I reapplied for Duplicate PAN card in April 2011 due to loss of PAN card in theft. According to info on site, we can recieve it in 15 - 21 days, I have not received my duplicate PAN card and its been 4 months. Lot of my Banking tasks is held back due to this. Dear Sir,

The Inland Revenue Income Tax Department of Ministry of Finance asked to pay a sum of 3,61,000/- for the money held at RBI Online Account of me. I hv paid the money and get Tax Paid Certificate and receipt for the money. The money has not been transferred to my personal account instead my online account is disabled. As a CITIZEN I hv the rights ask this from the Govt. Can the Govt give me good suggestion on this...

I have a Pan Card ALGPB2626N with details correctly mentioned on the card, But i got the details of the database and found that instead of my name, my father's name is recorded. I called to nsdl thrice, they tried convincing me to fill up the form and pay the fees of Rs94 again. when i informed them that my card is absolutely correct. they hung up saying that there is no other way other than filling up the form...

Dear sir,
The post man of Hatigaon chariali post office came to my home to deliver the following pan card and demanded unaouthorised charge from my wife at around 3 p.m on 12July 2011 and as she refused to pay him he undelivered the pan card. When I contacted the post man on 13th July at 10 a.m.he informed that he returned the pan card to the sender.
