Sir,
Due to their technical problem my name was entered in CEBIL as delinquent and with out my concern and mode of payment they entered in to my savings account and debited more than 50, 000 rupees in a single month, account was opened by me but operated by icici people.
I wrote a mail to Mr.Bharath ACM( bharath.[protected]@icicibank.com) and Mr. Vaidyanathan (vaidyanathan.[protected]@icicibank.com) Mrs.Chandrika was coordinating for the same, I requested them to give an explanation letter how your people entered into my savings account and my name to be removed from CEBIL, but these were not happening so I kindly request to resolve this issue.

    Hi,

    I am a manager with an IT MNC. I had taken a home loan from ICICI in June 2006. The rate of interest applicable then was 8.5 %. I was told that this interest rate is special for my company and was 1 % less than what other customers and banks were charging. Later on ICICI kept on revising based on RBI rate which is acceptable. But, the revision has now lead to a situation where the ineterst rate from ICICI is 1 % above other banks and .5 % above new ICICI customers. I was told that there will not be prepayment charges. I took that in good faith but now found that in the agreement they have mentioned that the prepayment charges will be 2 %. I now feel trapped with ICICI as they are charging very high rate as compared to market and are imposing prepayment charges. There should be some action against them.

    ICICI Bank is one of the worst bank to deal with whether its bank accounts, home loan, Credit Cards, or some other products. I really have never heard ICICI bank reducing interest rates from last 4/5 years. RBI should strictly look into this matter and save customers of ICICI bank. I started my home loan in 2003 @8.00 and now ICICI bank is looting me with interest rate @14.00. When you contact them they have standard answers like you have opted for floating rate and PLR is taken into consideration which is as per government and RBI rules. God please help ICICI Customers.

    ICICI — Home Loan Rate

    Hi,

    I am an existing Floating Home Loan customer of ICICI. My account number is LBNMU[protected].

    I want to register a complaint regarding my floating home loan rates not being reduced even when New Home Loan rates have been reduced. This is absolute discrimination on part of ICICI bank. Whenever RBI has increased the lending rates earlier ICICI has been quick to increase the rates for exising floating customers, but whenever RBI has reduced rates in the recent past rates for exising user have not been reduced.

    I want my floating rates to be reduced within 15 days, otherwise i will be forced to take the matter to the court and my lawyer will send a notice to the bank in this regard post 15 days.

    Awaiting a quick revert.

    Subject: Complaint against excess charge of rate of interest in home loan Account NO: LBNOD[protected]

    Dear Sir,

    Refer your above mentioned home loan account number issued to me in April 2005 with an EMI of Rs. 27390.00 on monthly basis. This loan was sanctioned under floating rate of interest

    I have received an sms from the bank in January 2009 stating that the present rate of interest charged to me in this account is 12.5 % and I still have a tenure of 124 months pending for payment.

    Please be clearly advised that :

    1. I am a very prompt payer of all my liabilities including your loan EMI.
    2. The present rate of interest of various nationalized banks is 10 % for home loan which is around 2.5 % lower than your existing rate of interest.
    3. Such lower rate of interest are prevailing in the market even for loans above Rs. 20 lakhs.
    4. In view of such mal practice at your end, I insist you to reduce the rate of interest on this account immediately and send me a confirmation in writing confirming the new tenure of home loan with reduced rate of interest.
    5. I also request a confirmation for subsequent reduction in the rate of interest in future whenever there is a rate of interest cut affecting all the banks equally. I will again lodge complaint for all future rate cut if your rate of interest is higher than the rate of interest of nationalized bank. Hence, you are requested to kindly configure my account in your computer based on competitive and genuine home loan interest charge.
    6. If you suggest, I can arrange to pre-pay some amount so that you can reduce the rate of interest. I am keeping this option open subject to your confirmation.


    Incase, you do fail to honor my request, :

    1. I will firmly approach consumer court and serve you with a legal notice to this effect.
    2. I shall also approach banking ombudsman to resolve this matter.
    3. I may shift my loan account with other banker and will not pay the loan cancellation fees.

    You are a leading banker of our country. Kindly do not cheat your customers on account of filling your profit bellies in books of account.

    I fully endorse views of Mr. Nitin and all others who have been victimized by ICICI Bank by charging higher rate of interest on Home Loan. I also took loan in the year 2001 @ 7.5% which has now gone to 13.75%. Now, after repeated communications and follow-ups, they have reduced to 12.75% only. While they are offering home loan @ 9.50% to the new customers, I fail to understand why the old customers are being punished by charging higher rate of interest. Today, no bank is charging more than 10% interest rate on home loan but ICICI is not ready to reduce the interest rate for its old customers. I would appreciate if RBI intervenes in this matter and takes appropriate action.
    I have also expericed the same .

    In 2006 when I availed the loan, the rate which I started off was 8% .

    Now, while the rates are supposedly low, I am paying around 11% . The day the Reserve Bank increases the rates, ICICI are the first bank to up the loan rates .
    But they have a different set of rules for new customers (Which eventually will feel entrapped as welll ;-) ) . Somebody needs to give a tight lash to them . It is only then that they will understand the pain of the customers !!!

    ICICI Home Loan — VERY HIGH INTEREST RATES ON HOME LOAN

    I have taken home loan from ICICI bank. But now I am many fts. under the ground with the burden of very high interest rates of ICICI Bank Home Loans. My Home Loan is floating Rate Of Interest. ICICI bank is not at all thinking about its old customers & keeps on increasing rate of interest. Other banks, especially Nationalised banks like SBI is reducing interest rates for both old & new customers. But, ICICI is trapping new customers by offering them low interest rates & then full them by constantly increasing interest rates.
    Who will save me from ICICI bank? I never suggest ICICI Bank Home loans to anyone.
    ICICI Bank is not caring for customers. Other Banks like SBI ensures "COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION".
    My Father has a 2002 ICICI housing Loan # LBJOD[protected]. ICICI Bank is charging him 13.75% Rate which is way above than going market rates & nothing short o[censored]sury. They have been charging him this rate (or even higher) since May-2007.

    As a matter of fact I applied for my own loan recently & they offered me the RoI of 9%. I don't understand what legal justification you can follow this practice of charging different interest rates to different customer who are otherwise identicle. That is selective discrimination & they can do the same to me as well in couple of months down the line. Please let me know what legal tool I have at my disposal to protect him right now & also to me in future.

