have recharged my ac with 199 unlimited gprs pack today. that time my main ac bal was 62.69. I got a message that my gprs pack is activated. after that I browsed my gmail id and comp has deducted my all the main ac bal... new bal was 0.09 rs. Kindly help me to resolve it... thanks my no is [protected]

Idea Cellular — ISD billing on fraudulent number by Idea

I am Idea Cellular customer. I have been charged ISD charges of Rs. 800/- for calling on ISD number [protected], which i did not call. As per findings on google, phone number [protected] is a fraud number from Austria . Many other Idea Cellular customers have been cheated and charged for ISD calls on this number.

I have inquired at the call centre of Idea Cellular and also written to their grievance cell and MD for resolving the issue and reversing the ISD charged wrongfully deboted to my idea account. But failed to receive any reply about billing on this number.

Kindly assist on getting the neccessary reversal of ISD charges of Rs. 800/-

Idea Cellular — complaint against GPRS uses charges

I am having Idea postpaid connection, no [protected]. Currently 249
combo plan is activated on my connection and accordining to this plan
1 GB of GPRS data is free.
From last two bills (Feb & March), I have been charged Rs 0.40 and Rs
761.23 against GPRS uses.
I had called Idea customer care three times and every time their
representative denied to take my complaint as my bills were not
accesible to them.

Idea Cellular — Rare Network coverage and traffic congestion in Hinjewadi Phase 3

We have hardly any network coverage provided by Idea in Hinjewadi Phase 3. It has been more than 3 months with network issue and now we have tariffic network congestion in Hinjewadi from last 2 week.

No end to the problems in sight.

Idea should resolve this network issue immediately.

Idea Cellular — Disconnection of Mob No 9826489696

1.I was using IDEA prepaid SIM(mob no [protected]) since 2004 with a life time validity taken by paying Rs 999/-.
2.From 12- Jan- 2011 i was on roaming.
3.On 18-feb-2011 i got msg for re-submission of documents,which i could not do immediately(because of roaming) .
4.As per records last call on my number was on 22 feb.
5.Before entering MP/CG circle on 16-mar-2011 my mobile was active.
6.After entering, my SIM registration got failed(and i dont know why).
7.On 19-mar-2011 i submitted my documents for re-verification @ IDEA outlet indrapuri and i was assured that my no. will get active by 23-mar-2011.
8.Till now my no. is inactive,on inquiring about the reason IDEA customer care team told that the number is churned out and re launched in the market.
9.IDEA docket no for my complaints are 1-[protected],1-[protected].
Now my grievances are as follows:-
1.I think that i was hard done.
2.they were having information that the no. is on roaming, in spite of that i didn't received any call from IDEA team for seeking information regarding resubmission.simply sending message for re verification will not mean that there job is over.
3.there representative told me that i have not made a call since 22-feb-2011,I have taken Life time validity so despite of not making a call for long time my number cant go dormant.
4.I have not got any satisfactory and rational response from your team till date.

i guys getting an idea really sucks x(.. here am posting the treatment we got while trying to get get an idea postpaid connection. This is a written communication guys!.. hope u'd think well before thinking about IDEA cellular

I am writing to report about some awkward experiences I had during an endeavor to get an idea postpaid connection.

1. After I contacted to idea call center; my documents and payment was picked –up after 4 days and dozen of pesky calls for address confirmation again and again.



2. I was provided a SIM pack (SIM No. [protected] 4287) and offered a No.[protected] with the promise that the same will be activated within 48 hrs after verification.



3. I got a couple of calls for verification in one of which the guy was requesting me for false confirmation as he was not able to visit at my place which I denied.



4. I think the above action from me (denial form false confirmation) turned an offence and I was asked for activating another No. as the No. previously offered to me falls in some other zone. However I Denied for the other No.



5. I assigned the task to my assistant Vivek (Marked as CC) who unfortunately had some hot exchange with the guy and customer care.



6. After 2 days (Tuesday March 8th 2011) I got a call form a guy who was pressing me to get another No. activated or get my existing No port to Idea and after my denial and me asking for my money back he became very rude and humiliating. He seemed to be drunk and started using rude words to me resulting I had to end the call.



Finally I have opt for some other provider now; it’s like taking out my frustration though I don’t think it’s going to make any tangible difference alike they do in government offices.

and anyways it not like a spam and something like that confirmations can be sought on [protected]

Idea Cellular — COMPLAINT: POOR SERVICE FROM IDEA RESPONSE REQUIRED ASAP.

