Dear Sir, I have an salery account on your bank at neheru place branch delhi today i want to withdrawal ten thousent from my ICICI Bank account NO[protected] by useaing the ATM of State Bank Of India AT Vikash nager Distt. Dehradun ( Uttranchal) which branch code is 08001. but due to ATM machine problems i cant receipt the money from ATM machine but thoes ten thousand has been debit to my account. i had summit my complane at SBI branch ATM incharge in writen and want to informe to u pl. creadit ten thousand in my account as early as possible. I had tried to withdraw Rs.20000 from ICICI ATM on 6 Mar 09. The machine didnt vend the amount, but my account has got debited. ICICI contact center has committed to revert the transaction between 3 to 7 working days. Though it has just been 4 days now, I want to register this complaint in advance. I am concerned in case it doesnt get reverted back, what is my recourse?

I am account holder in SBI.I had tried to withdraw as sum of Rs.10, 000/- from ATM centre of ICICI. But I could not get money.A sum of Rs.10, 000/- has been debited to my above account, the cash was not delivered. Please refund the amount to SBI.

even i had faced this problem i went to withdrawn from ICICI ATM through my SBI card, it was urgent so i went to icici atm, first i tried 20K, it was a transaction decline then again tried 20K from another ATM and lastly 15 K from another ATM totally 55K got debited from my SBI Acct, i went to the branch and given the written complaint but still there is no progress, can anyone suggest me or help me in this regard.

Generally people shout loud when there is a problem, When it is resolved, they don't take pain to clean up the things. A Written complaint with the concerned bank Authorities is all needed providing all the details of the transaction for their purusal.
This is an occassional technical problem and often gets reconsiled when the bank makes a count against debit entries and cash dispersal.
Using another bank's ATMs makes the issue more complex to resolve but in which case the complaint should be promptly filed with both the bank authorities and followed up.
If its not been effected, or no action is taken in reasonable time, an FIR with Police should help.
How many of the above have their issues still unresolved?

I used my SBI ATM to withdraw Rs 500/ in ICICI ATM machine at 20:36 pm at SAYA REDDY & SONS, BPCL in NIZAMABAD, ANDHRA PRADESH. I received ICICI BANK RECEIPT:TXN NO:5088 TRANSACTION DECLINED. I tried again but got no money except another receipt of ICICI RESPONSE CODE:074 TRANSACTION DECLINED CONTACT BANK.
I checked my account balance in the SBI (main branch) ATM MACHINE at 20:37 pm. I found to my surprise RS 500/ debited.
kindly resolve my problem.
