My washing machine (IFB Supremo) is not working properly as the water is not filling in the final rinse cycle.
I have registered 3 complaints and have received no response till date.

The machine is under annual maintenance.

IFB Washing machine is not working properly. Giving abnormal sound. Give address and phone number of Service center in Allahabad, Uttar Predesh.

My washing machine which is under AMC is out of order for 2 months and nothing has been done till date. Whenever I try to contact the office.. the phoneline is immediately cut off. No response from them at all.

IFB WASHING MACHINE — no proper functioning of machine

there is a jerk when the machine moves to the drying function and the machine makes noise. your attendent once openend the machine and said everything was all right. but the same problem pursues again.

My IFB washing machine is not working w.e.f. 11th sept, 09 Complaint no 3481814. No service had been provided.The following persons are not attending the phones.

when my digital washing machine install its coin trap pipe adjestment had been broken .I had complained than two i f b person had changed the pipe but in washing the machine make noise while washing the clothes very much and the door adjustment not proper. It is loose.please check the machine immideatly.

The machine was working but stopped suddenly and never started again.Earlier also the water used to get logged in the machine and now the Abrol enterprises jammu from where we purchased the machine is not attending the phone calls and we are not getting their any other number from where we can contact them...........

IFB — WASHING NOT PROPERLY

Washing cannot be done properly. After finishing the wash and while take out the cloth from machine 50% of the cloth portion only in wet condition and rest of the portion of the cloth is in dry condition.

i own a IFB washing machine which is under AMC and the drum is not working since a month.i have registered the complaint on toll free 5 times(last complaint no. 4035028)but nobody attended even after assuring that the call will be attended in 24 hrs.
i belong to lucknow and the AMC area incharge is also least bothred to attent the call..

IFB WASHING MACHINE — service people not responding

After my complaint about my IFB washing machine, the service men came once and said they will come again to repair it but since 4 days, despite calling them repeatedly and despite giving reassurances that they will come they have not come. They do not even respond as to why there is a delay.

We have purchased a IFB Senator DX on 6/6/2010 from GIRIAS Investment (P) Ltd.Time being taken for mounting the neccessary connections nearly a month . On July 2010 middle the service person came instal the machine and gave clearence to operate.On 11/8/2010 we noticed that the Drum was not functioning and we filed our complaint throuugh Call Centre . They allot a complaint number 4921933 and assured the fault will be remedy immediately .While we persue the reminder they gave various phone numbers which are either not working or not responding.
Even after giving many reeminders atlast on 19/8/2010 one service person came and reportd that the control system is under fault and the same would be replaced with new one by another staff.
But till this day (1/09/2010 ) there is no response from your service personel. The raising mentel agony has pushed us why not move the consumer forum.Eventhough we willing to spent some lesser time with hope your executive team would take immediate step to remedy the said m/c and initiate departmental action against the erring staff to avoid the future complaints such this.

I brought the washing machine just 1 month back. after installation ifb person offered stabilizer which i brought from him of Rs 1050/- after 1 month machine stopped working and it automaticlly switched off while running.i raised the complain. service person attended it after several calls. he told that stabilizer is not from ifb, it is purchased from other vendor and the board or pannel is lost due to power.
its a shame on ifb that their agents itself are making the custmer fool AND IFB SO.
lets see what happens after this.

if machines board is able to work properly for a month how can custmer rely on machine for 4 yrs. of warranty and so further loner period.

IFB WASHING MACHINE — working problem

Machine is not working from the date of purchase. I have an old mother . It is very difficult to wash the clothes.We have complianed many times but no use.They make excuses and make false promises.It is under warrenty period.

I had complained about my washing machine(complait no 5035296) which had a error E 03 in the month of August 2010 which was attended on the fourth day and they left saying another techinician would come as this machine was digital. After so many calls and promises they finally came to check the machine again on 09.10.10 and took then PCB board and till today no news of anybody. Today i called and same old excuses (no spare parts). Can anybody tell me how is it possible to stay without a washing machine for nearly four months is there any law in India for customer satisfacation, i payed a huge amount for the washing machine and the reason??????
