Dear sir/madam,

this is the third time where i am loging this complaints, that i have recd the credit cards bills from ICICI where as i have not recd the same.
request you to suggest on this.i have given the domuments to one of ICICI executive but he had confirm me that your card has been rejected but after 3-4 months i got the bills from credit cards.

Dear Sir,

Four months back one executive form ICICI lomard called me and aske for Health card, at the time of discussion he confirmed that after receiving of documents if you are not intrested in the product no need to pay the amount. Initially they credited Rs. 950 from my credit card.
After receiving the documents i dint liked the policy, so i didnt payed the amount of my credit card as i tought they will automatically cancell the policy as the executive delivered during discussion. But they renewved the amount for 2 months and i called to coustomer care and asked for cancellation of the policy. they told that you have to pay Rs. 8500 to cancell as the policy itself is Rs.11, 000.
this amount was reflected in current month statement.

Plz give me solution.
I had applied for icici bank credit for four times and all the times i got call from icici credit card department regarding apply for credit. but every time they call i said i need a credit card and they will send the executive for collecting documents. what ever the documents they have asked i have provided for all the four times but after collecting the document one verification call after that no boby calls and they wont even say what is the status of my application everytime when i call for customer they will ask for some information and they will say we will send you the mail but they also wont reply.
My account got debited 20000/- for the card which seems to be in my name but i havent received any card from the bank. Moreover when i asked them to debit my account back with the same amount . Then they guys raise a case SR77705142 against this complaint they decided the case in their favour without giving me appropriate reason behind that.. Nor they are accepting the next level escalation please suggest some thing if anything can be done in against bank / any suggestions are also requested.

ICICI Creditcard — MY CREDIT CARD

I am in the office at Pitampur on 26/12/08, indore. MY contact no is [protected].If i will be not available at home can i have indore office address for collection of my card.My docket no - [protected].
i was already complain aginst recovery agent for my paid amount before due date.the recovery agent use so abus language towards my familly members which was already informed to bank. but till the date bank has not made any remarkeble action to wards them nor given any compentation for, which are already in knowldge to bank. and also encouraging the agent by giving regards
I had disputed a transaction on the card, and the bank says that its in their favor and i am denied the details for the same. The disputed transaction amount was around Rs 1.2k(k=thousand) and now the bill is Rs 6k. Below is the copy of the email that i have received from [protected]@icicibank.com

ICICI Credit Card — ICICI Pru Activated on my ICICI CreditCard Without Any Consent

I have an ICICI Credit Card for last one year. On 28/04/2009 I have received a call from ICICI Pru that an ICICI Pru Life Have been activated on my a/c and Rs.4390/- is deducdted from my Credit Card on 27/04/2009 as a premium of that Policy. I am so surprised that i don;t know anything about that. and the policy hasbeen acti vated without my permission and I am not able to pay that amount. I have not receive any paper of that police. ICICI Customer Care Could not help me .Please Do something As Soon As Possible about that. my particulars is given below :-

I had an ICICI credit card which i closed and cancelled in 2003 suddenly my funds are blocked in my ICICI Acc in the month of june when my salary got credited to my salary acc...whn i chk wth customer service they say that i have another credit card for which my funds are blocked & whn i registered a complaint they remove my blck but my funds are flushed out of my bank when questioned they say i need to go to the collections office in nampally-hyd..i don have any proof as to who authorised them to take out funds w/o my permission not only that when i say that i have proof of closure letter from them they just want me to go the office which i 40 kms away from the place where i live and i have a small baby with who im not finding enough time patience and strength to fight with ICICI People..please help me

I had dropped my cheque no. 383247 dated 30.06.2009 for Rs. 1, 000/- drawn on Amanath Co-operative Bank Limited, Brigade Road Branch, at the cheque drop box in ICICI, Ashok Nagar, Next to Bangalore Central on 01.07.2009. The due date for payment was 02.07.2009. However, I was informed that the said cheque was misplaced by the ICICI staff. Hence, on 11.07.2009 I issued another cheque No. 383248 dated 11.07.2009 for Rs. 1, 000/- with the assurance from your staff that there would be no late payment fee. Once a cheque is dropped within due date in any of the drop box locations provided by ICICI, the customer’s obligations are complete and it is the responsibility of ICICI to collect and present the same for payment. I am deeply disappointed that inspite of assurances from ICICI staff, a late payment fee has been levied. This is the second instance wherein a late payment fee has been levied on my account despite there being no lapse on my part and inspite of assurances from your staff. I am shocked and appalled at the indifference that ICICI has towards its customers. Further it in an impossible task to reach any of the customer care representatives on the 24/7 call centres as there are not enough lines available. I am utterly disappointed with ICICI’s service and am seriously considering cancelling both my credit cards bearing nos. [protected] and [protected] unless these charges are reversed as I have run out of patience relating to dealing with errors on the part of ICICI and paying for errors on the part of ICICI.

hello sir i dr rahul singh has been using icici credit card for the last 2 years and never made any late payments .i could not make payment of 25000. on my card in sep 2008 due to financial problems currtely the bak people levied interest on the amount to 36,715 rupees as they proposed to settle for 30,000 for which i agreed but instead they auto debited the amount of 36,715 from my saving acc[protected] without my knowledge n consent .i request when i agreed to pay the settlement amount why the bank autodebite dthe money from my saving acc that too without informing me ,plzz help me to get my money back .i am still ready for nthe settelemt money .the bank collection deppt in noida used abusive languuage an mistreated me . kindly help me.

I am having a credit card with ICICI which i am using for more than two years. Two months back i have paid my icici prudential premium using the card for a amount of Rs. 50,000/-. The total credit card bill came around 65,000. Since i transferred money from different accounts, a shortage of near about 500 rs occured. I thought it can be paid during my next bill statement. But what these ICICI people did was simply shocking. They didnt consider my 64000 payment at all. They calculated the interest as follows...I guess...they have taken 65000(previous month) + 10000 (current month) as a whole and levied me a interest of 2000 rs. I am totally dis satisfied with this stupid ICICI service and more over i am wondering how RBI is allowing this type of cheap and cheat practices by ICICI.

ICICI bank has apparently put my name in defaulter list , without giving me any information why ? , I have no idea if i ever defaulted any payment - when I call ICICI bank their people are not able to guide me to the right contact , I am moving in circles without any solution - can somene help - due to this negligance of ICICI i am facing huge problem in getting loans - pls help.

Hi,
I have lost the credit card in 10/01/2008.I have complained the Customer care & Blocked.
After that there was an misuse of the card & I was getting calls to pay the amount which I have not used.
I went to consumer court & consumer court gave the order saying that to waive the claim & pay a compensation of 2000.
The copy is sent to ICICI & I too handed over a copy to Legal team sitting in Bangalore.
But there is no progress & ICICI has added my name in the defaulters name due to this I'm not able to take any loans from the any Banks.
Please help me in Resolving this issue @ the earliest.
