I have received a SBI (State Bank Of India) Cheque of an amount of Rs 7320.00 (Rupees Seven Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Only) on account of Income Tax refund to assessee .
The SBI cheque no is 950211 issued on 29th April 2011. (Debit CBS A/C No. [protected].)
However I regret to inform you that the account no in the refund cheque was wrongly printed.
My account no is Bank A/C Number is [protected].However in the cheque the A/C No. is printed as [protected] for which till today I am not able to deposit it.
You are requested cancel this cheque and issue a correct cheque bearing correct A/C No. [protected] in its place to enable me to deposit it in my account.
Your urgent action shall be highly solicited.

The said name pan card had reached to my destinition on 13/04/2011 at/post

master in my village was not able to read it out so it has been send back to

It has been 3rd time that I have applied for Pan Card. I have got the Pan Number but did not recieve the Pan Card yet. I had first applied through the company but they lost the pan card, again I paid Rs.64 or Rs.67 something but it was not delivered to my address. Then again I applied for the pan card and paid Rs.94 and the status showed was the father intials are not correct.

I went to the office again and told that how much time it will take as I have to submit the same to in my office. They again forward the request to the karvy office.

Sir,
This is to inform you that the applicant is working as Private Secretary to Hon'ble Judge of High Court, Lucknow Bench Lucknow and the PAN No. of the applicant is AOTPS0760A.


For the assessment year[protected] Rs. 1268/ excess tax was deducted.

I am Jigeesha Chandrabhatla.
I received my pan card bearing number AMMPJ7167P last year
The date of birth has been printed wrongly.
I submitted my pan card for correction 6 months back.
the status in the internet is showing as "in process".
But when I recently called them they are saying it has been rejected .
I am submitted the required proof , passport for address and date of birth along with my 10th class marks list for date of birth proof.

But now they are saying that name is wrong and so the application has been rejected.
The same proofs were submitted by me when i applied for the PAN card initially.
Just for correction purpose when i submitted the proofs which are valid it has been rejected.

I have to join organisation and the reason they said was so blunt .
Would need to know the response and feedback of this.

Also checked the income tax site for the status with my PAN no & Acknowledgement No but getting no information.
