Non receipt of PAN card.
I have allotted a PAN No.(APKPK6938G) in the month of feb.2005, but till date I have not yet received my PAN card. I am requesting to send my PAN card in the address given below.

Dear Sir,

Your PAN card was dispatched vide Express IT courier on January 17, 2012 vide AWB [protected]. The card was returned undeliverd on January 31, 2012 with reason 'Consignee not available'.

The PAN was was redispatched on February 3, 2012 vide speed post (EM[protected]IN). The same has not been returned to us till date.
