The said name pan card had reached to my destinition on 13/04/2011 at/post
Honmurgi , tal: south solapur , dist : solapur ,Maharashtra , but the post
master in my village was not able to read it out so it has been send back to

It has been 3rd time that I have applied for Pan Card. I have got the Pan Number but did not recieve the Pan Card yet. I had first applied through the company but they lost the pan card, again I paid Rs.64 or Rs.67 something but it was not delivered to my address. Then again I applied for the pan card and paid Rs.94 and the status showed was the father intials are not correct.

I went to the office again and told that how much time it will take as I have to submit the same to in my office. They again forward the request to the karvy office.

MOST OF ASSESSING WARD ARE NOT GIVEN TDS AMOUNT CREDIT DURING THE PROCESSING U/S 143(1) OF THE IT ACT, 1961 BECAUSE THEY HAVE DIRECTED TO PROCESS ALL THE REFUND CASE TILL 30TH APRIL, 2011 WHERE ASSESSEE IS CLAIMING TDS/ADVANCE/ SELF ASSESMENT TAX REFUND AND ALSO SHOWING TDS AMOUNT IN NSDL AS PER 26AS OF THE INCOME TAX ACT, 1961 BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVEN CREDIT DURING THE SAME. Sir,
This is to inform you that the applicant is working as Private Secretary to Hon'ble Judge of High Court, Lucknow Bench Lucknow and the PAN No. of the applicant is AOTPS0760A.


For the assessment year[protected] Rs. 1268/ excess tax was deducted.
For the assessment year[protected] Rs. 109/ excess tax was deducted.
For the assessment year[protected] Rs. 2544. excess tax was deducted.


Several requests have been made by the applicant to refund the amount of excess tax along with interest to the Income Tax Department, Lucknow but all went in vain. I am Jigeesha Chandrabhatla.
I received my pan card bearing number AMMPJ7167P last year
The date of birth has been printed wrongly.
I submitted my pan card for correction 6 months back.
the status in the internet is showing as "in process".
But when I recently called them they are saying it has been rejected .
I am submitted the required proof , passport for address and date of birth along with my 10th class marks list for date of birth proof.

But now they are saying that name is wrong and so the application has been rejected.
The same proofs were submitted by me when i applied for the PAN card initially.
Just for correction purpose when i submitted the proofs which are valid it has been rejected.

I have to join organisation and the reason they said was so blunt .
Would need to know the response and feedback of this.

Also checked the income tax site for the status with my PAN no & Acknowledgement No but getting no information.
