I had applied for PAN card through one of the agency on 17 february 2013. From the agency I got the PAN card delivery details. i.e. the consignment number of sending it through speed post. When I enquired at the post office, they said they haven't received...

I had applied for PAN Card on request of Bank Manager for my Pension Account. I applied on 20/11/2012 vide Application No. [protected]. Despite my frequent follow up and numerous calls the same is not yet allotted to me. No queries are raised either. On my personal follow-up I was informed that the office is being shifted and will take some more time. Again on my follow-up I was asked to submit fresh copies of ID and Address Proof, which I did promptly. I regret to state that despite all submissions the same is pending for more than 3 months. It is very sorry state of affairs. I have been trying call Centre nos., but in vein. Lastly, even surprising, I was told that TIN-FC could not process my application properly and I should contact, instead of them, TIN-FC for the same.

I could not withdraw my pension in lack of PAN Card. Please do needful.

Greetings.

Recently I approached UTI-ISL for a correction in my date of birth on my PAN Card. This has been the first time, I have given a written representation for any correction in my PAN card (after the very first time when it was issued 20+ years ago) where there is a misprint of my date of birth.

But, to my surprise they reverted saying my PAN card is de-active and perhaps another card in my name exists. But, I never applied nor got any communication from ITD about another card or de-activation of my card.

I would very much like to re-activate and retain this same PAN Card number & would like to know who I should approach in Thane IT office, Range 1.

For the above said, I visited Basheer bagh income tax office Ward 5(2) multiple times with different time intervals to know the status but the concerened officials( Manik rao & Parmesh) were not available. Then I approached the higher officer Mr. M.Chandra Goud expecting quick relief to my long pending problem. To my dismay he started narrating Income tax administration system failure and lack of manpower are the reasons behind delay in my refund. Being a responsible officer he didnt take any action and advised us to wait for Manik rao or Parmesh.

It is a very disappointing and a long pending refund for which I request you to do the needful at earliest, i shall be thankful.

Till Feb 2013 i didn't get my refund, i have visited so many times in income tax office Noida, but the assessing officer is not doing anything... as i have submitted my new address proof three times in the office but he did not give me any receiving on that.

If this refund has been sent by your Assessing Officer within the last week, you may wait for a week and again check status,. Requested to find out the same and credit the refund into my bankers while given in e-filing that time.

TAX EVASION AND CHEATING BY REAL ESTATE AND ARCHITECTS IN BANGALORE – MAARK VISION AND MV PROJECTS

Do you know somebody who is guilty of evading taxes? Most people would, because the Income Tax Act has created more criminals than any other legislation in the country. Don't think all tax evaders are suspicious looking characters with wads o[censored]naccounted money stacked in lockers. Even seemingly honest and upright citizens could be underpaying tax. It's a malaise more widespread than the common cold. From school teachers to engineers, from banker to sales executives, millions of Indians may be liable for penalties, even prosecution , for under-reporting their income or not paying the due tax.

Here I bring about a case who[Ravi kumar and Alka Ravi kumar who claim to be managing directors ]has made whooping crores of rupees in less than 3 years time.This is the case of Architects who became developers and are into black money business from year 2000 onwards. Income Tax were appraised but was let off by bribe money?

They have 37 properties on rent in various parts of Mysore and Bangalore.This matter is let out by his own staff and drivers working in his office. The drivers collect the rent and a whooping amount of money of about Rs.9.25,000/- every month comes as real black money and is invested for different busineess .They never showed this money in Tax evaluations at all.Income tax dept can verify this ?
Ravikumar has 2 pan cards with two different address.

He has a racket of girls business and is supplying to the ministers in mysore.The driver used to drive half way and then the driver is Paid bus fare to go back to Bangalore.The drivers confirm that lot of girls from bihar and maharastra are flying down to Bangalore for flesh trade.

They stay somewhere in dollars colony ,in Apartment called KRISHNA GARDENS IN RMV 2nd stage. They have 9 cars of which one is imported Toyota with Mumbai Registration and RTO Bangalore was palm greased to make it on as is where is basis,ie made in India.

Now they have started joint developing in Mysore nanjengud,Chennai,Hyderabad and in Bangalore, near hebbal areas . His marketing Manager one Sachin shetty is far the most corrupt by deliberating snatching money from customers for registration and khata arrangements. This corruption issue is already sent to AAP.

I had booked a villa with MV projects in year 2010 and they cheated me around 2.67 lakhs by way of asking service tax and hidden money as bribe but no recipt were given

We had informed the Income tax department and is yet to raid as he was let off by paying the bribe money.

Will the director of income tax –investigations queens road ,Bangalore take a serious action.

NON RECEIPT OF INCOME TAX REFUND

This is in reference to IT Refund for the assessment year[protected] for PAN No – AGBPJ0380M.


As requested, I have furnished bank account details for issue of Refund for Return of Income amounting to Rs. 9,317 /- to Mumbai-Maharashtra in JULY, 2012.
FIVE months have passed since I had submitted the letter via speed-post & mail. I have not yet received the refund nor any further communication regarding the same. Every time I am told that Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker.

I kindly request you to take up the matter with concerned authorities on top priority and help me receive my hard earn money as soon as possible.

This is with reference to the income tax return filed for the assessment year 08-09;09-10;10-11 in which applicant ( sameer narain pan number ABCPN3908K who has filed his return in Income tax office Allahabad) has claimed refund of
1) Rs 461448 for the A.Y.08-09
2) Rs19489 for the A.Y. 09-10
3) Rs89750 for A.Y 10-11
The return for the A.Y. 08-09 was filed on 28.10.08 vide receipt no [protected] in the office of AC range 1,Allahabad.
The return for the A.Y. 09-10 was filed on 04.09.09 vide receipt no [protected] in the office of AC range 2,Allahabad.
The return for the A.Y. 10-11 was filed on 14.09.10 vide receipt no [protected] in the office of AC range 2,Allahabad.

Inspite of several reminders, representations through C.A. ,written request etc the applicant has neither received the refund nor given any reason for not receiving it. The officers and the clerks are not taking any interest in resolving the issue. The C.A. who was persuing the matter has also died and there is nobody to persue the case as the applicant is stationed in Mumbai as Group A officer in Ministry of Shipping.
