Hi,

I have got my return filed from a Tax return preparer on 29/07/2009 but till date have not received refund.

Can you let me know why i have not received my refund so far.
and by when can i expect the refund.

The details are as follows:
PAN # - AJMPG2554J
ITR acknowledge # - [protected]

Also let me know if any other information is required in this regard.
Please reply as soon as possible.

Its very sad to state that i have been trying to trace the status for return from a month but still i have not received any correct information.
I have called several times to Delhi & CPC,Bangalore but they both are blaming on each other,i called on[protected] & was informed that will only get the status from CPC & hence called on [protected] & then got reply that please call on[protected].
Also checked the income tax site for the status with my PAN no & Acknowledgement No but getting no information.

i live in the hostel behind hindustan college.

i think that hostel owners are not paying the income tax as they are earning 50 to 60 thousand per month by giving their rooms on rent to students.

and if these type of earning is comes under the incom tax then kindly pay attention and check their status.

I have pan card last 5 years,i am filing every year manual ITR but i want to file ITR thru online. i want to registerd my self,as i am entering my PAN Card no.AERPJ7214A .it is showing message ,this pan card is not exist in database and i am unable to return online.

My pan number is AAHPF1202C.The pan number of the deductor is AAATA0406E and tan number of deductor is DELA01446E.The acknowledgement number is not clear it is given as 45100007__ An amount of Rs. 2244 was to be refunded to me and to be credited to my savings bank account no. To ITD/PAN Services,

I was issued the following PAN card in 2003/2004 "AFBPC9931J" bearing correct name and DOB details.

However on trying to open a Demat account I was notified by the bank that the Full name of PAN Holder is not matching my name.

Please suggest the process for getting the same rectified,
