[Resolved]  Income Tax Department — Mistake in PAN card

Sir,
i would like to draw your kind attn. that few days ago I apllied for a PAN card in my Daughter's name (she is minor) and accordingly the IT Deptt. issued it. But surprisingly the surname of her father (me) has been missprinted on the card. Not only that the Date of Birth of my daughter has been printed as 29.01.2003 in stead of 29.10.2003. Lots of mails and reminder has been sent to the concern department but they are saying to apply in the form for correction alongwith a charge.
But my qestion is that the mistkes has been done at IT Deptt. part only. The photo copy of birth certificate of my daughter were also enclosed alongwith my first application then why should i pay the charge of a new PAN card?
Kindly look into the matter please.

I am having the pan card.But some corrections has to be made on card(my name & father name).I am submitted the my correct name proof(passport&school leaving certificate).But they were not accepting.why

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that in my PAN card card my fathers name is incorrect.
My fathers name is Huma Nand Gangta but in my PAN card its retun UMA Nand. Kindly tell me how can i change this or what can I do to change this name.

Sir In the month of Jan I applied for PAN card of but there was mistake from printing side on PAN card the proof is with me, i write the correct name of my
Father, then why i should submitt again the CSF form and pay extra
charges? If i had made mistake while filling the form then its ok, the
mistake was from printing side.
But UTITSL asking me to pay Rs.66+ 5 ie asking for subimission of CSF form.
kindly provide solution to me,

sir i applied pan card the card came but in pan card my name printed Y K VIJAY.But my name is YOGESH KUMAR VIJAY.my pan no.is AFXPV3975K. So please tell me how can i change this.

I have wrongly updated my PAN number and same has come in my form16.As company cannot able to change the PAN number. How can I submit for tax returns.
