[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card — harrasment by the agency officials & bank recovery officers

I am samson balid from kalyan, i had used icici bank credit card in the past,my credit card no. was [protected]...i had sufferd a
huge loss in my business in 2007 and 2008 and due to which i was unable to pay my credit card bills, eventally my bill statement was stopped and my credit card was also blocked of which i don not regret, but then i started paying my credit card bills monthly to the agency authorised people...many times i was promised for a settlement but the agency and the bank fooled me by taking money and not giving me a full an final settlement. In 2008 a bank official threatened me at my house,. to avoid further inconvenince i made payment of rs. 48000/- in cash then in 2009 i again made a payment of rs. 8000/-. gradually the calls stopped none of the bank officials or the agency guys pursued me.., thinking that the
nightmare was over but now after a period of 4yrs i have been persisitently called an threatened again by th bank officials amol poojary , satish and the female caller reena lokhnade wo called at my current office and calldmy neigbours,trobled my pregnant wife and threatened my70 year old mother ... .. later i was promisd 75000/- as settlement i cleared the verifications calls form hyderabad and also mumbai...i somehow arranged for the money but the bank officials amol poojary told me not to make the payment now and wait for the case to be transfered to his account. i waited nobody called for 20 days. i had to return the money which i had arranged as i was paying heavy interest on it...later after 18th of this month again amol poojary called and demanded the money which was neither reduced and nor i am in a position to pay up...due to their gressive caliing at my office i am on the verge of losing my job. i donot have any other source of income... if i lose my job i will be back to zero and if anything hppens to me or my mother or my pregnant wife i shall truly hold icici bank officials amol,satish and reena lokhande responsible... please tell me what to do...

sir, mujhe aapke yahan se june 2006 main 34,000ka loan offer aya tha jiska dd no.167720 tha.main phle bhi aapke bank ki service ke karan apna card band karva chuki hoon par dubara best service ka assurance de kar dubara mera card banaya gaya.so sir abovesaid loan ki installment ki statement mujhe dec2006 tak mili maine bahut bar apkifeedback.[protected]@ge.com par atm pin or statement nahi mlne ki request bheji par koi fayda nahi hua.aakhir maine june07 main foreclosure request bheji jisme meri shyamshree madam se meri baat hui or unhone kaha ek dd jo 10000 ka tha uski payment8643 rs.orbaki foreclosure ke liye aap 2o676rs.ka cheque rems department ko bhej dijiye sir,maine unse kaha aap full& final payment bata dijye to unhone kaha ki yahi final payment hai. maine 26 june ko aapke rems department main cheque bhej diya.uske baad mujhe 15july ko statement ayee ki no payment required tad is o.maine socha ki mera loan foreclose ho gayapar fir mere mobile par alert aya ki payment due hai pata chala mera ch full cash nahin hua tha is liye aisa hua sir maine apne bank main pata kiya to pata chala cheque26 july ko cash hone aya tha sir aap mujhe batayain 1 mahine ke baad cash hone agar ch jayega to kya bounce nahi hoga.jis bank ka cheque diya tha vo sbbj sarita vihar main hai or mera housing loan vahan se chal raha hai.uske baad maine kitni baar ph kiya sabne alag alag amount ka cheque dene ko kaha aap mera account check kar le maine kitni baar cheque daalai hai ek baar kaha ki aap 1055 ka ch. bhej do maine sbbj bank ka ch bhej diya fir mujhe customer care main ph kar ke pata chala ki aapka abhi balance or dena hai fir maine vijaya bank se3963.65 paise ka ch. bheja fir sep main cus care se pata chale ki aap 14000 or bhej do maine kaha ki aap itne din main ch cash ke liye bhejte ho is vajah se mera ch.bounce ho gaya to aapke executive ne kaha aap drop box main dal do or ek call kar dena hum us balance ko rems department main forward kar denge.ab mujhe net par jan08 ki statment ayee hai 13971.69 fir manga gaya hai.sir 6 mahine se mujhe harras kiya ja raha hai main kya karun main asthmatic patient hun baar baar aisa hone se galat information ki vajah se 2 baar main beemar ho chuki i am fed up now.aapke bank se relation kar ke yeh pata chal gaya ki apne desh ke bank se bahar ke bank ache hai itne harsh langauage use ki jati hai customers se ki ph karne ka bhi man nahi karta.please agr aap kuch kar sakain to theek hai.aap soch kar dekhiye 6 mahine se mere loan ka foreclosure nahio ho raha or interest or charges main bhar rahi hoon.shame on your bank