    Any help on this matter will be highly appreciated.

    I too agree with the same, I had taken ICICI Home Loan in May 2005, when i had taken the loan the ROI was 7.5% in a span of 3 months the ROI increased to 8% in within a period of 5 years the ROI reached upto 12% when I visited the branch for foreclosing the loan as i want to transfer the loan to other bank. They said you make a payment of 3000 n we will revise your ROI to 8.75%, and no guarantee if the ROI will increase again or reduce, and today there is a news of Interest rate revision.

    Feel like transfering the loan to other bank.

    icici home loan bank — high interest rate

    RESPECTED SIR, I AM FEROZ AZIZ KHAN LOAN AGREEMENT NO IS LBAMI[protected]. WITH R OF INTEREST IS 8% WITH VARIANCE AS FLOATING WILL BE OF 2.25%.SIR NOW THE BANK IS CHARGING 14.5%WHICH IS UNAFFORDABLE AND NON ACCEPTABLE FOR ME.
    AS THERE MARKETING PEOPLE HAD INFORM ME THIS SITUATION NOW FROM 180 TENURE THEY HAD INCREASE TO 273 AND THE INSTALLMENT AMOUNT FROM 3709 TO 4315.

      i have not done any tran. with icici prudential, and u show one trans. in my statement. and from last two month i connect with your custmer care person but they are not give me any right answar, and they meke me misgide when i call him then they make me on hold, and don't tack with me, they tell me thet we forward your call to my sinear, but they not forward, hafe n houre, i confram in icici pru. there are no policy activeted in my account . plese solve my problem and connect with me as soon as possible.

      ICICI — atm tran

      Sir,

      I would submit the following few lines seeking your intervention and necessary help:

      I am having a savings (salary) account No.[protected] at ICICI Bank, Punjagutta branch and have been issued with
      a Debit Card No. [protected].

      On 01 March '11, at about 0812 hours, I transacted drawl of cash from Standard Chartered ATM at Sangeet Theatre, Secunderabad.
      On entering Rs. 3,000/-, I did not get the cash but read on the screen, instructing me to enter in hundreds (or words to that effect).

      This time I entered Rs. 3,500/-. Again I read the same instruction as above.

      In my third attempt when I entered Rs, 500/-, this amount was delivered along with a balance statement having a credit balance of
      Rs 14,067.50. Transaction No. SINS4758 9298.

      However, on 05 March '11, when I drew Rs 5,000/- from Axis Bank ATM ,Mettuguda, to my astonishment, the credit balance shown was only Rs.25 67.50/- as against Rs 9,067.50. since Rs.3,000/- and Rs. 3,500/- were wrongly debited from my account.
      This discrepancy, immediately was verbally reported to Call Center, ICICI Bank on 05 March '11. I was given request Nos. SR[protected] and SR[protected]. On 18 March '11, I received a SMS stating that Rs. 3,500/- given in complaint No. SR[protected] was reversed but no mention was available regarding Rs.3,000/-.,

      My repeated queries on this non reversal of Rs 3,000/-, have not yielded any positive result. Instead, on 23 March '11, my bankers; ie, ICICI Bank alleged that I must have already received the amount. Also as per the Call center, I have not carried out any transactions on 01 March '11 but the transactions pertain to 05 March '11.

      To enable ascertaining the discrepancy and establish the correct position, Standard Chartered Bank may be instructed to furnish the details of transactions occured prior to and after my above mentioned transactions on 01 March '11 at the Standard Chartered ATM at Sangeet Theatre, Secunderabad.

      Looking forward to your kind help.

        Dear,
        I, Sameer Kulshreshtha. using ICICI Bank American Express Card since last feb 2008. But some time Back when I was check my online statement of my card its shoking for me. there is 20, 270 wrong transaction.
        AT that movement I launch complaint In customer Care in ICICI Bank. but still bank people not intertaing me, sometime said sir it will take 60 days, sometime his system is blocked for routine check up not body entertain me so plz guid me or boooked my complaint against ICICI.

          TOTAL MAOUNT DUE : 37585/-
          CHARGES ON THAT
          LATE PAYMENT FEES - RS 564/-
          INTEREST CHARGES - RS.1175/-
          OVER LIMIT FEES - RS 500/-
          TOTAL CHARGES : 2239/- ON 37585/- WHICH COMES TO 6% APPROX PER MONTH SO 72% ANNUALLY

          THESE BANKS R MAKING LOOT UNDER WHITE COLLAR SYSTEM
          CAN GOVERNMENT DO ANYTHING
          IF NOT THEN PUBLIC SHOULD COMEOUT TO SOLVE THE ISSUE

          Sub : Non Receipt of Credit card statement since inception

          I am very much regret to point out on a bank which has proved itself a number one bank and has introduced the concept of customer satisfaction.

          I am possessing the above card since March-2008 and stoped using it because of your cru cad and misleading practices. As per RBI guidline every card holder is entitled to receive the credit card statement and until and unless he receives it, he is not suppose to make any payment and no credit card company can levy additional charges until and unless it has delivered it to the customer. Every time at my own I am paying the minimum charges, but so far neither I have received any statement hard copy.

          Now this is the last time I am paying your minium payment and going to lodge a complaint in consumer court, in case you are not reversing all the unnecessary charges levied towards late payment within two days and delivering me the credit card statement. What you people think ? you all are above law. Now it is much.

          Once again I am putting my sincere request, otherwise I will see, because ball is in my court. You people are at fault and why for your mistake my outstaning amount is not dimunating. Instead day by day you are increasing it

            Hi,

            I am using ICICI credit card for last 2 years, there were few transactions which i had made during the month of February and had converted those in to an EMI scheme which is provided by the bank for which the bank has already charged me. As per the conditions i am supposed to pay the equated monthly installments every month which i have been doing so since past 2 months. Last month the bank suddenly changed the dates on which the credit card statement is generated without any notification to me, so as per the bank am supposed to pay two installments together this month which is very difficult for me, i have to suffer even though i have paid the bank the processing charges for the EMI scheme because of the changes made by the bank. I had called the customer care and spoke to the manager but they are saying they cant do anything about it..Please help me with the same. Complaint number - SR72336373

              Sub : To get lost money due to ATM machine failure on account number #[protected]


              Dear Sir/Madam

              This is in continuation to several, telephonic discussions I have made in past 4 months . In this behalf I am writing this final letter in belief that my problem will be resolved this time.

