Idea Cellular — weak signals

sir,
i have mobile no. [protected] since 2005. Presently i live in almost middle of the city and still do not get proper signals.Often the calls are disconnected or not received because o[censored]navailability of signals.Moreover the customer care of idea cellular do not respond even after repeated complaints. The funniest thing is that the customer care is more interested to know the location of the nearest tower as if they have provided us a list of their tower and their locations. how can a person know where a cellular company had erected its towers.

Idea Cellular — Charges are not proper

I tried to cnnect to google.com by using my idea number, once i open the google page and close it 60 to 70 rs get deducted. this happend twice with me, when i tried to contact customer care they are telling u have used internet and data charges are 1p/KB, when i ask for how muchj KB i have used they are not ready to tell that.
i spoke to floor manager also regarding this he said call customer care after some time again to get the details about how much KB i have used, i tried to connect to customer care again from same number it is not able to connect, it tells all the lines are busy, if i try from other idea number it will connect the call.....

Idea Cellular — Suspended SIM without any reason

13/03/10: I had purchased an Ideacellular SIM (mobile no:[protected]) from M/S Western watch, Pathakhera, Dist -Betul (MP)-460449. I had submitted copies of PAN card and Telephone bill along with the form.
17/03/10: I recieved an SMS that documents were not as per rule. I submitted copies of Voter ID and Rasan Card.
25/03/10: My Mobile no. is suspended without bany call or SMS.

Idea Cellular — Harassment by Idea Mobile customer

Customer of [protected] is making fake calls to me on my cell No. [protected] and use very GANDI Language!!! when i want to call it has been swith off or no reply...... this customer is using the connection on JAAli proof. provide me actual identity of the person or provide me the call detail of the number on my email ID.

Subject: Not receiving of e-bills

Sir, I have not received E-bills for my mobile no.[protected] for the last 6 months. may be my yahoo mail address is not correct. Kindly sent my E-bill to yr.[protected]@icat.in.

MY MOB NO IS [protected] OF IDEA CELLULAR. I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT IF I RECHARGE WITH RS 195/- I WILL GET 7 DAYS UNLIMITED NET BROWSING. AFTER RECHARGING WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED AMOUNT, I STARTED BROWSING AND IDEA CELLULAR STARTED DEDUCTING THE AMOUNT FROM MY MAIN BALANCE. THE CUSTOMER CARE OF IDEA INFORMED ME THAT THE NET BROWSING (UNLIMITED) WOULD BE ACTIVATED IN NEXT 2 DAYS AND WILL BE VALID FOR 5 DAYS ONLY.( THEIR CALCULATIONS IS THE DAY OF RECHARGE MINUS ACTIVATION DAY) THIS IN MY VIEW COMES UNDER THE PREVIEW OF MALPRACTICE. I MAY BE PROVIDED WITH FULL 7 DAYS BROWSING.

Idea Cellular — security fees not returned

dear sir,
we stopped idea cellular prepaid distributorship in november. the company held a security check of amount Rs. 58693 at th time of starting the distributorship. but the check has not been cleared into our account after we closed the business. the claims have been cleared from dehradun to noida but we did not receive any .
