[Resolved] ICICI Bank — two wheeler loan | |||
here with Venkatesh Rao, i m from Surat District, i was purchased two wheeler Hero Honda Pleasure motor cycle on November, 2011. i was going abroad for some time, last 4 installment i doesn't pay, when i come back now and i ask for the clear the loan amount but i cant any correct information, when i close my loan, and they didn't provide any service so please and i am ready for the settlement, because at my side maximum balance[protected] thousand but now they target me last week more than 14000 thousand rupees, so please kindly do the needful and suggest me any idea how can i clear my loans Was this information helpful? | |||

In 2006, I took a TWO WHEELER LOAN for the EMI amount of 1250/PM. I paid the entire amount but in CIBIL it is showing some CIBIL issue is there.
Due to the reason, when I paid the EMI through CHEQUE, the ICICI BANK had told like the CHEQUE been bounced. But actually it was not. I did the entire clarification with the ICICI bank by showing my PASSBOOK data to them. Then they agreed to that. Even they gave a proof in the form of letter stating that "WE GOT THE EMI AMOUNT TO US FROM ACCOUNT.TODAY ONWORDS YOU WON'T GET ANY LETTER LIKE THIS." My entire EMI due is over by 2008. . Even I got NOC from ICICI bank and also I sold that TWO WHEELER.
Currently am facing a problem while I tried to get a Personal Loan in HDFC, they are stating that in my name one CIBIL is still showing like "175 DAYS LATE PAYMENT ". So they denied to provide the Personal Loan for me. And they told me to clear the CIBIL. But as ICICI Gave the letter stating that it won't become a CIBIL issue in my name.
Please clear that issue. For your reference you can use my CUST ID:18451253 as well as CIBIL NO:[protected]
Please do the favour as soon as possible by clearing that WRONG CIBIL REPORT which is refleting in my name.