              In 19th March I have inserted my ICICI debit card no.[protected] to my nearest Corporation bank ATM Machine at Mayur Vihar Pahse 1. As I was in urgent need of money but due to machine failure I got an error that your request can not be processed . But later I came to know that my money (2000 rs.) has already been debited from my account.
              On same day I called up ICICI customer care executive for the same, he told me that money will be credited to your account within one week but that doesn’t happen then after one week I called up again and they promise me that it will take approximately 45 days to resolve this issue.
              And now its more then 45 days but no response from ICICI whenever I call them they always ask for another 45 days and give me a new request number.

              I don’t know why icici giving such panic & harassment to their customer. Now finally i am sending my complaint to you as well as consumer forum.

              Hoping better response this time.

              This is in continuation to several, telephonic discussions I have made in past 6 months . In this behalf I am writing this final letter in belief that my problem will be resolved this time.

              In 19th March I have inserted my ICICI debit card no.[protected] to my nearest Corporation bank ATM Machine at Mayur Vihar Pahse 1. As I was in urgent need of money but due to machine failure I got an error that your request can not be processed . But later I came to know that my money (2000 rs.) has already been debited from my account.
              On same day I called up ICICI customer care executive for the same, he told me that money will be credited to your account within one week but that doesn’t happen then after one week I called up again and they promise me that it will take approximately 45 days to resolve this issue.
              And now its more then 45 days but no response from ICICI whenever I call them they always ask for another 45 days and give me a new request number.

              I don’t know why icici giving such panic & harassment to their customer. Now finally i am sending my complaint to you as well as consumer forum.

              Hoping better response this time.

                On 6/21/08. some one hacked their website (or ICICI bank has glitch in their program)and debited my account :[protected] for 196000/-.
                On 6/23/08 I received a mail from Mr. Umang Shah asking me or my relative in India to contact him regarding Internet Fund Transfer .
                On 6/24/08 As I was not sure if the mail was genuine and from ICICI bank, I replied to his email “What Fund Transfer are you talking about.?” Please contact me at USA no.
                On 6/28/08 as I did not hear from him I had some doubts about the mail. So I tried to log on to my account through Internet but I could not log on as it was stating that my UserID is disabled. So I contact customer service at [protected]. Just to assure I asked the balance and was shocked to hear the balance. Then I contacted the Mr. Umang Shah - Investigating officer of ICICI bank, Rupa Chanda - Assistant Manager -they confirmed that my account as well as several others accounts were debited fraudulently.
                I tried to talk to the Branch manager but she was not willing to talk to me.
                Same night Rupa Chanda called me to assure that it was a fraud and my money will be returned.
                From customer servise also they assured the same that I will get my money back.

                Now they do not want to take any responsibility and do not even want to talk to me because they know its ICICI bank fault. Either ICICI bank has glitch in their Internet Banking or their internal IT employees are involved.
                Since then I have been trying to get in touch with a responsible authority of ICICI bank as these customer care banking officers and the Branch Officer do not want to talk to us and disconnect my phone.
                I want to lodge a complain against ICICI bank – Ghatkoper Branch as NO ONE CAN HACK A SECURED WEB SITE OF A BANK LIKE ICICI WITHOUT THE HELP OF ICICI BANK INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT.
                Also please note that they came to know about the fraud on 6/23/08 and did not even bother to call me and confirm if I did that transaction. On 6/28/08 Mr. Umang Shah told me that when Mr. Shakeel Amed’s account [protected] was credited with lots of money from my account and several other account holder they were alert and kept a watch on his account.
                I want to point out ICICI bank irresponsibility (On purpose as employees are involved in this) here is :-
                1. Why they waited and did not freeze his account or questioned him immediately.
                2. Why they waited till MR. Shakeel Ahmed took out all the money from his account.
                3. In banking system whenever there are suspicious transaction like this an Alert Flag is raised and respective Team is informed about this so that they can keep a watch on it.
                4. ICICI does not allow to withdraw more than 25000/ per day from ATM. In banking system there is a limit restriction to transfer money via Internet Banking. How cum my account was debited for 196000/.
                5. Here again when his account was credited with tons of money why the team did not contact us immediately.
                How cum these hackers do not hack our national banks. If these are hacker then they will hack any web site even the national banks.
                Now ICICI bank does not want to take any responsibility. It seems there are lots of complain against ICICI bank with cyber police of Bombay . I spoke to the Inspector of Cyber Police and they confimed that they get lots of complain about ICICI bank.
                Working as a systems analyst in IT of Bank of America we know that this kind of hacking is not possible without the help of ICICI bank employees.
                These private banks like ICICI hire morally cheap employees who do this kind of hacking with partnership of outsider and get away clean.

                  ICICI bank the Second Largest bank of india, they are making there money by deducting amount from your account and you will not able to notice that deduction.

                  I have a Current Account in ICICI Bank, I have to Manitain the Quaterly balance of Rs.5000 . i am maintaining that figure after that every month without making any transaction they deduct some amount for some service. I PUT A CHECK OF Rs 7000 IN MY ACCOUNT FOR CLEAREANCE OF THAT DOMESTIC CHECK THEY CHARGE ME Rs 308 SERVICE CHARGE WITHOUT GIVING ANY PRIOR INFORMATION.

                  THIS IS THE WORST BANK SERVICE WHICH I HAVE EVER GET IN MY LIFE FROM ICICI BANK. I WILL NEVER SUGGEST TO OPEN ANY ACCOUCT / SERVICE FROM ICICI BANK

                    Subject:-BANK ASKS FOR EMI FOR THE LOAN I NEVER RECEIVED

                    Sir,

                    In the month of february 08 i was shopping at mens avenue shopping mall in pune.

                    I was paying my bill through ICICI back credit card swapping machine.

                    ( i can not display credit card no here.)

                    The representative of the shop responsible for cash collection offered me LOan on my ICICI credit card which was be equal to cash limit

                    of my credit card by swapping the credit card on another special machine which was placed by ICICI bank for instant loan transaction.

