[Resolved]  Icici Direct — false Information(ICICI Demat Account for Re 1.00)

Hi,

ICICi Defect’s person called me and says that :"
ICICI Direct is offering 3 in 1 account to anyone having Salary >20K (Online trading account, Demat and Zero balance Savings account) for just Re 1/- only. For details contact Omprakash Arya on [protected] / [protected]. " they also put same add on HSBC GLT INTRANET

But few day back i have get following mail from icici direct

ICICIdirect.com - Outstanding Account Opening Charges

Dear Customer,
We refer to your application no. [protected] for opening of integrated 3 in 1 Trading Account. We are glad to note that your application has been successfully processed.
As a part of the account opening formalities, you were required to pay account opening fees of Rs. 750 for processing your application. We observe that the said fees are still unpaid.
We request you to kindly fund your linked bank account with the said amount by 15/09/2008 to enable us to recover the outstanding charges.
We must inform you that if you fail to fund the account by the said date, we would be constrained to take such further action as may be deemed fit including deactivation of your ICICIDirect.com account.
We therefore urge you to act as requested at the earliest in order to avoid any disruption of services.
Kindly ignore this communication if you have already paid the fees.
We look forward to your co-operation in helping us serve you better.

When I contacted to my relationship manager then come to know this offer only for HSBC Bank employees, and I m working with HSBC Software so I have to pay amount.

ICICI direct person gives me fake information. Where should complain for same.
