Hi,

I'm also facing this issue currently. A lady who stays in a rent house near my house used my address in PAN card. Please can you let me know how to take action against her and punish her.

Income Tax Department — NON RECEIVED OF INCOME TAX REFUND 2009-2010

MY PAN IS AIXPD2914K. INCOME TAX RETURN FOR THE YEAR[protected] DEPOSITED ON 29 SEP 2010 UNDER DY NO [protected]. A SUM OF RS 8742/- ARE REQUIRED TO BE REFUNDED TO MY BANKER ACCOUNT [protected] SYNDICATE BANK. THE AMOUNT HAS NOT YET BEEN REFUNDED

As per the return of income, the TDS certiicates for Rs 45492/- is admitted for tax and only Rs 209110/- is received as refund for the A.Y 2009-10 on11/02/2011 with no details of how many of TDS amounts allowed for refund in my case with P.A no ABYPM1181H. After verification of 26AS on13/12/2011, the total credit of TDS is Rs 45492/- and whereas pending refund is due in the case. The procedure now in the case is totally under suspense whether I will get further refund or not

I have filed my client return of income on 04/11/2009 for the A.Y 2009-10 with P.A.NO is ABYPM1181H. The TDS claim in the return of income is Rs45492/- and against that the refund claim is Rs 42269/-. The assessee received refund chque for Rs 20910/- dt11/02/2011 with out 143 (1) intimation.On verification of FORM NO: 26 AS in the case, the TDS claim is Rs 45492/-. There is further refund receivable in the assessee case. I have to know further procedure for getting further refund. Please provide further procedure in the case.

Income Tax Office — INCOMETAX REFUND

Hi,
My pan number is ADQPV4605H, I have to receive a refund of 28020 for the financial year[protected]. I had made numerous applications to the incometax office out of which one was to change my bank account details well in advance. They took the application and didnt act on it as a result i recieved a cheque with the old account number. I returned the cheque to SBI got it cancelled (went personally to the cmp dept in Andheri) ran around for it went to the income tax office asked them to change my account number. They confirmed it has been changed , however I visited them again and found it wasnt done. I got the account number updated now and asked them to send a new refund order. They said that they cant send a new order and dont know what to do about it as this is a new system and they have not been provided with training. I have visited more than 20 times to the incometax office with no real joy. Now I am really frustrated I hope that you can help me with getting this refund asap as this is getting really frustrating and I think its high time that the incometax office starts working for a change when they have to refund someone. i sent a letter earlier. I received a letter from centralized processing center as follows:
[protected] yr - i have to pay2266/ tax due till calculated 15.12.2010 with interest.
[protected] yr- I have to pay rs 784/tax due till calculated 15.12.2012
[protected] yr- i have to pay rs 19192 /tax due till calculated with interest up to 15.12.2010
I am to say that i have sent and shown all information to your official at different dates as and when it was intimated and it was told settled and no problem. But now it is shown as due to be paid. I have shortly emailed the challans 3numbers scan copy on profs of paying Rs15000/tds at varanasi office and it is of wrong recording at IT office shown due to be paid this may be settled soon and confirm pl.
Other payments were made by me in the respective years and shown to your officer at ayakar Bhavan at that time for settlement as i paid what you said through your letter in that year. But again after many years you claim to see all these again. OK tell me the person to who i should meet at BBSR and show all papers for final corrections of your record. I would demand an acknowledgement of my meeting. But it is not fair to drag senior citizen to run to your office for no reasons when all tax have been paid and shown to your officer.
Kindly do the needful immediately if you see this mail and take action.
Please do not held up my refund of this year due to such issue of your department error of recording data on my IT account at your office. I have to get refund of about Rs1900+ with ref to my returned filed in june2012 for assessment year 12-13 and financial year11-12.

