Income Tax Department / Pan Card — wrong print date of birth

I Have pan card and voter id card but voter id card correct date of birth but pan card wrong date of birth print . Details is : voter id card date of birth :15.07.1989 And pan card print wrong :15.07.1978 .so what can i do .please help me

DEAR SIR / MADAM,
I HAD APPLIED FOR A PAN No IN THE MONTH OF DEC-08. THROUGH AXIAS BANK-PATNA. THOUGH I RECEIVED MY PAN No ( AXHPM7698C ) TWO MONTHS BACK BUT I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY PAN CARD .
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

Income tax / Pan card — Date of Birth wrong printed

This is MUTYALA VEERABABU. s/o KOTESWARAO. My PAN number is BHUPM9013K. In my pan card Date of birth is wrongly printed that[protected] instead of[protected]. How can i correct it, please inform me. My mail id is designer.[protected]@gmail.com