This is regarding my IDEA cell number[protected].

this number was working fine, my father was using this cell he went to United states and switched off this number for about 3 months he was having two more cell 1. vodafone 2.Docomo, now when he came back last monday 11th April 2011, both vodafone and DOCOMO is working but IDEA cell is not working and it says number is barred. what is this nonsense..... moreover asking gujarat customer care as this number is from gujarat circle, they replied very rude saying we can not do anything.

If this number is not getting started by this weekend, i will drag this matter to required place. take this seriously. stopping the service this rule should be equal to all operators not only in IDEA.

Kind Attention: Miss Shalini.

With due respect I ( md tarique khan) is Associated from your organisation as valuable customer from long back. My number is [protected] .It is hard to digest that your organisation has allotted this number to a different user just almost 2 months back. I came to know, he is from gurgaon and using this sim card after getting from shop.

As far as policy is concerned, You cannot allot this number to a different user who is using from long back and I put this mobile in off condition just for 45 to 50 days. According to your policy, if a person is not using continuously for 3 months, or not activating within 3 months,this policy varies from 3 months to 5- 6 months .Even though, You can hear recorded conversation at your end.

I m really sorry to say ,At your end also, smart executives/manager from your organisation, varies from their statements regarding company policy, may be not knowing the facts or they do not want to come openly/transparently.
More over more than Rs 150 is there in my Sim
Despite of that, all these nomenclatures /set up of rules followed by me.

I donot know why? They have done this mischievous work .
For this kind of act, I had a series of talking to your executives ,manager and shockingly team leader.
But no positive response,
You will be amazed to hear that your smart executives arranging the call from your organisation, regarding this matter to be solved out. They are still arranging ,arranging and arranging.

Well Mr. Khan, I would like to suggest you that you are missing one point in your entire letter as it is you fault. May be you are having more than 150 bucks in your account but according to the prepaid telecom terms and conditions if your no. is not recharged with Rs. 200/- in 6 months, service provider can reject your no. and alot it to someone else. Kindly check wether you had recharged your no. with Rs. 200/- in past 6 months.

Idea Cellular — Refusal of Mobile Number Portability

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been Idea Mobile subscriber and the number is [protected]. Now I want to switch over to Airtel. I had given MNP request to Airtel.

After the request was sent from Airtel to Idea, I receive a message that portability has been refused due to cotractual obligations.

While to the best of my understanding, I am under no contractual obligation. One it is a prepaid connection.

When contacted the csutomer care, I was told that there should be positive balance in my account which I am having at this point of time.

Another condition I was tols that my address should have been same to what I had given at the time of taking connections.

I am confident that you will agree with me that it is simply impossible to be there on the same address after seven years.

At that point of time, my address proof was checked and the current address proof has also been given.

I believe it is just to harrass the customer, Idea is adopting such unethical and unprofessional practices. I tried second time but in vain again.

Request you to enable my swift MNP and take strcit action against Idea to stop adopting such practices and creating hurdles to the customers.

If MNP is denied, I will definitely not be IDEA customer for whole life and change the number as a last option. I request for your intervention and support.

Idea Cellular — not providing service properly

I had called customer care and requested to deactivate the cricket alert, it is almost one week but still it is not deactivated and amount nearly 60 had been detected from my balance and am calling again to customer care, also it is paid service then also nobody is attending upto 30 minutes, my mobile number is [protected], please do the need full

Dear sir,
I am a idea customer. My mobile no is [protected]. On 16/04/2011, I recharged with Rs. 47 for get Local Idea to Idea 1 Paisa/2 Seconds benifits. But I does not receive the benefit. I complaint about this for 3 times complaints nos. are (1) 1-[protected] on 17/04/2011, (2) 1-[protected] on 20/04/2011, (3) 1-[protected] on 22/04/2011. But the said complaint was not solved and my balance deducts for Local Idea to Idea with 1 Paisa/1 Second. I am suffered with this type of problem by these companies. Can you do something and help me to get my wrong deduct balance back. Please take action against this company.

Idea Cellular — unnecessary deduction of balance

they have deducted my mobile balance two times without any notification....when i quered,they said they had activated some service...my mobile no. is [protected]...my balance is deducted by rs 25...hope u will take appropriate action....

I am using a idea flexy no.Flexy no is convert is in no normal or no flexy conection.Now mobile cal is high rate.I am not use any flexy or not use any customer service in this no as a low call rate recharge at this time..I am contact distributer and customer care but no solution.
