The IGNOU sent a Statement of Marks in my home but the marks are not right because the Study Centre marks and the Grade Cards marks are different my MED-002 Marks is 75 in your study centre record but in grade card the marks is 65 only. I have obtained A Grade in all the Assignments according to the Grade I will obtained above 80 but the number is given in below 80 and the Grade shows in Grade Card-B. So please check it out and correct it as soon as possible.

I am a student of IGNOU, Patna. My enrollment no. is[protected] . I have submitted my assignment in June 08.but, yet marks of EPA6 and FST1 has not been updated . Due to this my result is incomplete for last 1 year. I have lost one year waiting for my result . Please do some thing so that I may continue my studies.

I applied for MBA thruogh Ignou and i had cmpleted all courses of same except project work for which i sent my synopsis for approval in 2000-01 but i did not got approval from insititute inspite of my remindre through fax, email, telegram i even didnot got any reply about non approval/non receipt of synopsis. i sent fax/email/telegram for nearly one/one and half year but i didnot received reply of any of my email/fax and hence my mba degree is pending.i want same to be awarded to me.because of non receipt of mba degree i lost good opportunities.

I am a Studentof IGNOU doing my MBA.My Enrolment no. is[protected]. I have appeared for my 2nd semester exams in Dec. 2008 and i have cleared my exams also. But, unfortunately, my 2 assignment result shows "NOT COMPLETED".(MS-66 and MS 68). I will be appearing for my 3rd sem in june 2009.
I have visited the IGNOU regional center in Tuglakabad 2 times and Maidan Garhi and i keep on taking feedback from my study center (0709-RLA, South campus)
I am a sincere and hardworking student and i am really worried for what all has happened.
I really dont know what to do.
Please help me out.

I am a student of MCA Programme from IGNOU.I have completed my course in Dec.2008.However, my marks for one paper has not been updated for want of Examination fees of Rs.50/-.However it is not binding to give examination fees when result is pending before filling online application form.However, to get result i have submitted the fees but till date result has not been updated & provisional certificate has also not sent.Several time i tried to contact but no one bother to reply from IGNOU main Office in Delhi.

I am an MCA student with IGNOU since last 10 years. I have only one paper to complete my MCA. But I wrote the paper many times but every time the mark was same. That means they were not checked my paper. I notified this to vice chancellor Mr.Rajasekharan Pillai but the result is just like writting in water. I enquired with Regional Centre, Kochi, but they dont know anything even about IGNOU. I strongly suggest you to dont try to join any course with IGNOU. If you join course with any other university you will get certificate after the specified course period.

I got two of my family members registered with IGNOU at Pune regional centre for different courses. I am extremely embarrased, annoyed and frstrated by they way the officers behave with any joinee or student.

They never entertain any query. IGNOU being a national university in a completely democratic country this fact is extremely disgusting. Why are they sitting there if they can't answer or help people to pursue their studies?

They should be trained on manners, good behaviour and helpful attitude.

I have submitted my online exam form(for BCA 4th sem) on March 13 through cash deposit challan.
But when I went for giving money in Axis bank they said their software is not updated till to accept IGNOU fees.Thus me and some of my friends took a DD and again manually submitted the form(by sending that DD to Delhi).Can you please guide us in this matter.We are afraid whether we may be able to write the exam or not.Can you please guide us in this matter?

I am a student of BDP and I am in BA IIIrd year. I already complete all the formalities for June 2009 examination i.e. I submitted my examination form alongwith required fee. But I am facing a problem related to non-receipt of the study material, Code No. EHD-04.

I already had given two reminders to the Material Dispatch & Distribution Division in this connection, but till now I have not received my EHD-04 assingment. I am also trying to contact Regional Centre and all the Helpline Nos. which are available in the IGNOU website, but they are not responding.

As you are aware that we (all the students of IGNOU) have to submitt our assignments before 31st March 2009 for June 2009 examination, so, I really get upset now. Therefore, I already reached to Regional Centre, Maidan Garhi today, but the staff of Material Dispatch & Distribution Counter told me that "your assignment will come to your residential address only after 30th March 2009".

Because of late receipt of my study materials, I had already got unable to attend my "June 2008 examination" last year, (therefore, I had submitted my examination form and examination fee also)and I got one year delayness to complete my graduation. In this matter I already sent you a mail last year.

I dont want to face this problem again. Now I just want to complete my graduation therefore, I need your help.

I will be so thankful to you if you kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

Indira Gandhi National Open University, IGNOU has informed its students tht they can take DD frm any Axis Bank branch towards their exam fees, course registration fees etc without any commission..
however, Axis Bank Ltd - Indiranagar Branch of Bangalore has refused to issue me a DD favouring IGNOU without the applicable commission . They have told me tht they are not aware of any such arrangement with IGNOU .
It is requested tht the matter may pls be enquired and necessary action may please be taken. i may please be kept informed .
