Respected Sir, I Payal Patel Using Maharashtra Prepaid Card No.[protected].This Is To Inform You that I have done the Online Recharge Of Rs.234/- and this is deducted From My Saving A/c of HDFC Bank inspite of this I have not received any Recharge.I have called to Customercare Twice and visited nearest Idea Office at Ulhasnagar(Sec-17).but I have not get any reply and Idea has not credited my Talktime.
