I am not able to launch this complaint by any other menace please solve or guide Sub: New Service Request for reimbursement of Rs.8500/- from SBI Bank with the name and telephone No. of concerned officers. - Ref.: 1) SR[protected] 2) SR[protected] 3) Bank Ombudsmen Letter - 1211 dated 05.06.2013 4) ICICI Bank Letter No. BO(Bhopal)12109/[protected]/2013-14 dated 24.06.2013 5) SR[protected] 6) SR[protected] 7) Telephonic discussion on Phone Banking Supervisor dated 03.08.2013 Dear Sir, The undersigned is account holder of A/c No.[protected] has raised service request above referred 1 and 2 for non delivery of amount of Rs. 8500/- from SBI ATM of ATM no.510MO14132024 located at DIG Bunglow, Bhopal. After that I received a message from ICICI Bank regarding refusal from SBI Bank. This matter has been taken to the Bank Ombudsman, Bhopal. After continue pursuing with Mr. Prakash Sonare (Ph. No.[protected], SBI Officer at Regional Office, Bhopal and Mr. Vivek (M. No. [protected]) Branch Manager, SBI, SCAB Sultania Road Bhopal. They had informed that we have not received any complaint from ICICI Bank regarding such transaction till date on their desk. Meanwhile, I have received your letter No. 4th referred above. On my request they have internal investigated the matter and found that the amount was with them. They also told me to contact ICICI Bank Officers and request them to relaunch the requested for reimbursement of Rs.8500/- to SBI. After that we again requested phone banking officer vide 5 and 6 referred above and found that it was not request was not reached to the desk to the concerned officers mentioned in the 3rd para of the letter. Once again on 17.07.2013, we requested phone banking officer vide 7th referred above with phone No. and name of SBI officer who was dealing the subject. It is herby sorry to say that the request was again not reached to the desk to the concerned officers despite of providing phone no. and name of concerned officers. Today (03.08.2013) I contacted to the Phone Banking Officer, ICICI regarding the matter in reply to that he told that we have closed the matter on 24.06.2013 that which I wrote the letter vide 4th referred above. In addition to that he also told we can not do anything further now on this matter. The undersigned once again requesting to Launch the Service request to SBI Bank to the concerned officer with a request to ensure this complaint should reached to Mr. Vivek and Mr. Rakes Sonre (Phone No. and other details mentioned in 3rd para) because they had told to request to the ICICI bank to sent the request to them and they are having amount. They have also informed that without request from ICICI bank they can not credited the amount. A needful and early action in this matter is requested. It is also requested to send New Service No. with the acknowledgement from SBI. bank service — sbi bank service
dear sir,in savarkundala your branch is there of sbi.. in the sbi all the facellity are there but there r not providing to customer and not informing also ... i[censored] have to open ur account there r not giving forms and proper information to the customer and they are rudly behaving to the customer . i[censored] have to entry ur passbook ya statement then they are telling machines are not working come after 5 days ...
many other majour problems are there u visit as a surprised customer then u will notice about the bad service of sbi ...
please solve the problem

ICICI Bank — SERVICE:
On 01.08.09 i tried to withdraw Rs.24000/ from ( HDFC ATM SF ROAD, SILIGURI) but i had not received the said amount due to link failure & amount was deducted from my salary a/c maintained with ICICI BANK, SILIGURI BR.I lodged complaint on 03.08.09 to ICICI bank but i have not received any help.
Pl suggest my future course of action.
