myself pankaj kumar. i am having the complain is that my pan card was to come through the speed post from mumbai. It has been speed posted in mumbai on 26 th august 2009 but i have not recieved it yet.

Dear Sir/madam,
My daudghter applied for PAN Card on 24th June,10. I enquired at UTI TSLtd. office at Laxmi Nagar ,Delhi .They provided me the ID No. for tracking the delivery status of Card by Dart mail . I checked it at your Web site and shocked to read in tracking details as; on 15.07.10 --Premises Locked ,Left Card . On 15.07.10 ---Shipment RTO. I am surprised to read this as my family is available at home all the time on 15th and 16th July ,10. No courier personnel from DART has reported our appartment on these days.When I talked to your person at Mobile No-[protected] ,he could not give any reply on this and stated that shipment might be have been returned to UTITSL office at Delhi and I have to write application to them for collection of PAN Card.
As we are living in appartments ,Entry of Courier personnel or any outsider is always made in the visiter's register at the gate of Appartment. Non of your courier boys has visited our home for delivery of the same.
I therefore request you to get the delivery be made at the address . I also recommend stern action against the courrier personnel who is outright telling a lie without visitng the premises.

Error showing in Date of Birth mentioned on the PAN Card No.APXPS3879P
I was issued PAN Card No.APXPS3879P from Visakhapatnam IT Office and Date of Birth is mentioned on the PAN Card is 05/08/1959 and I am filing IT return continuously since issual of the same. This year I wanted to submit return through e-filing but while registering It was showing error in Date of Birth. Please correct the same inform accordingly through my Email : [protected]@ntpc.co.in

U may file letter U/s 154 to the department with all necessary proofs of change of address. u may receive refund sooner.

i think it is the same problem with everyone. when you click login it asks for a password which no-one created and a security question which only IT department can answer

I was informed by the SBI that my income tax refund for the year 2007 - 08 was credited to my by bank account through ECS on 30th April 2008, but when I checked in the bank it has not beeen credited. The Canara Bank Rajajinagar People are unable to trace it out. What should I do now?

i have not got the refund of rupees 2000/= for the assessment yr[protected]..place of filing the return was new Delhi[ward50(1)].My pan no is AKXPP2028A.
I went to the office in 2007 june and was told that in a week or two i will get the refund.But till now i have not got the refund. How can it - dept. expects compliance from the people.
