Miss printing in Name

I received PAN Card, with missprinting in Name. I registered online complent about the same and they responded immediately and asked application number. I lost that number. What to do now, actually missprinting is responsibility of Income tax office and do be correction without delay....

Duplicate PAN card request under process for more than 7 months

Hi,

I lost my PAN card sometime in December last yea and therefore applied for a duplicate PAN card. For this, I submitted a 'Changes or correction in PAN data' form for which I received an acknowledgement number on Dec 14. But I have not received the PAN card till now. I have contacted the income tax department multiple times at the email address mentioned in their website about this but the only message I kept...

I havent received the refund for the returns i have submitted for the year[protected]. I have been to the IT office at sector 20, Noida almost 3 to 4 times, but have heard all the types of excuses...

I tried again to reregister and it keeps giving my error message. Pan card not recieved till date

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had applied for my PAN CARD in the month of September -2007 but have not received my PAN Card as yet. Regarding it i have send so many emails to [protected]@nsdl.co.in but am yet to get any response from their side.

My name and father's name in PAN card

I had aplied for a PAN card and received the same with my name as NEHA BALI RAM SINGH, instead of NEHA SINGH which is the name I use. My father's name is BALI RAM SINGH and hais name has been inserted as my middle name. Same in his case, my grandfather's name had been given as his middle name and his name is BALI RAM VIKRAMA SINGH. My PAN number is BXRPS6040M. Is it ok if I continue with the same PAN card or apply for changes???...
