You had dispatched my wife's ( Mrs. Akshata Ganesh Patil ) pancard ( AYXPP5898G ) on the date of 11th Nov. by FirstFlight courier ( AWB - ZB5774418 ). Unfortunately, we didnot receive the pancard till today. When we tracked the status on FirstFlight's Website, it showed, it was delivered on that day. But when we inquired the shipment at their Bhayander branch ( located near our residence-MiraRd ), they told us that same shipment was not yet arrieved their branch for delivery.
Please, investigate the status & redespatch the pancard as immediate as possible.

Dear Sir

I had applied to UTITSL on 09th of Jan 2009 for PAN card and paid up the necessary fees on same day, but till today after one month of application i had not received my PAN card as i urgently need for banking purpose

As per the claim o[censored]TITSL they issue PAN card within 15 working days but in my case its more than 1 months time they take and still not replying in proper manner, the phone for inquiry of PAN card is not working all the time its engaged

i had a similar problem, i filed for PAN through UTI and they entered a wrong name for my name in their online form.
And then i was asked to correct it.

But the procedure was not that difficult. i had to send them a letter stating that "my original name is so and so . Please make necessary changes in your system."

i had a similar problem, i filed for PAN card through UTI and they compared and mismatch in the father's name as per ITD and i filed request on dated 19.6.2008 bearing reqeust No. 863797 and after that submitted an affidavit duly attested by the Magistrate on 27.8.2008 for correction in father's name.
Please make necessary changes in your system."

Sir, as we have filed returns through E- Return on 30-September-2008 of M/s ESVE CONSULTANTS, PAN No. ABSPV 5652 N .
We have not received the confirmation acknowledgement till the present date.
As we have submiut the acknowledgement to the IT Department within 15 days .
We request to send the confirmation as early as possible.

i had a minor complaint reagarding the date of birth bymistake the department have entered the wrong date of birth instead of[protected] to[protected].

Dear sir, Actually I have a complaint against a shopkeeper. He has a shop of mobile and doing business of selling and repairing of mobile and accessories.