                    He asked me to take loan and get the instant loan facility of ICICI bank.

                    i liked idea and i asked him to act for same.He swiped my credit card on that special machine and gave me recepit of it which stated that

                    i have availed a loan amount approx. 14000 and demand draft for same.He said, i will receive on my home address within 2 days and

                    installment will start from next month.

                    i was happy to get loan by such simple way.

                    But i did not receiveed any loan demand draft after that.

                    Since the sanctioned loan amount was not so high and also while swapping he had not done any credit card transaction, i did not bother why

                    i had not received any demand draft.

                    And since i have not received any demand draft for loan amount there was no question of EMI or giving it back, so i for got total incident.

                    After two months i started receiving email statement, reminder mails from ICICI that i need to pay the EMI.

                    So i called ICICI cust care and stated that i have not received that demand draft yet and how then they have started the collection for EMI.

                    so the customer executive asked me not to pay the EMI and asked me that whether i wanted to get that demand draft on my home address.

                    Since this issue was so compolex and service was not good i denied his request and asked to just cancel those EMI and asked him to drop

                    email to me that i dont have to pay EMI.

                    He has done

                    I have called customer care several time s and said all things and also replied to their email stating same.

                    This is now 9th month of the year and ICICI have not resolved this issue even after 7 month of the this incident.

                      I am the card holder for the AXIS and HDFC, with what basis they had given me the cards and they had given me a smart service and I am so satisfied with their service
                      Compare to them what the specialty you have .NOTHING ONLY BAD SERVICE and I am so irritated with your service
                      Tell me to whom I want to approach to get a better service, to AXIS or HDFC or your wretched ICICI BANK.
                      What stupid service you are providing to your customer? I am not INTERESTED to keep any kind of relation with ICICI bank and I recommended to all the same.

                        DEAR SIR/MADAM,

                        I REQUESTED FOR MY BILLING ADDRESS CHANGE ON NOV 2007, I CALLED UP AT CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED THEN TO CHANGE MY BILLING ADDRESS. FIRST PROBLEM IS THEY ARE ALWAYZ OVERLODED WITH THE REQUEST THAT NO ONE HAS TIME TO PICK UP MY PHONE. mY WAIT TIME WAS MORE THAN 4 MIN. AND I TRIED 5- 6 TIME. EVERY TIME SAME RESPONSE.
                        I STILL HAD SOME PATIENCES LEFT IN ME AND CHASED THEM FINALLY SOME ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE AND AFTER CONFIRMING ALL MY UPDATED ADDRESS THEY TOLD ME DUE TO ELECTRONIC PROBLEM OR CONNECTION PROBLEM THEY CANT DO IT RIGHT NOW. I HAVE CHASING THEM FROM LAST 6-7 MONTHS BUT EVERY TIME I GET THE SAME RESPONSE. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 7 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS.
                        MOREOVER I I CALLED UP ON 8TH OF JULY SOME WHERE AROUND 4:00 PM AND LADY PICKED UP THE PHONE AFTER MY WAIT TIME WAS 3 MINZ. SHE AGAIN TOLD ME THE SAME ELECTRONIC PROBLEM AND THE TIME I TOLD HER TO DEACTIVATE MY CC SHE JUST CUT DOWN THE PHONE. THAT WAS SUCH A RUDE RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE PPL. IT WAS VERY SHOCKING AND UNACCEPTABLE FOR ME.

                        THIS IS NOT IT, I AM FACING MANY ISSUES THIS IS ONE OF THEM.

                        Since the date the card has been recieved, No statement has been delivered to my place.
                        Plese take care of the above mentioned request. My due date is 20/05/2008 but yet the statement has not been sent to me.

                        ICICI Credit Card — cc bill payment issue

                        I had visited your bund garden road branch on the 4th of july 2008 to pay my credit card bill, and there the cash counter manager spoke very rudely that they werent accepting any cash payment and if we still insist on paying it than they would charge us some Rs.112 extra. This as per them was company policy which as a bank you should intimate to the customer before any due dates. The manager refused to accept the payment and walked away without solving the issue after which I asked for the branch manager. The branch manager was equally rude and spoke arrogantly instead of solving the query. She talked without any respect and didnt listen to what I was trying to tell her.
                        If this is the way you treat customers than I believe you should learn how to service your customers from government banks. Atleast they have manners to talk to their customers more than your ICICI managers or branch heads.
                        Please try to teach your bankers some etiquettes.

During scrutiny of my bank statement on 101208 I found Rs1810 has been debited from my account without my prior knowlwdge and consent.Under what authority didi your bank done this transection without my prior intimation or knowlwdge.

                        today morning i deposited cash to my friend account.The icici people told to me with in 2 hour it will credited but still its not credited. i deposited in icici jayanagar 3rd block branch and my friend account in bangalore main branch
                        Firstly, I would say this is a desperate attempt to reach to the right forum at ICICI. I have been writing to ICICI since a year and no one has attended. I have copies of all the mails. Inspite of repeated plea, i was exploited for 1 card and now its repeating and I want some justice.

                        I have been trading/dealing with ICICI since last 8 years and was splendidly happy and satisfied with its services which lead me to taking loans and also have paid them back on time. In the recent I have been identifying a few issues with my Credit Card dealings with the Bank CC division. I have 3 credit cards with ICICI details given below:

                        1. ICICI GOLD CARD (Central Gold Card)

                        Issue no 1: In the recent I received a call from ICICI bank CC division that because of my regular payment cycle, I have been chosen for a cash over draft with an higher interest tough having a urgent medical need for an amount of approx - Rs. 30000/-. After a lot of debate I accepted to take that cash over draft. However when the cash got transfered to my Salary-cum-Saving's account, I could not use it as it was in ledger and then the entire amount vanished. When I called customer care to they told me that the amount was blocked and paid for a different credit card as the payment was pending. In 24hrs my rate of interest for the same amount due for payment to ICICI increased. I could not understand the logic of giving money and taking money back again.

                        Basically I was made to accept an amount with higher interest to pay-off a debt which was lower, conclusion is I was made to pay more interest for the same money. This is absolutely shocking and also depressing. I feel, either I have been a fool to trust ICICI or there is some confusion which also could be very tactfull.