I had filed my income tax return before the office of Addl. Even after several followup with the concerned wing, I have not received the refund amount and on 18/10/2012, when i went for filing the complain in writing, the staff accepting the complaint told please bring Form 16 to accept the same. While I met the concerned IRS, he called the staff and advised her not to insist for the same. I once again went her for filing the complaint but she told pan card is not valid, Pl go the 2nd floor and check. This has highly felt me bad and it was the time around 3.30pm and I had not my lunch. So I returned with dissatisfaction.

Do you know Govenment department do not deduct full income tax of their known people.
if you check record of pay drawn you will even pay has shown less just to pay less tax to the government and such cases are many.
Check Office of the Accountant General (A&E) Punjab, Chandigarh, sector 17 main building
Less deduction process is going on for the last many years. Higher authorities only bother how to get brive from different sources like from purchasing. A new project known as SAI Pension Project launched which will not be successful and this is known to the A G but he juts buy new futniture of 90 lakh and got good commission. Why he will bother project will be successful or not, he is meant by commission.
This AG doing such commission work since he came here as A A G in 2004. and Now he AG all in all.
He demands bribe from Divisional Accountants for good positing place and seeks money from people going ex india leave. He who hesitate to give him money, he gives him VRS against their will.

Every time pan card was dispatched through private courier like blue dart express. As I am a government servant I am not available in my residential address mentioned in the pan application form that is why my pan card is returned every time. This time my pan card was dispatched through blue dart express but my pan card was returned to Blue Dart Express Limited, 41, Chowranghee Road, Kanak Building Kolkata 700071 and still lying in this office vide way bill number [protected]. I have contacted to Blue dart officer and told that I myself come to your office with my Government ID and Original Address copy to receive my pan card but he refused to give me the pan card. Please look into this matter and take necessary action at your level.

first of make it clear that is this TDS Return or Income Tax Refund. If this is income tax refund then keep all the documents related to Refund including death certificate of your father and bank details of your mother then meet with concern Income tax officer on related ward or circle. Tell him all the facts and show the documents along with a covering letter then he is bound to issue you refund order within reasonable time. it may be 7 days or 15 days. This is with the reference of your PAN card department. I have applied for the pan card long time back around 6 to 8 months. i got my PAN card Number but Not received the PAN Card due to some data mismatch according to the PAN department inspite of giving all the necessary documents. after words i checked the online status and i made the correction for the same and forwarded the documents again to the PAN department.than again i checked for the same and i got the reply that they had not received the documents and they gave me a dead line for submitting the documents back to them.

i want to know that how many times should i give all these documents and why i dont get any proper response from them everytime i have to login or call for the status. if they are having so many problems why no one from their call center calls me for the updates. now i am not going to submit any document to them and i want you people for the same to take care of.

dear sir, i have seen my Pan -number:bmups5581b.but i didnot receive my pan card till now.

I hav applied for pan card in july and as per ur records it is delivered on Aug 30th. But no one in the address recieved it. they hav given the delivery reference number as PO14478001. First we could find which courier it belongs to. The pan num is AHTPT3012B.

Income Tax Refund for year 2009-2010 — Income Tax Refund for year 2009-2010

Dear sir

My income tax refund amount for the year[protected] is not recieved till today. i have received refund by online trasnfer to my bank account for the previous years and also later years. when i am checking[protected] it is giving a message 'account closed'! My account is very much open and operational. Previous to 2009 and later to 2010 refunds have been received in the same account! multiple visits, multiple letters to IT offices in Bangalore is not at all helping me. multiple letters by IT office are issued with reference numbers but no help. i have spent enough money travelling to IT offices checking on the status but of no hlep. they are not giving any specific reason for non refund and saying it will happen! latest letter reference is 218/GC/L/CIT-V/11-12/ww-14(3) dated 23/08/2011. Please let me know if you need my PAN number for reference.
i request your kind intervention in resolving this and helping me get my refund amount of INR 27k back. (due to some error in computing my refund for this year was high and my office asked to get the refund from IT office and IT office is harassing me to the core without refunding this amount. )
need your hlep and kind intervention in resolving and getting my money please.
