory Authority.
                    I think it is high time that the Govt. of India separate this function of controlling Commercial Banks from RBI and appoint a separate Regulatory Authority for Banks since RBI is unable to perform this task.

                    Hope some thing is done either by RBI or Govt. of India to save the poor Citizens of India who are being exploited by ICICI Bank. It is high time that the Banking Licence of ICICI Bank is cancelled. The other malpractices being adopted by ICICI Bank are :

                    1) Inspite of warning from RBI (in my own case) the ICICI bank forces its customers to deposit cash in envelops.Then taking advantage of this new system, they term some notes in these envelops as duplicate and keep the Xerox of 5 to 10 duplicate notes to show to customers who complaints that their notes were not duplicate and hence earns extra 5 to 10% of income like this.
                    2. Not giving credit for cheques collected even after 5 to 6 days unless you go and fight with them.Earning extra income of interest for delayed days.
                    3. Not clearing inter account transfers, they take minimum 3 to 5 days to do it, although they debit it but do not give credit to other account.

                    ICICI Bank is a Most Unethical and cheat Bank, be careful of it.

                    THIS is very known fact that PSU interests are much lower than the ICICI, Its one time 2 % fee is there to switch ur loan from ICICI to other PSU's or LIC ... i will strongly advise to close ur loan accounts at ICICI by paying one time 2 % fee, this will give lot of relief to u..

                    On 30th Jan 2010, I have approached ICICI Bank, Begumpet, Hyderabad and utilized the option of changing my Interest rate to 8.25% fixed for 2 years by paying an amount of 1.1% including service taxes and also changed my EMI. When I asked the representative he cleared mentioned that this will get effective from Feb 10th Onwards because my EMI date is on 10th of every month.                     I had an account with icici bank which i had closed on the 16th march 2010. on talking to their customer care helpline, i was informed that since the accunt was closed in the middle of the month, they will not credit the interest that gets accrued for these 16 days.

                    I agree with most of you that there is something serious with this bank in respect of arbitrary increase in interest rate whereby the tenure of loan is increased. all o[censored]s who have suffered on account of this runaway bank, should cotact some consumer guidance cell. Yesterday (10.11.2014) there was an article in times of india (Mumbai edition) about ICICI bank losing its case in a court in North India. why dont all o[censored]s join hands.

                        I have a saving account in ICICI since 2002 and my account number is[protected]. I have deposited Rs-15000/=on 24.06.2008.but next I received a message that bank had curtailed Rs-2749/=due to non maintenance of my account. I was out of station due to some personal problem about one year.Bank never given me any information that I have to penalty if I not maintained the account. I given a letter to branch manager and requesting him to re-imburse my amount because this was happen first time and promise him that it would never be repeated.They propmise me about re-imbursement of curtailed amount but after spending two months problem stiil exist.

                          In June 2008 I applied for a Home Loan and was granted and disbursed a loan of INR 30 Lakh for which I am paying the instalments from 1 July 2008.

                          During the processing of home loan the representative, Mr Shashank asked me to sign several agreements. Later an ICICI lombard Insurance executive came to my house with Mr Shashank asking me to sign the ECS authorisation which I politely declined since my loan grant letter mentioned that I am given a complementary insurance cover with the home loan.

                          The executive from ICICI lombard did his best to sell the product stating it would cover critical illnesses but I was sure that I did not want to pay for a policy that I did not believe would suit my needs and situation.

                          After that he called me several times but I kept refusing to accept it and never authorised him to process the extra insurance cover for my home loan.


                          Issue

                          On 1 August 2008, I received a loan disbursement letter for INR 96000.

                          I called customer service to explain that I had never requested it and I was advised that it was a top up loan which was disbursed and EMI of INR 1085 would commence from August 08. I distinctly remember not requesting any insurance policy or agreeing to pay for it.

                          I have only authorised payment of EMI for my home loan of INR 32 Lakh and any amount debited from my Standard chartered account will be unauthorised and hence fraudulent.

                              I am employee of ICICI Bank and has taken personal loan at subsidized rate of 2.5%.
                              As per the loan agreement if an employee leaves the organisation before completing 3 years of his services he has to pay the interest @ 8% instead of 2.5%.
                              I have joined the bank on 07 Nov 2005,
                              Resigned from the bank on 29 July 2008,
                              Last working date 10 Sept 2008 (i.e before completion of 3yrs).
                              Now there is a change in the HR policy which states that instead of 8% penal rate of interest the rate will be 15%, which will be applicable to all the employees who ahs resigned after 14th July 2008 while the loan agreement says penal rate of interest will be 8%.
                              Now, my last working date is approaching and they are asking me to pay the difference of interest retrospectively @ 15% which is not legal & logical.
                              The bank is thinking of making profit from each source, whether it is legal or illegal.

                              ICICI Bank Limited — Interest on Loan

                              Respected Sir,

                              This is to submit that I had taken loan of Rs.47500.00 from ICICI Bank Limited against my Credit card A/c #[protected] dt.22.11.2006 and I have to pay on monthly installment of three years.

                              After about three months I deposited Rs. 20000.00 dt.6.2.2007 and Rs.8800.00 on dt. 22.2.2007, but this is a matter of surprise that in free India I have no right to deposit money between the Loan period. I asked ICICI to deduct the loan amount so that accordingly interest can be calculated. But ICICI bank informed me that I can only Clear the full amount otherwise I will not be given the credit of interest amount.

