i am kumarmishra, i have not got my IT refund worth Rs.7951 of assessment year[protected] yet which i suppose to get by march of 2008.my pan number -AMKPM7230Q

I have still not received the IT refund amount for year 2006-07. A long time has elapsed then yet the refund amount has not been awarded. The department said I will getting the refund as soon as possible but still it has been granted to me.

I have filed my return in Sept 07 and the refund amount was 12000/- but i have not received my refund amount.

I havent received my IT refund for both 2006-07, 2007-08 respite calling them several times and getting false assurances that it would be credited soon..

My PAN # is AGCPJ9422H. Please help me figure out a way to get this refunded..

in my IT return for the assessment year 2006-07, I claimed a refund of Rs. 9650.00. My PAN is AQFPB7550R and there was a problem in my PAN Card. My name itself was wrongly spelt. For this, the amount didnot reach my bank account. After a great dael f effort from my side, this problem has now been rectified and I have been issued a new PAN Card. Can I now hope to get the refund amount due to me deposted in my account at the earliest.
