SUB: Delay in receiving PAN card


I sri.Biswa Bhusan Dhal an individual was allotted a PAN card bearing number AJWPD2121N but found some error in my date birth.I again applied for a change or correction in PAN data on dt:18.11.2008 vide acknowledgement number:[protected] thru my agent at NSDL with all the relevant documents, like(1)Copy of matriculation certificate(Date of birth proof)(2)Copy of bank account statement/passbook(Adress proof)(3)Copy of old PAN card(4)recent passport photographs.But till now i have not received any response from both the department inspite of constant follow up over telephone number[protected] and NSDL office since 7month have elapsed .Due to the reason i am deeply tensed and dont know whom to complaint.

I checked my pan application in status is 'The pan card no.AKEPK 9316K deliveried on 30.03.2010 by expressit logistics worldwide ltd courier wide air bill no.[protected] at the communication address. but i have not received the pan card no .AKEPK 9316K could u pls let us know y such delay in processing for the pan card application. There is mismatch in Father's name mentioned in application form and Father's name available in Income Tax Department (ITD). Letter mentioning the discrepancy has been sent to you on June 6, 2012.