                              After that I approached to Respected Ombudsman RBI-New Delhi for this matter and my complaint was lodged vide complaint No.[protected] and after long time ICICI accepted the fault but partially and provide me relief of Rs. 6932.53 and they are asking me for the balance Approx 4856.00.

                              I am enclosing the statement of loan with interest calculation. I approached some days back to Mr. S.Krishnamoorthy([protected]@icicibank.com) of ICICI New Delhi who is handling the case for the waiver of balance amount which is actually not due but no response is received.

                              You are requested to please look into the matter and provide me Justice.

                                Hi,

                                I have paid all my due charges on any bank always on time. In Jan'08, I did not receive my bill on time and hence paid the ICICI credit card amount after due date. Since then, I never received any phone calls or e-mails from ICICI bank regarding late fee they applied on my account. I was not in India for next 6 months however my phone was still active. I never received any hard copy of the statement and I didnt expect it too because I had paid all their charges.

                                In July, when I came back I received their statement asking me to submit around Rs 3000 or they threaten me to forward my details to Credit Information Bureaus. I called them up to resolve this however they never followed up with me despite me regularly calling them. Just before submitting this, I called ICICI again however they never let me speak to the right person and said that I have to pay this amount. I never spent a single penny on my ICICI credit card from this 3000 Rs that they are charging me. Infact I never used my card since Jan'08. Please look into this.

                                  Hi,
                                  My Name is vishal Agrawat i have sellaried account and i have credit card also of ICICI.

                                  I have recharge my mobile using my credit card of 393 RS on 8 day's ago. But after 2 days of that transaction when my mobile not refiled than i have mailed them they told me please let us know after 5 day's we will credit your money to your account if your mobile didn't refile. After 5 day's when my mobile didn't refile i have mailed to ICICI again they mailed me today(After 3 Day's):
                                  "Dear Customer,

                                  As per the revert of the service request SR77436903 the payment has been processed successfully for PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE on 21/08/2008 for the amount Rs 393.00. On the receipt of this request we have escalated this matter with the biller."

                                  When i try to track this service request using my ICICI Internet banking Account this show me there is no open or closed request please enter correct Service request number.

                                  I am smelling that ICICI trying to cheat me. I have also called ICICI customer care 5 to 6 times but after all verification the answer i got "Our all Customer care Executive are busy to handle other customers please call us after some time."

                                  I didn't understand what should do now can i go to the Consumer court and file case?

                                  I have register icici bank credit card visa billpay service on 24 april-2009 by internet without any net banking facility, but bill was not paid, but message showed service will active on 1st june-2009,
                                  So I want to cancel the biller and service.pls. help me.

                                    Hi Meghana,

                                    The Credit Card was closed as per my requests via email in July & August 04 months, The amount Rs 9500 which was not fair but offered by ICICI Bank to settle my AC.
                                    The Payment made has been made by me and receipt no has been told to you during telecom which I had with you on 14 march 08.

                                    These two receipts are very important and critical now because ICICI Bank services already made my life miserable. Some points which remember I would like to highlight you once again mentioned as under:-

                                    1. unauthorized charges without any prealert charge debited on my credit card.

                                    2. Auto Debit charges, bounce charges, late payment charges, interest charges added every month without my information.

                                    3. Late receipts of statement inspite of regular follow-ups and requests.

                                    4. Principle amount doubled by bank just after three months. Raf Actual purchasing vs payments made. I have paid more then principle amount till Dec 2005. When I requested to close the Credit Card collection agents started threatening me.

                                    6. Rs 25348 deducted from my AC without my information and Cheques issued got bounced and all my supplier started threatening me and my children school life also got mess.

                                    8. When I asked / enquired for the same The ICICI Bank dispatched first letter at my home and office address Letter no 144442 which was of back date but posted on 24.03.08 so as to safe guard Bank. These type of act has been repeated several time and I have several evidences for the same. The voice has been recorded by me which I will share you whenever I will meet you.

                                    My request to release the Rs 25348 was not considered.

                                    My request for the details of purchasing made by me from my credit card ac and all the payment receipts by ICICI Bank against my CC but not considered.

                                    Record of the actual purchasing and payment made must be with ICICI bank, I requested ICICI BANK for these same details in 2004 but ICICI bank failed to submit the same to me. Once again I request you please please return my fund back to me.

                                    Please note that ICICI Bank doesn't care about there customer and has no intensions to serve them.

You do can check that on which income bases card issued to me and If it happens with such a big company and bank where I have 5 family a/c and all together today balance of more then 9 lakh Rs.                                         Hi,

                                        My ICICI Bank Account is debited with Rs.56 with description as Sign verification Charges.
                                        when contacted with Customer Care, ICICI Bank officer said that these charges were charged from Chinchwad branch for loan application sign verification, Even though i have not applied for any loan with this Bank.
                                        ICICI is doing this kind of Business with huge number of Customer base.
                                        Just Imagine am one of such person with only Rs.56, but when this is done for as many lakhs then they are blinding earning 56 lakhs and showing profits.

                                        This is my compliant against ICICI Bank Saving Account Department.
                                        This bank should be penalised for this.

                                        I fully agree. Rs. 54/- were debited to my account on account of signature verification charges.
                                        Some One Person (Manavallan) Collected Account Opening Form Me To Open An New Account in ICICI Bank, T Nagar Branch on 28/04/2009. Still now I Did Get Any Status...

                                        ICICI Bank — Debit of an amount from the savings account .

                                        An amount of Rs.6111/ is being unautorizedly being debited from my savings account.
