I, R. Ramesh, have filed IT return for[protected] at Tambaram Income Tax Office on 27 July 2009 vide No. 309644 for an amount of Rs. 7552/-. (Reference: Income tax office, Tambaram range , Ward I-(3) salary on 27 Jul 2009). However the said amount is not yet refunded despite completion of almost two years. I have never received the refund cheque of Rs.17 K for my income tax refund for the year 2010-11 . The online refund tracking website shows that the chq was returned undelivered due to wrong address. Actually the cheque was never delivered at this address , now I have written a letter to the department of income tax , to re-despatch the cheque at my new address and its been 1 month since then , still there is no news on my refund cheque....
