Idea Cellular — continue commercial and ad call

I have idea sim card since 2 year, several times i complaint customer care but nobodytaking care.
ad call coming some times early in the morning,6.30am. and 7.00am.
please stop ad calling.

Idea Cellular — Online recharge service

Online recharge service of Idea Cellular is pathetic. It happened with me 3 times that it debits
amount from bank a/c and shows transaction failed. Later it takes 3-4
days to get that balance. Nodal Officer doesn't bother to pay attention. Calling its customer care is of no use. Sometime they tell to wait for, depending on their whim, 24 hour, 48 hrs or 72 hours. It sometime becomes very difficult to comprehend which language they are talking. Rarely can they talk in proper Marathi, let alone English. If you call the no. of nodal officer, it directs you to 12345. If you call 12345, it is suggested that you call 198 for any grievance. Then calling 198, you’ll hear them requesting you to go to 12345.

Idea Cellular — Value Added Services

I got a message from Idea Cellular stating that I have been rescrubscribed to the Voice Chat Service, for which I did not do anything (like Call, SMS or something else) but to my dismay it has been activated. When I contacted the Customer Care they are asking for ID Details. My question is that why should i submit the ID Details when I have already submitted while taking connection and how can you activate the Service without customer's consent?

Idea Cellular — unauthorised charging of money in the name of activating various packages without consumers knowledge

respected sir/madam,
i P.KRISHNA RAO here by lodging a complaint on behalf of my mother againist the idea cellular company on her mobile number[protected]. they have activated altogether 6 services on their own and are deducting Rs.5/day from my mothers mobile without her consent. when we have asked the same to them they are claiming that it was activated by my mother who is an illiterate. all the services activated are unknown to her and they are claiming that she has pressed the keys *368# on her own. i could not understand how this is possible by an illiterate lady.we have obtained a complaint number after we lodge the deactivation of services i.e.,1-[protected]. they have caused the mental tension and agony to my mother. please take strict action againist them and stop their exploitation.

sory to inform u that r providing very bad services.we have made a request for change of address at ur IDEA centre one month ago in jalandhar near nakodar chowk my mob no is [protected] but instead of any change made by ur customer care they have disconnected my mobile service 20 days ago and no queries r made by them...

i have take a idea postpaid conectaion [protected] after verefication my no. is activated for two month withaut any problem but after two moth they close my no. due to verification problem then i have send my address proof & Alternate number immediately but my no. is not activated till now.

Idea Cellular — Network

I have been making complaints for Network fluctuation for the last 4 months in Delhi Cantt Sadar bazar area, but they are just not listening at all.. Earlier I was perfectly using idea network in this area, so i baught 4 more postpaid connections for my family. Using the same for the last 2 years.
But now network is poor, and we are unable to make and receive calls inside the home...
Do we need to come to the park everytime to use our mobile phones...
This is what the bloody idea person was saying that pls come out into an open area while using mobile...
Shameful answer...


I request all of you that Please Do not Buy Idea Connection or else you will have to cry for network...
Nobody will listen at all..

Abhishek Bachchan is advertising to swich to idea using mobile number portability, he must be knowing that not all location are covered even averagely... so stop making such ads...


Worst Telecom Operator in Delhi... (was proudly saying we 3G compatible network since day1 but how shame for them, they did not get the 3G spectrum due to their unfair practice. Old generation idea...




Kill idea, Burn idea, Through idea.... Go for anyone but say no to idea.....

Idea Cellular — Sms pack was removed without intimation & same way account balance

Dear sir,

i am using SMS package (44 rupees) of Idea Cellular service. Idea Cellular had suddenly terminate my SMS pack on 16/12/2010 and because of that my account balance was also reduced.