                        Issue no 2: I have been repeatedly asking customer care to resolve this issue and let me know the work-around to get this specific payment for which I am paying additional amount (Over draft) closed with one time payment, they are stating that it is not possible to pay one time.

                        Issue no 3: I have also made payments in the past to collection agents in cash, which does not reflect on of my card statements.

                        Issue no 4: I have also been paying for a card which I dont own with last 4 digits "9004"

                        I have made repeated efforts to reach out to various forums, I have been to begumpet branch for this issue and I was told to go to some branch where they deal with credit cards. Customer Care is not able to help, Collection agencies and departments are not able to help and so are credit card people in banks. How do you expect customers to resolve their issues.

                        I have also written to various forums of ICICI on my problems, but it is not being attend to. The interest on my existing pending amount is being loaded inspite of multiple payments. This month I have been asking collection agency & customer care to close this on discussion but they have been threaten & mis-behaving with me of which offlate I have lately kept recordings for my own safety. I get at least 2-3 calls for each of this cards everyday that is 6-9 calls from ICICI collection and each of them say they are calling from ICICI Bank. I have also raised Complaint number :

                        ICICI should realize that customers are also going through year ending, recession and could have various personal problems. We have to run from one branch to other to sort our problems, bank is not bothered. Is it because, you want us to pay higher returns. This has also happened to me in the past, where the bank only came back and did forced collection when the amount pending for a credit card of total balance with 11000/- became 21600/- roughly. If they would have come on time, I could have paid of 11000 and closed. However this also happened because I moved from one city to another and customer care had not updated my change in address. My card had expired and I was not using it since. Anyways I have paid and felt I had no choice but to pay so that I dont default on my financial credibility

                        I would like to request ombudsperson from ICICI to look into this matter and get me once and for all out of this financial exploitation & mental harassments.

                        I would request the bank & credit card division to look at my payment cycle, I have been paying off regularly and have also made multiple attempts to pay of all pending payments. However everytime, they is something pending. But now that I see my cash payments are not reflecting, I am completely confused. I would like to make all payments that the bank can justify and terminate all my dealings with ICICI BANK. Please help me with this.

                        Earlier, when I reported the matter to Mr. Gautam Mohapatra of your Connaught Place Branch, he persistently declined to admit the fraud committed on my saying 'it is not possible, not possible, ...' and came to the extent of humiliating me. I was shocked at the callous, irresponsible and heinous attitude of Mr. Mohapatra, which is a blur on the reputation of ICICI Bank.

                        I request (1) the amount of Rs. 500/- in question be credited to my account immediately, (2) appropriate action taken against the persons guilty of this fraud, and (3) suitable action taken against Mr. Gautam Mohapatra for his unbecoming attitude towards me, and advise me accordingly.

                        basing on my charge slips i have been remitting full amount so far. i never draw cash thru credit card i never opted for revolving credi i never paid part payment also.now bank claims excess amount in the form of service tax/ delayed payment charges stating that amount paid by me by way cheques were recredited to my card account in august2008 &october 2008.bank never responds properly on time .different persons convey different amounts over phone . why bank should recredit the amount paid by me twice? why mobile alerts were not given ? why should the card holder keeptrack of old bills after payment? bank has been causing unrest for their negligence. Feb02, 2009, then why this amount was showing outstanding and on the contrary you had also charged the late payment charges, interest and service charge.

                        Fourthly, I recd. Your statement Dt. Apr02, 2009 showing the balance amount as Rs. 1108.33 which includes interest and service charges again and also showing the receipt of Rs.10606.00 & received date as 7th March 09. But actually this cheque was cleared from my bank on 12th Feb 09.

                        Lastly, I am not able to understand why you had deposited this payment on 7th March 09, when it was actually cleared from my bank on 12th Feb 09, it is your banks fault and why should I face or bear for that. I am a Senior citizen and I am receiving Phone calls from your bank for this outstanding amount regularly, which is disturbing me a lot.
                        Why should I pay for your banks fault to not deposit this amount at a particular date?

                        I am your customer for so many years and now I feel very disgusting and bad about what all am happening with me.

                        Finally I request you to kindly waive off all the outstanding amount my above mentioned credit cards and send me a 0 (Zero) balance statement as soon as possible. Kindly look into this matter urgently. I hope for positive reply in this regard so that I may remain as your customer.

Mar02, 2009 showing the balance outstanding as Rs. 11609.89 and with mark as to deposit this IMMEDIATE, when I had already deposited the balance amount as per your statement Dt. Feb02, 2009, then why this amount was showing outstanding and on the contrary you had also charged the late payment charges, interest and service charge.

                        Fourthly, I recd. Your statement Dt. Apr02, 2009 showing the balance amount as Rs. 1108.33 which includes interest and service charges again and also showing the receipt of Rs.10606.00 & received date as 7th March 09. But actually this cheque was cleared from my bank on 12th Feb 09.

                        Lastly, I am not able to understand why you had deposited this payment on 7th March 09, when it was actually cleared from my bank on 12th Feb 09, it is your banks fault and why should I face or bear for that. I am a Senior citizen and I am receiving Phone calls from your bank for this outstanding amount regularly, which is disturbing me a lot.
                        Why should I pay for your banks fault to not deposit this amount at a particular date?

                        I am your customer for so many years and now I feel very disgusting and bad about what all am happening with me.

                        I therefore informed your telecallers from Hyderabad office very regularly that I would be interested for a settlement as I am planning to organize funds from various outside sources.One of the collection agency M/s Global Credit Services T.nagar Chennai 600 017 approached us for

                        The settlement thru their staff Mr Kumar Ph [protected] who inturn used to visit me and discuss the settlement issue. On 16 th or 17 th he approached me with a proposal and seemed to call on Mr Anandan or Anand on ph no[protected] who claimed himself as one of the Managers of the settlement dept sitting at your Ambattur Office of Chennai . he spoke to me and informed me that he will take 1 or 2 days to take the approval for settlement.On 18 th Aug he called me again thru Mr Kumar of M/s Global Credit Services T.Nagar Ch17 and informed me that a 58 % waiver has been approved in 2 shots and that I need to pay only Rs 55, 200 (with the first instalment of rs 27, 600 by cheque current dated so as to scan the copy and send for the letter.
                        The said cheque no vide 713953 dated 20/8/09 of Indian Bank N.Usman Rd T.Nagar Chennai 17 for rs 27, 600 was issued by me and your receipt no T 0709 c 1050138 Branch Ambattur for the same was given to me.