ICICI Credit cards — Harrasment by collection

Hi every one, i have always been a lyal customer to ICICI bank, i have purchased many products like mutual, insurance from them, i even have a saving and a credit card account with them.This is in regards to my credit carrd .My min due for the month of oct was 2333, i made a payment of 3000 on the due date, Inspite of paying the bill on time i get a call from some lady who cannot even pronounce her name properly, reluctant to give me her ID calls me stating she is calling from ICICI collections in Banjara hills.First she tells my wife that my min due is 5000, and she would send a collection agent to get 5000.00 by cash, my wife mentioned that she would make the payment by check, this call center lady was adament to take cash by sending an agent.My wife asked her to call again .She now calls me and in a very rude behaviour demands me 5000.00 stating i did not made paymet.I gave her the check number, then she tells me that my check bounced, again i checked with my bank the check got cleared on the name of ICICI for 3000.00 .I asked her to check this informatiopn and after placing me on hold for around 20 minutes, she hangs up and never calls back.I think ICICi should look into this matter as i am not going to tolerate such kind of bogus calls .
Also ICICI should make sure that they train their call center agents to talk politely and learn some basics before givivng a call.
This experience has broken all my trust with ICICI, and i am going to make sure that i close all my relationship with them.
I want ICICI to take some severe action against thay agent

I am holding ICICI Visa Card for the past 7 years.
I have always been a loyal customer to ICICI bank.
My min due for the month of December was 2710, i made a payment of 2711 on the due date.
Inspite of paying the bill on time (12th Jan. 2009 at ICICI BANK, Jawahar Nagar Branch, Opposite to peravallur police station). But my statement show that you'r not paying the amount in time and also quoted for Rs.400/- as late charges. Several times the same thing will be happend in my case. Several times i have paid the late fee also. I want ICICI to take some action for collecting the cheques in time.

ICICI Bank — Credit Card Nightmares

I had a Credit Card with ICICI Bank (2007) ending with 8002. Because of some serious family problems could not make the payment and it had been piled up to 85K. Last year I opened a bank savings a/c with ICICI bank but they were unable to deliver the debit card from the last one year so I din't deposit any money to that account. So after getting the Debit card once I deposited around 12K in the a/c after a week suddenly a/c goes block because of the nonpayment of the credit card (2007) so I called up for settlement but after a week without even informing me they took the entire amount from my a/c. I am not sure whether they have legal rights to do so or not. Please help.

ICICI Credit Card — Transactions after losing my Card

I had a ICICI credit card with outstanding amount of nearly 71k as on August 2008.I noticed that I had lost my card when i recieved SMS'es about the transactions done which were amounting to 62k at different stores. I Immediately called Customer care and informed about it and they kept asking me my card which I didnt have at that moment.Some how I managed to get the card number and informed them about the loss and transactions.
I cleared all the outstanding amount on my card for the transaction that I did and they reversed the amount which i reported after losing the card.They asked to get an FIR and submit it,but the Police denied issuing an FIR and instead gave me an Complaint copy.

I raised a issue banking Ombudsman stating I cant make the payment for the transaction that i havent done, but it was vain attempt as the person who represented the bank and the official at the Banking ombudsman had good relations.The reason the bank gave to reflect back the charges to my account was that I reported loss of card late by 30 mins whereas it took time for me to get the card number.I asked ICICI to provide me the charge slips of transactions and till date they havent sent me the same.

And yesterday I recieved a Demand Legal Notice asking me to settled all the dues which were accounting to 80K.

Please suggest how to proceed with further with such an issue.

ICICI Credit Card — Heavy Interest for recovery

Dear Sir,
I am a retired Senior Citizen and holding ICICI Credit Card for many years since I am retired I had requested to turn my outstanding in monthly EMI with normal rate of interest after many mails they agreed to give me 24 equal EMI and first installment easy little more then Two thousand Rupees which I paid happily now the new statement shows that I have to pay Rs.5000/- and more.
Sir I am a retired Senior Citizen and it is my honest will to pay money from my small saving and if I calculate then I will be paying more Rs. 50,000/- more then my principal amount the interest they will be charging is not normal it seems they want to take my skin with flesh.
Sir I need your help I can pay only Rs..3000/- per month including normal interest in my EMI.
Since long lasting Credit Card customer and retired Senior Citizen I need your help under protest I will pay this installment of Rs 5300/- and future I will not be able to pay such huge amount.
