Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that, Mr.s.c. chaturvedi h.no. 932 new avas vikas coloney near jain degree college saharanpur, uttar pradesh pin-247001 i have complaint about him, he has more PROPERTY than INCOME, i have furnsished information of property and revenue and expenses incurred details as below for your ref; 1.He is a CLERK in uttar pradesh power corporation and get salary but to collect such a huge property he is taking BRIBE and other illegal methods. 2.He has purchases 6 to 7 plots in saharanpur for their own name and their relatives name which costs 70 to 80 lakh or more than that upto 1 crore. 3.He has 1 water plant which cost 50 to 60 lakhs at the name of his son and his wife. 4.He has 1 HIG FLAT in sahibabad in shalimar location which cost 60 to 70 lakh 5. He has 1 shop in sahibabad cost 20 to 30 lakh. 5.he has huge amount of gold and silver ornament in different lockers which cost 8 to 10 lakhs. 6.He done his daughters marriage huge expense of Rs.20 to 25 lakh in the year 2013. 7.He done his sons marriage huge expense of rs 8 to 10 lakhs in 2008. 8. With as CLERK salary he is not made such a huge property so he uses illegal methods Kindly take the immedaite action and suit the case against himas soon as possible.

I've applied for Pan Card,and was supposed to be delivered on 29-Jul-2013 by First Flight courier con. no. ZB9411515. I got to know from courier company that the Pan Card was sent back to mumbai office.

Hello Team,

I have applied for reissuing the PAN Card (Acknowledgement no. [protected]), Because my PAN Card got damaged.

But till date i have not received the PAN Card, the information i got from PAN Card Department are below..

1) Proof of Communication Address does not contain first name in expanded form as mentioned in application.
- Submit proof of address where name in application exactly matches with name in proof.
2) Name in Proof of Identity does not contain first name in expanded form as mentioned in application.
- Submit proof of identity where name in application exactly matches with name in proof.


My Concern is i never had any proof with expanded name, while applying the New PAN Card i given the same Identity Proof (Driving License) and they issue the PAN Card. Why not now.

If they are not agreeing for this, then they should share the name of document which i provided while applying the new PAN Card.

Need your help to get My PAN Card

I have Applied for Pan Card in Nov 2012 but till date I have not received my PAN Card. when I inquired about my Pan I have received the reply "your Pan card dispatched by registered post vide bill no. RM[protected]IN has been returned undelivered to NSDL on[protected]. Please Contact NSDL.

i have been filed my IT return for the FY-2011-12 on 07 Jul 2011 at ITO Khanna, District. Ludhiana vide acknowledgement no: 29100077. My PAN No is BKZPS4755C. My DDO was deduct excess tax for Rs 6180/-. I have approached many times to IT office khanna but my refund is not received till now. I had filled IT return for AY[protected] on 15th July'2008 through on line filling process.As per form -16 and and ITR-V received from IT department I am entitled to get Rs.1208 refund which is still due, more over I have been issued a demand note of Rs.41362 under sec-143(1) from IT department RACPC Banglore.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding my wife's income tax refund(of Rs.6000/-) for the Assessment Year[protected].

We have been following up with Income Tax from last three years, but after following up many times with the Income Tax department, I have not been getting any updates or refund as of now.

Finally I decided to write to you for the same.
More than two years back, when I checked the refund status online, it says : "No such Address - Refund voucher cancelled. The instrument returned undelivered by the speed post as the address provided by the assessee is not complete/ non existent.However, we were available during the time period also at the mentioned address."


We downloaded requesting tax refund form and mentioned all required details of our bank details and submitted in Income Tax office. But we have not received any update or refund yet.
As of now, we have submitted many times the same form with our address and bank account details. But, no answer from Income Tax.
We are really surprised, if this is the process/delay of Indian Govt offices, then what we may expect from other offices !!

This is to request you to look into this and kindly help us out to get our money back from Income Tax.

I had applied for PAN card through one of the agency on 17 february 2013. From the agency I got the PAN card delivery details. i.e. the consignment number of sending it through speed post. When I enquired at the post office, they said they haven't received...