                        The issued chequed was deposited and the amount has been cedited to my card account . But the settlement letter still has not reached me for me to pay the 2 nd instalment . My many efforts to call Mr Anandan Anand has been futile with a information by the person attending the call that he has gone for a months leave and they often cut the line .This has happened even when your counter staff Ms Meena at the seconf flr Ambattur office spoke from my phone to them . They cut the line and gave vague and rude replies . Even mr Kumar’s phone [protected] is ringing for many days and no response .

                        I have made FDRs with ICICI Greater Kailash-II branch on 04.01.07 in the name of my two daughters Ms.Mansi Bhatnagar & Srishti Bhatnagar for Rs.54418/-each with the maturity date of 03.09.09 and value of Rs.62601/-. On 14.08.09 my first FDR of Ms.Mansi Bhatnagar was due and encashed and the bank had issued me a payorder of Rs. 62601/- and up till that I had no serious complaint against the branch. but on 4.09.09 when I approached for my second FDR of Srishti Bhatnagar, it was imformed that the said account was freezeed because of some date of birth certificate problem in that account. The massage was mailed by the branch for ratification was sent on 20.09.09 and till date my amount is uncleared by the branch.

                        ICICI — Shocking Bank statement

                        I Recently Recieved Bank Statement from ICICI Bank which shows that 5000 Rs Cash was withdrawn on 14 Sep from ATM which is wrong because i did not used ATM and my ATM CARD was with me inside locker nobody knows the password,i dont know how it is possible to Debit 5000 Rs amount from my account through ATM/CASH without i using it.

                        On 11 Dec 09 I have received a ICICI Pru Assure Life Policy No . 12996715, for which I have never requested.

                        It contains forged documents will all fake data and forged signature on my name.

                        1) My Late father has been said to be the endorser for the Policy and his name has been mentioned as my husband in the policy.
                        2) My Mother has been said to deceased, she lives with me at current address.
                        3) I am unmarried, the policy says I have got a son of 8 years.
                        All the data is fake, like my Company, family and all.

                        ICICI have never taken the pain to verify my details. though I am a customer to ICICI for more than 5 years.

                        I never got any call/document from ICICI Prulife or ICICI Credit Cards department for any verification, or medical etc.

                        1. What for such a high intrest Amount is Charged against a due Amount of Rs. 343.37 only.

                        Statement comes with

                        Due Payement of Rs.1753.19 .Same has got delayed and paid on 20.03.10 instead of scheduled date 01.03.2010.
                        Late Fee Rs. 400.00.
                        Intrest Rs. 59.83.

                        My Question is .

                        Late Fee Amount Rs. 400.00 is Too high against a Due amount of Rs. 1753.19 only.
                        Again Intrest has been Charged for Rs. 59.83


                        To conclude with do you feel that a customer with a very good track record of Last 5 yers should Pay around Rs.670.00 as extra amount against the Total actual Purchase/Due of Rs. 1500.00 during one month as Intrest and Late Fee. If you find it is correct then I am ready to pay balance Amount of Rs. 510.00 by Today itself.

                        I was working as Group Vice President in MEL group of Industries, Due to global crises i lost the Job 24 Months back. Still I am job less. I have taken ICICI credit card - American Express card and utilised the same . In the year January, 2009 one of youjr officer from ICICI bank - Bommanalli Branch, Bangalore called and informed me that the total due amount is Rs.1, 57, 800/- . I have explained my Financial crises and the situation that i lost the job due to global crises. He has informed me that he will do the needful and he called and informed me that he will be doing settlemnet and informed me to pay Rs.80, 000 against Rs.1, 57, 000. as per the settlement he planned and he has not issued any letter. This was happend over phone by verbal instruction of your Bank Manager. Even though i am facing finanacial crises, many of my good friends and relatives helped me . then accordingly i have start paying EMI as per monthly settlement and started paid from 11/2/2009 continuously till 29/10/2009 and total amount paid Rs.76, 000/- and Rs.4, 000 is due as per his oral settlement offer. I have requested him to wave the Rs.4, 000/- due to crises. Every month he used to call and i used to pay. after that he never called and i was under impression that he has waaved the Rs.4, 000/- I wan waiting the settlement letter. so far it has not come.

                        After 5 months some body called from your ICICI BANK - BOMMANALLI branch and asking me to pay Rs.65, 000/-. I was surprised and shocked to note that. I have informed him the discussions had with the Manager.

                        As i worked in TOP MANAGEMENT POSISTION, as trusted the Bank - and the representative of the Bank and paid the amount without taking any letter from the Bank. Now your people are without verifiying what happend and instead of sending the settlement letter and closed the account. They are demanding, it is not fair on your Bank part dealing with Geniune Parties. Hence I request your good self to intervien in this matter and ask your bank concerned send the Settlement letter and close the account.

                        I have a saving account with ICICI Bank Limited vide account no.[protected].
                        I never received my account statements for the above said account in previous year. This year when I required the same for my Income Tax Return Filing purpose, my husband, Mr. An and Gupta, visited the Annual Branch of the bank at around 3.00 PM on[protected], and met the official (Ms. Megha Maheshwari) on the counter and requested her for the Statement of my account for the Financial Year 2009-10. She refused for the same and directed him that the same would be given to me only and that too if and only if I would visit the branch. Then I went along with my husband to the branch despite not being well immediately. There again after verifying all the documents and signature, the official instructed me that there would be a charge of rupees 100.00 for the same. When we told her that we never received the statement from the bank, she told that it’s their banks’ charge and we have to pay the fees.She also said "jab account rakhna hi nahi aata to account khulwate hi kyun ho?" For this my husband immediately said that in such scenario we would like to close the account. Immediately after hearing this, she produced the account closure form to us and directed us to bring all the cheque books and ATM cards for the same. We submitted the cheque book, ATM card, TIFD book and all other papers which were there in envelop of the cheque book and ATM card.
                        She inquired, “Are we sure?” We replied, “Yes”. She took possession of all the papers and card and immediately cut the ATM card in between and tore away all the papers in envelope along with the cheque book and TIFD book in front o[censored]s. Then she instructed us that the balance amount of my account along with the interest accrued till date will be delivered at my address mentioned in the account details with in five days. We left the premises in ambiguity and felt very bad about the incident. We never expected this type of behavior from the branch official.
                        Nothing has happened till date in this matter, when I send my representative to the branch, on 27.05.2010.
                        she refused to recognize the incident, after stating all the incident to her, she told my representative that the cheque was not processed as the account has not been closed because the account was attached with the Demat account and she was unaware about the status. “Now, first close your demat account then we will process your request of closure and cheque.”
                        I am not able to understand if she was not aware about the process then why she destroyed all the documents before confirmation, while she herself destroyed the TIFD book. Does a personnel of the level of Branch Manager not aware about the process.Can she not differentiate between a cheque book and TIFD book.

