I am working in hcl, One person came to me from _ _ _ _ _ company and collected the applications from all who want to apply for pan Card. It has been rejected by alankit saying name does not match. The person is not ready to help and changed the number. So called alankit and assited me to go to nearest centre(janakpuri). My pan card no is ALVPM3478Q .My full name after marriage is DILNAZ BURJIS MOHTA whereas on the card it mentions (my fatherin laws name as )DILNAZ NADIR MOHTA. I request for the wrong name change embossed to be rectified and a new card be printed as soon as possible ,had also attached my marriage certificate and other documents. pls have the change done asap.
The name should be DILNAZ BURJIS MOHTA .

I have applied for PAN CARD in the month of October after one month i got a mail from them asking for address proof containing my name.. again i sent it after that i have not recieved any information till now , please help me.. I'm being harassed asking for PAN CARD .....I have to declare my IT Returns....

EVEN AFTER REPEATERD PROMPTING & FOLLOWUPS WITH THE UTSIL ( MUMBAI ), I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAN CARD YET.

THE PAN ENQUIRY ON THE UTSIL SITE SHOWS THAT PAN CARD HAS BEEN ISSUED TO ME .

BUT I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY PAN CARD.

NO BODY KNOWS WHAT KEEPS THE USELESS & KAAM CHOR GOVT. OFFICIALS SO BUSSY OR ENGAGED, THAT THE SIMPLY FORGET THE VERY PURPOSE THEY ARE PAYED FOR !

The PAN no. allotted to me is AMOPD5040P.The website shows that it has been despatched on 28th December 2007, but even after 20 days i have not recived it....