                        If she would not have been destroyed the ATM and Cheque book I could have withdrawn the amount for my purposes.

                        Now i am not able to understand how to use my funds lying there without my possesion.

                        PLEASE GUIDE BOTH ME (HOW TO WITHDAW THE FUNDS) AS WELL AS THE BRANCH PERSONNEL ( HOW TO HANDLE THE CUSTOMER).

                          Dear Sir,

                          The following complaint was made last month in your complaint section.
                          1- Should we go through the same ritual every year. I have again received in my monthly statement a claim for annual 3rd year fee for Rs1500+185.40 for card No-[protected]. I have been using only one credit card No- [protected] for nearly 10yrs and pay for all transactions on that. Last year your bank went to the extent of adjusting the credit card payment made, towards annual fee of[protected] and claimed dues. A letter of reprimand from me was followed by apology and reversal of that. I will only pay for the card I use.

                          Needless to say I did not receive any reply from you. Conveniently the amount has been transfered to this month's balance due and is being claimed again.
                          I once again make it very clear, I will pay only for services I avail. Your records should show that I have been using your credit card No- [protected] for my transactions and paying the due amount promptly.
                          I have never had or used your credit card no:[protected] and refuse to pay for it.
                          Kindly look into this and do the needful.Anticipating a reply from your side.

                          Credit Card — Wrong claim

                          I am receiving mails on my above e-mail address from your bank for outstanding amount of Rs 98754.76 against credit card.I would like to make it clear that I have never applied for any credit card nor I am in possession of such card, so how there can be any outstanding amount in my name.

                          Due to this, I am very much upset.You are requested to check your records and correct the same and withdraw this false claim immediately, otherwise, I will be left with no other alternative but to take legal action against your bank & I keep the right to claim compansation for this mental harrassment.

                          ICICI Bank — Wrong claim on credit card balance

                          My wife is getting frequent SMS in her mobile that she has to pay balance amount of Rs41426/ for credit card balance before certain date.To our surprise neither myself and my wife do not have any credit cards.
                          Though the matter was taken up with nearby ICICI bank , still it is not resolved and continue get such messages.
                          Bank of such stature do not indulge such mal practices and harrase common people.We shall take up the issue to consumer redresal forum for claiming of possible damages

On 26/07/2008, I have requested for share certificate via REQUEST # SR73377415. Most worst thing is that, 550Rs./- was deducted for the procedure but I have not received the share certificate. Then, I have again requested with REQUEST# SR74248144 to get the share certificate on dated 30/07/2008.

                            Sir, you are requested to intervent in the above matter to provide me the share certificate. I have tried several times on mobile no. [protected] at the cost of my hard pocket money. I am really frustrated after experiencing such service from ICICI.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that I have been harrassed a lot by ICICI bank loan division in the past few months. I am a loan consumer of ICICI Bank I have taken four loans from ICICI in the past. One two wheeler loan (Detail not available with me right now) all amount cleared towards this loan account. Then I took a personal loan of 78000 rupees (Loan A/C: LPDEL[protected]) and one Auto loan (Loan A/C:LADEL[protected]) one more personal loan in March'08 (Loan A/C:LIDEL[protected]).

                                  I was going trough some tough financial conditions for past one year and was not able to pay installments on time for the personal loans. I however managed to pay the installments for the car loan till December'07 (with some skips). Then I got a good job in Chennai and finally I decided to pay the debts asap. Before I take any action from my side the Bank detected my salary account (A/C:[protected] and they block my salary account in the May and took 18650 rupees from my salary account which was part of my salary for April'08 (21st May'08) (I was only left with 2500 rupees of my salary to survive for the entire month. Then they blocked some amount on my account which I borrowed from someone and paid on 28th of May 18350 rupees. (Receipt of cash payment on 28th May'08 - L[protected])

                                  I knew I have some dues towards my car loan (Loan A/C:LADEL[protected]) and I paid 29350 rupees cash on 28th May'08 (recepit no L[protected]). I have also given in written that I will pay the remaining debts in couple of months. Finally my salary account (A/C:[protected] was released but salary for that month was not credited to my account so I requested for advance salary and I received 18900 rupees as advance salary on 9th June'08. I thought I will pay 6000 rupees towards my car loan account and that the reason I kept that amount till the end of the month. But due to my shift timings I was not able to visit the branch to make payments. I once called ICICI customer care and tried to request to send someone to my place to collect the money (Can be checked with bank call records) but they told me that thsi will take five or more business days.

                                  In total I had paid around (18600+18350+[protected] rupees in the month of May'08. My intensions are not to be a defaulter I am willing to pay all my debts but the bank need to understand that I am a human and I have my own expenses. If the bank blocks my salary or snatches the salary (i.e.my bread and butter) how will I survive in this new place where I don't have relatives or friends. When I will not survive i will either die or leave the job then how will the bank get the remaining money from me.

                                  They did the same again they put a block of 30000 rupees on my acount by the end of June and they snatched all my salary, I am again left with 7600 rupees to survive for the entire month. I came to know that Mr. Manish Jain (mobile: [protected]) has leaned my account for 30000 rupees for another Loan A/C:LIDEL[protected]. I tried to call him and say that I will pay the money in two installments because I need money to pay towards my car loan and other expenses. But he was not at all listening to me. He said he will talk to me after sometime but never picked my phone. I called him not less than 20 times all the time he disconnected my call.

                                  Please think that the bank took 96300 rupees from me in two months my salary is 26000 rupees, I was running through tough time for one year will I have money to eat, live work and pay the bank debt. I am not at all in a condition to pay a single penny towards my car loan account (Loan A/C:LADEL[protected]) under the current situation the bank has left me with.

                                  I am mentally harrassed like anything by the bank. If I was to be a defaulter I wouldn't have paid any thing after the bank auto debited my salary. I would have left this job and joined someother company. I never did this I voluntarily paid money towards the car loan where the bank didn't block any thing on my salary account towards my car loan. Still the bank is not at all cooperating with me.

                                  The only option left with me is to leave this job and go to my home town. I want to file a case against all these harrassement of snatching my bread and butter when I was willing to pay all my debts. I will file a case for all these what the bank have given me when I wanted to be loyal and if at any point of time I commit suicide the bank and Manish Jain (mobile: [protected]) will be responsible and they will be responsible for my family, my father has retired five years back and he don't have any source of Income. I am the only earning member of my family at this point of time.

                                  I want you all to guide me what to do when I have paid so much still the bank is not cooperating with my problem.

                                  Yesterday, I called customer care of ICICI to file a complaint against Manish Jain (mobile: [protected]) for not listening to me and behaving in rude manner. I spoke to Mega More representative and she lodged a complaint gave me a reference number SR71369679. Manish Jain along with ICICI bank snatched all my happines and left me with tensions, harrassment and tears. I am depressed don't have a way other than suicide. In case I have to die I will make sure his happiness are snatched from his life. He will be responsible with the bank for my death.

                                  ICICI customer care is hopeless, don't know for what purpose thay have call centre. If the call centre person not able to take complaint or give status, than why the bull u call it as customer care. instead of it u can use ABNSWERING MACHINE.

                                  I was took personal loon from ICICI Bank from past two years back(400000/-).unfortunetelly i met with an accedent and i was there in bed rest around 2 and of months, during this period, i did't paid load instalment for theree moths becase of idid't got my salary on this period.

                                  Now the problem is ICICI personal bank guys are called me and they behave werstlly and they sad they will bring u police or gundas to my office. After arressment from these guys i have changed my phone number.

                                  Again this ICICI bank guys are came to my office and they complit my HR, they are doing hardble.

                                  I was called ICICI custmore care i have found 3 moths pending forloan amount is(35000/-).
                                  today i went to in chennai santham branch to pay the amount, in this brach they toled me u have 3 months pending so we didi't take amount, you need to go Ambuthure brach and pay the amount.
                                  but the thing is ambuthure is verry far to our leving area, how could i pay loan amount.

                                  Finally iwhat i am saying ICICI Bank guys are verry bad.How this types of banks are to serve customers.

                                  I wud suggest u all that ..ck these people. I am also a victim of same kind. I took a loan of Rs. 5, 00, 000 for 4 yeras from ICICI bank. I paid almost for two & a half year without any fail. I was paying my EMIs from ICICI Bank itself. The branch in which I was having my account to pay the EMIs, introuced a policy without any intimation that they will charge Rs. 850 as QAB charges. But when I got opened this account there was none of the policy of such kind. As I deposited the money to pay my EMI they deducted their part of amout due to which my EMI got deficient. EMI request bounced and they put so many charges upon me. I requested them that this is not my fault actually it is the mistake of the bank who made the payment deficient. After some time Loan dept. told me that to prove it I will have to produce bank statement. When I visited the branch they asked me for Rs. 120 for bank statement. I refused to pay because I was not getting it for my purpose. It was the mistake of the bank. Meanwhile I paid my EMIs by a cheque of another bank. but they two days they also deducted the balanced amount from my ICICI bank account also. I am running short of money due to recession. All was not having any money buffer. ICICI bank deducted two EMIs in one month only. I called them hundred times to return my extra amount, but they replied that at the end of the loan means after 4 year it will be adjusted. All my writted cheques bounced to insufficient amount from ICICI bank. Lots of penalties and tensions came upon me.My wife was pregenant of 2 and a half months, she got miscourage. I discussed it with my friends they suggested me not to pay a single penny and sue them. Unfortunately, I don't have money even to sue them. My friends provide me safeguard & security to face their gundas and if they take any legal action they will be caught by court. No need to worry just have guts they will come to you on their knees. Each time they change their polices without any prior intimaton is it the fault of custmer.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I have SB account no.[protected] with ICICI Allahabad branch. I went to Brisbane, Australia for my company's work for the period 22/04/2008 to 26/04/2008. I stayed at Confort Inn Hotel, North gate. They asked for some debit card for security reasons. Hotel people swap my card and amount
                                    300 AUS $ have been deducted from my ICICI account. I was not knowing that Rs.11734.95 have been deducted from my account. I came to know after coming back to India. I have done extra payment equivalent to 300 AUS $ .I have paid cash worth 640 AUS $ cash. The cash receipt is attached file Australia tour bills page 1. After coming back to india i have checked my account, I found that Rs.11734.95 is debited from my account (tran ID SB281426 dtd.22/04/2008). I have also attached account statement in excel form for your reference

                                    In this connection i had a telephonic talk with hotel at Australia, they says that amount 300 Aus $ is not debited from my account you may check with your bank. Hotel people reply "This was only a pre auth no money has been taken this will disappear within a few days " .

                                    After further correspondence, they advised “From Northgate Motel's bank, the only option you now have is to reject the claim for payment from your bank and claim payment back from your bank. Your bank needs to contact Northgate Bank which is "Westpac Bank, BSB No 034003" with the account
                                    being in the name of "The Northgate Motel."

                                    ICICI bank says that the above amount is swaped from your card, so you talk to Comfort Inn and hotel people are not giving reply.

                                    Pl. do needful hotel says that the above amount is credited hotel's account.

                                        in recent move icici bank has raised minimum deposit limit to 10, 000 per day. I have savings bank account - as a physically challenged person it is quite handful for me access the bank services through internet. Now the limit has raised it become a burden for me.

                                        As i had been a regular customer who uses the credit cards, Now against my credit card, where the purchase the amount has been cleared now how come there are dues against the credit card which is been reflecting in the statement, every time i do not recieve statements on due date inspite of calling custmer care concerns, and the behaviour is such a rude which does not even try to listen, post a solution where i could resolve all my queries.
